Dr. Liebau is the best Veterinarian I've ever been to. He is great with my English Bulldogs and is very easy to talk to, he tells you how it is and the truth of what your pet needs. I've been going to him for almost 10 years, I put my babies in his hands because I know that my babies are in good hands when they go to him. I trust and confide in him to take care of my babies. He also has an Awesome staff that are very nice and knowledgeable of there positions. Dr. Liebau couldn't do it with out his staff. Keep up the good work. You all rock and thanks again for all you do for us..💖💖💖💖💖

Horrible. I’ve been coming here for almost two years with all my three dogs. Had a checkup for another yearly rabies shot scheduled at 3:15. They called around 2:16 to ask if I could take him in at 2:...
Horrible. I’ve been coming here for almost two years with all my three dogs. Had a checkup for another yearly rabies shot scheduled at 3:15. They called around 2:16 to ask if I could take him in at 2:45 no later than 3 because the doctor was leaving. So I had to rearrange my schedule and my husband had to leave work early to take him in time. It’s about 3:17 at the moment, my husband and service dog are waiting in the waiting room. So I called Charlene whom left the voicemail about coming in earlier. I asked Charlene well tried too ask why they were waiting still if the doctor supposedly left at 3, however, she interrupted me to say my husband was getting ready to leave already and my service dog was great. So I called my husband to tell him she was basically lying because he was still there! So she lied about my service dog being great prior to it actually happening and wasted my time for nothing because the original time would have still worked out. We lost work time which is money for nothing. That is disrespectful. Super upset and will no longer be going here. Especially Charlene having to make a smart remark to my husband while he was leaving. Ridiculous.

My childhood pets went here and when I grew up to get a puppy of my own, I didn't hesitate to choose saddleback to take care of him as well. By far the best Vet my animals have been too, highly recommend to everyone I know!

Dr. Liebau was awesome. His staff is friendly. I called for an appointment on a Monday morning and despite them being overbooked til Friday, they got my cat in that Wednesday. It was supposed to be a drop off type appointment, but I was pleasantly surprised that they offer me to stay for the visit when we arrived. We waited no more than 10 minutes to be seen. Dr. Liebau was thorough, I didn't feel like he was in a rush. The prices are extremely reasonable. I absolutely recommend Saddleback veterinary hospital.

Dr. Liebau is the best Veterinarian I've ever been to. He is great with my English Bulldogs and is very easy to talk to, he tells you how it is and the truth of what your pet needs.
