our poor cat Leo , This clinic does not care at all about your pet. He does not investigate further when treating a pet for the same issues his moto is put a band aid on it every time! Knowing you and your poor pet will be back. Leo has had problems with the same paw for over a year, so each time we took him in and thousands of dollars later he is still suffering ,went to a new vet just to find out he has had a tumor on that paw this whole time. pet lovers BEWARE Read Less

The veterinarian is not the most talkative or social guy, but he did a great job with teeth cleaning, neuter , annual shots. Good price. And walk ins for shots easy.

*PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS VET DR CHOI KILLED MY DOG!!* I took my 12 year old female Akita here to have surgery everything went fine but then 1 month later the inciision wound started to bleed!! and my dog was feeling really ill! i took her back to the vet only to have Dr. Choi look at her really quick and send me home with some iodine to clean the wound i asked him to give me pain pills for her but he said no! she is not in any pain! when cleanly she was but he didn't every look at her long enough to notice he was too much in a hurry and uncaring! so i went home cleaned her wound which was still continuing to bleed and the next day she only got worse! i knew something was wrong so i took her to the emergency and they said she was in alot of pain and that she had a possible staff infection from the sugery! and her whole incision area and left back leg was swollen! how could Dr. choi have not noticed that oh wait! he didn't even take the time to look at her good enough! anyhow the emergency injected her with a antibiotic shot and send me home with some pain pills and antibiotic pills! so i went home with her this was on a saturday and over the weekend she didn't get any better! so i went back to Francis Animal hospital on monday to confront Dr. choi only to be told he was not there and out on vacation out of the country! so a vet that was felling in looked at her but didn't tell me much more then when the last time i went there they told me to just continue cleaning it and come back in 5 days! well i continued to clean her and give her her pills but 2 days went by and she got really bad!! i called the francis animal hospital to tell them but they said there was no vet to see my dog that day since dr. Chol was still out on vacation really!! well i had to take her back to the emergency where they did a exray and found that her stomach was bloated and would require surgery that would cost $3800 which i did not have and they said there was no guarantee that it wouldn't happen again because the infection from the surgery caused it! and it would cause it again! so they said the only other option was for me to but her down! other wise she would die in pain! so i lost me beloved Akita of 12 years all because dr. choi's malpractice! and based on all the other reviews it looks like he has done it to other animals too! i wish i would have looked at the reviews before i took my dog here! *THIS MAN HAS NO BUSINESS BEING A VET!!* Read Less

***PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS ANIMAL HOSPITAL*** You know that saying You get what you pay for well in this case, it ended up to be true, My Boyfriend and I only took our Dog there because it was inexpensive and since I was unemployed and of course on a fixed income we chose them. Our Dog had Mammary tumors that had to be removed, the surgery seem to go well, They removed the tumors and then the Sutures within two weeks, and told us that she was recovering beautifully and that there was no need for her to wear the Cone Then he asked for $250.00 more because he said that during the surgery he found more little tumors, it was hard enough coming up with the $949.00 for the surgery. However little did we know that was only the beginning to something far worse? About a month later her incision began to open up, So we took her back to the vet, He barely looked at her and just said Oh I see, she has another tumor growing, but we will just clean the wound with Iodine, You clean twice a day. We tried to tell him that she was in pain and if he could give us something because she was crying but he said Ah No pain she is fine (with his broken English). So he just sent us home with Iodine, No antibiotics or pain medication, But he had the nerve to ask for the additional money, we paid him $100.00 towards the balance since he wanted us to come back in two weeks. Then he couldnt even remember what instructions he gave us to clean the wound. He said oh what did I say once or twice a day to clean the wound. REALLY!!... That evening we cleaned her wound as directed and OMG, she was crying and screaming so loud when we were cleaning the wound. We knew something wasnt right; she wasnt eating or drinking water. We ended up taking her the emergency Vet on Saturday and we found out, That she was not only in pain from the open incision, but her left leg was swollen from the additional tumor that was growing, how in the hell can he not see that her leg was swelling, Oh wait how could he when he didnt even take the time to examine her. We ended up spending an additional $180.00 for that Emergency visit, Antibiotic Injection, Pain medication and additional antibiotic medication. Now we are going to have to take her somewhere else and probably end up spending another $300.00 or more to have this after surgery complications looked at. Read Less

I selected this vet only because of the inexpensive office exam fee. Big mistake. Took, my cat in for an eye infection. He is not thorough at all; he quickly came to a diagnosis with out hardly asking any questions at all. It was also difficult to understand him because of his poor English. He gave my cat few shots and in my horror he threw the dirty needles across the room into a sink! My cat never got better and will now have to take her to another vet. My advice, spend the extra few bucks and get a decent vet! Read Less
