Some years ago we took my dog to have surgery. She needed a tumor removed from her stomach area. Dr. Casillas pretty much butchered her. The tumor was removed but it was such a shotty job. My dog was constantly in pain. She was horribly stitched up and her incision kept opening. Eventually she got an infection and was in so much pain she couldn't really move. We had to put her down. As of now it seems that Dr. Casillas no longer works at this location. I take my little dog in every year to get his shots and not once have I seen him working there. The staff are very friendly here and the lead Dr. is very informative and she is not at all rude (unlike Casillas). Last year I brought my mother's chihuahua to get fixed and they did a wonderful job on her. She was in and out in 2 days and she healed really well. I have no problems bringing my dog here now, but if Dr. Casillas comes back then I will DEFINITELY NOT bring my dogs here anymore. Read Less

A year ago my "baby" was run over by a car (my friend took her conditiond took her out without the leash). I took her to Dr. Casillas's Clinic: it was like a NIGHTMARE. He and his team were very rude, I was so concern for my baby... he replied to me with an attitud when questioning about her condition . He told suggested me to put her to sleep, I didn't have any money and they had her wrapped in NEWSPAPER!!! . She was cut open and they didn't care about her getting an infection. Somehow we got in touch with a Doctor ( not vet) who knows Casillas, and encourage me NOT TO LIVE HERV WITH HIM!!!. I went inside, told him I was taking my dog, he reply to me with an ATTITUDE and total disregard for my dog's life with a cold "GIVE ME A MOMENT I'M BUSY". of course I didn't care, went inside and took my dog, Of course they HAD my CREDIT CARD VOUCHER , AND didn't mind .
