Review for Dr. Linda M. MillerCat Hospital of ClaytonI too had a HORRIFIC experience with this vet, Dr. Linda M. Miller. My husband & I took our cat in to have a foxtail removed from her nose which was visibly sticking out about a 1/4 in. Because it was visible, my cat was whisked away to the back. We were told it would only take about 5min. to remove it, which it did. I didn't think this visit would be more than $50, seeing that the vet was only with her for 5 MINUTES! There was NO Consultation, NO Physical Exam. When we did finally get the chance to speak with her, I tried to ask if $50 would cover it; she flipped out on us! She stomped into her lobby, repeatedly slammed her pen against a sign while yelling at me, "Did you see this sign!?" Then she stomped back into exam room yelling at us, "We have a big problem!!" and slammed the door on us. We never saw her again. She went to the back, made up our bill, which came to $90.90. We were charged for a 'Physical Exam, Consultation, Topical Anesthetic, Waste Removal.' This vet intended to KEEP my cat until the whole bill was paid! Just to be clear, my cat DID NOT receive a Physical Exam, we DID NOT have a Consultation. Unless this vet's 'Melt-down' was her version of a Consultation... So, I paid the full bill. There was absolutely no way I was leaving my cat with that witch for any longer! Can you imagine the bill that would bring!! I intend to send a complaint to the CA. Board of Veterinarians, for which I truly hope an investigation is opened on her.I highly advise everyone, if you truly love your cats, please, please, DO NOT take them to this vet! Now for the good parts of our visit... My girl is doing much better with that nasty foxtail out. The other was the Assistant, unfortunately I didn't get her name but, she was a very lovely person. She kept apologizing for the situation, for which I did appreciate but, I had to remind her she had nothing to apologize for. Read Less
