Unfortunately due to a lack of communication and unwillingness to take responsibility for a pricing error we will not longer be bringing any of our animals here. We've been to four or five of the animal hospitals in Corona/Norco, and this one is the best. The staff really care about the dogs, about you, and about being professional. They've always been great when we spayed our toy poodle and when my Golden Retriever couldn't walk any more. The customer service of the front desk has always been terrible. I totally understand when things are busy, but at least make some eye contact with me and let me know you'll be right with me. And today really made me upset because I brought my dog in for a biopsy and they didn't even know what for!!! I have never given a review but this animal hospital was worth the time. Dr. De Anda is super sweet and very personable. She is very informative and takes her time with you in the room even if it's really busy. She didn't push me to pay for anything I didn't want to but highly recommended it and I was happy that I did. Sadly my dog was diagnosed with intervertebral disk disease but she was informative about his disease and was sympathetic. The assistants are also very helpful and it shows that they love animals. I've brought a cat and my dog here and to both pets they were really sweet. I'll continue to bring my pets here. Read Less

First time coming to this so what called "vet" and I'm not one to complain, EVER! I keep comments to myself but for all of you yelpers I strongly suggest you be careful especially with all these other "5 star ratings" bc that's complete BS! I've read all the other ratings and they all say the same thing when it comes down to customer service! The girls in the front were extremely rude and really impatient. The girls that worked the day I went, one had glasses and the other had tattoos on her arm. They were both extremely rude  and had a really bad attitude towards everyone that came in and had a bad tone whenever they spoke. When my dog was finally done getting checked out I was ready to make my payment to leave, as well as this other guy and we were both waiting for at least an hour and a half (and again I get it they're busy and have rushes constantly) but they helped out people that came in after me when I was already there waiting to just pay and leave. Mind you these appointments are mainly for shots and for the vet to see the animal which all went by fast so there was no reason or excuse on why the girls in the front took forever to cash me out along with the gentlemen that was waiting infront of me. I waited another 30 mins bc the girl with the glasses was on the phone(cool I get it) and then the tattooed girl got a phone call from someone she knew bc she said and I quote "let me go outside so I can give you a hug" so not only was she not doing her job, she also went out of her way knowing there's a whole lot of people waiting to go give her friend a hug. So when she finally came back after another 10mins she gets back on her computer and I finally spoke up to her and firmly asked her if she was ready! And she was like "yeah" so finally I paid and she gives me the medication for my dog very rudely and hands me a sticker which turns out to be a prescription and doesn't even explain to me what the hell it is and again with her attitude she says "oh you get that at Walgreens" talking to me like if I were to know that off the bat finally grabbed all my stuff and got the hell out of there! Cleanliness was horrible I get it dogs and cats and other animals are constantly walking in and going but they should have one person who focuses on that! Staff and doctors had no name tags! The doctor that attended us did but it was in an actual dog tag which was small and could hardly read off of. If you're working with people and providing customer service you should be wearing name tags! No exceptions.Overall really really REALLY bad experience here and it sucks bc it's somewhere you take your pet whom you love so if they treat humans like this you can only imagine how they treat animals bc clearly they can give 2 shits about their job. I hope to whomever this review goes to you take action bc I'm not the only who's complained about customer service! Either you work on it with your current staff or you find new ones bc your current staff is horrible horrible HORRIBLE! I can't say enough amazing things about this vet. Our oldest cat had started acting strangely and began peeing and pooping all over the house. We took her in to be checked and that's when we first met Dr. Trudy Golub. It turned out our cat was in the early stages of kidney disease. At the time our cat was 13 and surgery was not an option, but Dr. Golub gave us options for keeping our cat comfortable and more or less "healthy" in these last stages of her life. During our visit Dr. Golub was patient, kind, and compassionate throughout the entire visit. When we left, our cat was feeling better and the changes we made kept our cat more or less happy and healthy for nearly a whole other year. A few weeks back our cat showed signs of decline. We went in thinking the worst. Again we saw Dr. Golub she gave us our options, comforted us as a family and patiently left the decision up to us. Not ready to let go we opted to treat our cat for some of her symptoms at the time, give her fluids and see how she did. She lasted about two weeks before we saw serious decline and we knew it was time. We took our cat back and again Dr. Golub was there. She saw our cat throughout the last stages of her life and showed the most love and compassion I have ever seen in a vet. When we put our cat down she comforted both our cat and my wife during those last minutes of our cats life. While putting a pet down is never easy, I believe Dr. Golub's care and compassion made this as easy as something like this could be. We have one cat left and we will definitely be taking him to see Dr. Golub for his vet care. She is an amazing vet and an amazing person who made a huge difference in the life of our cat and our family. Read Less

Our 7 month old puppy decided eating her toys was a great idea, so we made a trip to Centennial. I called them to ask if she could be seen, explained the issue and they told me to bring her in. I arrived for my 5:15pm appointment and was checked in fairly quickly. Kara (puppy) ended up getting sick in the waiting room and the girls were quick to clean it up. I felt awful about it, but they jumped in no problem to clean it up. The wait time was a little longer than I desired; we didn't get in to the room until after 6:15. The vet tech was great with our little girl, she's still a little timid, but they were great with her. Dr. Peach got down on the floor to sit with her and talk with her as she examined her. She was great with her! She took her back for x-rays and brought me back to explain everything. It was an emotional time for me because each option I had for our little puppy had some risk involved. The staff seemed very compassionate and cared about us. She provided me with a list of emergency vets for what she needed, and told me which were the best. Pricing was pretty good, especially when it's an unexpected trip to the vet. I would recommend Centennial Animal Hospital to others for sure. Been using Centennial for all my pups (youngest are now 18mos and old man is almost 10years) Dr Craft, Dr Peach, Dr Golieb - doesn't matter which vet as they are all great!! They do get busy at times since they never refuse an 'emergency' but definitely worth the wait. The staff has been kind, and since I've had to put down our two old dogs, and our old cat here in less than a year, it only made sense to start being our new puppy here for her lifetime care as well. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and the facility is always clean. The prices are higher than Petco or Banfield it's true and I'm not knocking them..it's just that scheduling with Banfield was hit or miss, whereas Centennial always fits me in, plus they are close for me, and it's like going to see a doctor that youve been going to since you were a kid- comfortable. I called today 2/25 to ask if they would sell me a bag of subscription dog food because I am completely out. I just got home from the hospital and my poor dog is out of food. I don't have the energy to cook chicken and rice. They proceed to tell me they couldn't because they have not seen my dog. Just another way to get money. I definitely would not be buying this expensive food for my dog if she wasn't on it. Her other vet is closed and I explained which ones I do get it from. One being all the way in Chino Hills that they could call and verified but refused to. They just lost any future business from me and I highly recommend you stay away from this greedy vet! Read Less

My pets have been patients at Centennial for years, 10+ actually. The doctors and staff are friendly and helpful. I couldn't imagine my pet seeing another veterinarian. My dog is relatively hardy most visits are for shots and the occasional treatment of hot spots. Easy in and out, they always find time for me and i think they have fair prices and give their honest opinions. As with anything, it's a fine line between care and profit; i think centennial does their best to lean towards care. Lovely animal hospital. Friendly staff and the veterinarians are very friendly and supportive. Dr Peach treated our rabbit with respect, thoughtfulness and affection. Couldn't be more pleased with the service provided! Examination fees were cheap (for rabbits, at least) and the medicine was given onsite at a reasonable price.I've read on here that the front desk staff have been getting a bad rep, but they were very kind to me, and although I had to wait to be seen, they were very busy with customers and answering the phone - appreciate how busy they are, please! We've been coming here for years. The customer service has always been hit or miss, but over the last year it has become a guaranteed miss. I understand that the wait times are long and they are busy - that is fine and expected - but the horrible customer service and rude gals at the front desk finally sealed the deal for us to find a new vet.Dr. Craft is a nice man - he and Dr. Peach have seen a lot of our pets and the diagnosis' have also been hit or miss - but again - veterinary care is an art, not a science. The waiting room is relatively clean, as are the patient rooms. They are more expensive than other local veterinarians and their equipment is a bit archaic.Overall - I think the veterinary care is up to par - but I'm just done with the front desk. We've literally spent thousands and thousands of dollars in their office and I don't feel the need to be treated poorly to do so.Came straight over to VCA Aacacia and was greeted very pleasantly and seen without an appointment within 10 minutes, despite being busy. This place needs to work on its customer service--specifically, the service at the front desk. I went a couple days ago to get shots for my dog. When I walked up to the front desk, the receptionist didn't acknowledge my presence in any way. After a few seconds, I said hello. She told me to hold on without making eye contact or smiling or speaking in a friendly way. Finally she asked me what I was there for. The place wasn't even busy.  This is the usual experience. I have been seeing Dr Craft and his team for about 19 years now. About two weeks ago my Big Boy was bit by what we believe to be a brown recluse spider. Reno was an absolute mess when he was brought to Dr Peech and Dr Tyler. I have been there everyday for the last 2 weeks. The team did an amazing job helping to literally save Renos life. The staff is amazing we had to take our 10 year old cat Gilbert there she was very ill she had a abscess in her ear that was draining and she could barely walk the dr gave us lots of options to choose from we choose to remove the access to see if she would feel better :) she seemed to feel better after her surgery and antibiotics but never fully recovered so after a few more office visits and she was still suffering we decided to put her to sleep this staff was so caring and supportive of our decision and gave us as much time as we needed. Thank you Centennial Animal Hosp!  Two weeks ago we brought our very sick, parvovirus puppy, to see Dr. Peach. The techs were compassionate and helpful. They took Kodi in right away and informed me of everything that was going to happen. The bill was way under estimate, which helped relieve some of the stress during this process. A week later Kodi was feeling great, yet was having some tummy issues.  Staff was able to get her in immediately, amidst a busy Saturday to see Dr. Gulob.Staff was able to run an in house stool screening to discover Kodi had coccidia.  Doc Gulod and the very helpful assistant sent us home with meds, a plan and piece of mind. Centennial also did a little detective work with their x-ray only to discover Kodi's, "Under The Sun," puppy chow was riddled with crushed processed bones.They saved Kodi's little life.Thank you so much Dr. Peach, Dr. Gulob, Christine, Jennifer, Jessica and all the staff we didn't see who helped us divert a close call. They misdiagnosed my dog and performed the wrong procedure on her, putting her into congestive heart failure which killed her. All three of my dogs go here and I recently got my Pitbull Chomper fixed and I am so happy with the result. It was a little costly for my student budget, but I knew he was in good hands since he's been going there since he was a puppy. It cost me $230 over all, but that included two sets of shots he needed, a cone and his medicine. I was a little worried about how they said they glued the incision they made closed, because he's a hyper dog and was jumping around when he got home and I was scared that his cut was just going to pop open. Luckily it didn't and it healed very nicely and he's running around like usual. When it came to bringing him it I went super early at 7:30 and just handed him over. My puppy is basically my child, and I'm willing to pay a fortune and drive across the state for him to get the best care. Luckily, I don't have to, because centennial animal hospital is here in corona! When I got my puppy I asked everyone I knew where they go for their veterinary needs. My mom has been taking my older dog here for years, and recommended that I take Pucca here. Then, somebody at my work swore by this place, telling me that she found a poor little beat up kitten on the side of the road and they nursed her back to health. I was sold, and took Pucca here to check it out. Centennial animal hospital has a weekly vaccination clinic, where all the shots are done fast, and for cheap! This is a blessing, considering my puppy needed all of his shots done. The DHPP shots are only $12.50 a pop, and you'll be in and out within a matter of minutes! All of the vets are SO sweet, and every time somebody walks by Pucca and I they always make a sweet comment! I've also taken my puppy in for a check up, and that went wonderfully as well. My sister and I adopted a couple dogs and this place was suggested by a friend. I like the vet. She's has been nice and understanding on all our visits. We have small dogs who hate being restrained in any way. And both are a bear when it comes nail clipping. The other reviews mention a low quality of the reception staff so want to touch on that. It can be difficult when talking and working with reception simply because this place always seems to be busy. I have never been there with less than 4-5 other families waiting. The receptionists have to man the phones as well forcing pauses in your conversation. This is true of a lot of places and doesn't deter me from staying for the care of my furry family members. The doctors (all of them, especially Dr. Craft) and nursing staff are so kind, knowledgeable, and loving to animals that it is the only place I will ever take my animals. We had a free visit since we adopted our dog through Riverside Animal shelter.  We didn't live in the area, but it was close to the freeway, so we found it accessible.  The place had a grass area for animals to do their business and was pretty clean.  The office was busy.  We didn't wait that long to get in.  The nurse was friendly.  We met with Dr. Golub.  Our dog we adopted had a treatable condition (UTI) that the shelter had indicated but was not getting better.  Dr. Golub indicated it was misdiagnosed for a bladder stone.  We were shocked.  She even showed me how to feel it without the X-Ray.  It was huge!  She helped us find a closer location to our home that would help us with the surgery.  She without a doubt is such a rare find!  If we lived closer, I would have her as our vet,  Hands Down!!!  Our little gal has since had the surgery and is doing soo much better on the road to recovery. Martina(my dog) and I were in & out of this vets office for three weeks. Martina was very sick and had to go in and stay the day for I.V. treatments. Connie would welcome us and give martina that extra special love, and comfort me. I could call and Connie was always polite, caring and went out of her way to keep me posted while martina was there.Also at one point Martina hadn't eaten in four days. Connie to the rescue again, she recomened a certain food, dug right in the can and helped Martina to eat. Martina & I thank Connie for everything she did to help. I have been going to vets for 40 years and this office is by far the best I have ever been to. Friendly staff, compassionate & professional. Very concerned and caring for the health of your pet. The warmth of the office reminds me of a country doctor office. Dr. Hayner & Connie are wonderful! Dr. Hayner is very personable and she makes you feel at ease. Connie is just amazing. You don't even have to ask and she is already doing what you were hoping someone would do for you! Connie has a 6th sense about her clients and our pets - wonderful person in every way. This vet is amazing, I have been going here for years. The only reason why I still go to it is because everyone here is so nice. The doctors are great they're helpful in every possible way that they can be. One person that is the best is Connie, she has always helped me out with any question that I had. She is one of the only reasons why I still come. She knows me and my pets and make the experience a great one. I drive all the way from Huntington Beach to Corona for this vet! They are amazing! Every time my dog Lola needs anything...THEY ARE THERE AND WILLING TO HELP!!! Connie is my favorite! I brought in my ailing pet to be euthanized, and it was a beyond devastating experience, but the staff at Centennial was amazing, they were supportive and genuine and very kind, not to mention when I set up arrangements for cremation they were detailed and so friendly. It was nice to have that kindness and welcoming warmth during a very sad and tragic time in my family's life. I highly recommend them to EVERYONE! Dr. Summers was wonderful, and she took a lot of time to discover the problem with our little dog getting so many yeast infections in her ear, (one every two months). With the allergy diet and medicine we were prescribed we have had great success. It took one visit and a follow up to bring the results needed. The Saturday clinics are great as well, we got through the process in little time. They have a very friendly staff that go out of their way to give you great service. I highly recommend this clinic.
