I just wanted to say the staff was extremely friendly and nice , so I'm sad to make this review ... but I just had an awful experience with them where I feel nice just won't be cutting it. I came in for a normal check up , and my cat had a little bit more eye boogers than usual , but nothing serious it has been going on for 5 months, but if I could help those little eye boogers I wanted to try! When they checked my cat they said everything was fine he seemed healthy and they would be giving me an ointment for his eye to give him... 4 days into giving him those ointment drops his eye became worse !!! So i went back to them and they then did another test on his eye to make sure nothing was in his eye to cause it to make more eye boogers or any scratches.. which came out negative ! But they should have ran a test like that on our FIRST visit!! before giving him a treatment . So after it came back negative they then gave me another treatment and eye drops , which my cat HATED!! And caused me cats eye to bleed and swell and now is in so much pain !!! I feel like going to them has been a waste of money and i will now have to looking for treatment elsewhere to fix their mistake ! His eye was the same for 5 months? Why is it that when i gave him the medicine they prescribed to him it got worse?? If something else was majorly wrong to his eye wouldn't it just have stayed the same !! I've added pictures below showing from when i took him in to how his eye currently looks now .

On Sunday 8/11/19 our standard poodle nelly had a seizure while getting groomed. Thanks to VCA in Corona they were opened. Dr Scott saw Nelly and suggested we keep her in the hospital under supervision over night which we did in case she had another seizure.. the hospital is very clean and all the staff are extremely friendly, courteous, and concerned. Nelly had wonderful care..that was first time there and we were very impressed...Thanks for the discounts...

I have to say, I was so impressed with the friendliness of the staff here. Reception was a sweetheart and the vetrinarian was quick and concise with his information, all the while making us feel welcome and secure. I will be returning for the entirety of my pets care.
I would like to add that in the past, a friend of mine brought her dog in and could not afford the necessary procedure to remove glass from her dogs foot. They contacted her shortly after with news that an "anonymous" provider has paid for the service. We were taken aback. I dont know if it was staff or not, but I would not be surprised. Truly caring people in my experience.

Dr. Dahma & the caring staff are the best. We have unfortunately had a few trips this year with an active Boxer, & American Bulldog, & we have been treated with respect to our finances & time. They give us options at each end of the spectrum, because of course there is ALWAYS a lot to do to maintain the health of your pup. I acknowledge it can be daunting when you go in with a torn nail, & they come back with an estimate 3 times what you had in your head, but after 9 years this is what I have taken away. Yes, they are a business if they don’t see a profit, they will close, then where would we be? But, they NEVER make things up or pad the bill. They look at the entire animal, Maybe they haven’t had an exam for 2 or 3 years or more & their health maintenance would benefit from certain things, THOSE are the options you are presented with & YOU choose what you can & want to proceed with. I have never been pressured to perform or purchase anything & my pups are treated with love & kisses ALWAYS.

The free wellness check is great when you adopt and their services and pricing is great.

This Pet Hospital is just awesome! My Cat had a urinary blockage and our regular Vet would not see us with out an appointment. They referred us to a Hospital in Yorba Linda! Can you say Orange County traffic on a Sat! We took our cat to VCA and they took him right back, Dr Gonzales took care of him. My pets will now all go to VCA. Thank you for being an awesome experience when our cat was in so much pain!

My Labrador Retriever has been a patient at VCA for about 4 years. I have dealt with at least 3 of the veterinarians and they are all excellent. Each visit they take time explaining my dog's condition and follow-up the next morning with a phone call to find out how my dog was doing. The technicians are very knowledgable and also take time explaining the treatment plan. The front desk employees are very friendly. I highly recommend this hospital.

The staff was wonderful and the hospital was very clean, they took excellent of my dog overnight and we’ve continued to take him here since. Very easy to book an appointment, affordable pricing, would highly recommend.

Every time I take my dog in or have to pick up his medicine the front staff is always so friendly. Actually every person on staff is very friendly€, polite and professional. They also call the day before to confirm my dogs appointments, which I love! The vet is great and polite. Dr. Gonzalez is always willing to spend as much time as needed with my dog and answer any questions I have. I will not be taking my dog anywhere else.

I'd like to give a shout out to Acacia Animal hospital!!! I took my daughter's dog there yesterday for her ears were irritated. The staff was super friendly, the doctor knowledgeable. They needed to keep her for a few hours to clean out her ears. Not only did they do their job professionally. I wasn't pressured into doing unnecessary procedures that had nothing to do with her ears or buy food that she would'nt like anyways. This made me very relieved since I had an unsatisfactory and expensive trip to another vet last month that didn't even treat my sons cat for the reason we took him there. My bill at acacia was very affordable, unlike the other place that got a large sum for services I didn't even bring him in for. I couldn't believe how happy, satisfied, and relieved with my visit to Aacasia!!!! I highly recommend this wonderful, small animal hospital!!! Thank you Aacacia!!!

My experience was an extremely sad and traumatic one when I came to seek help for my dog Willow that passed away on the way to the emergency hospital. I saw that the hospital was closed and I felt helpless with my dog that was deceased in the parking lot when all of sudden Chris came out and comforted me. He asked what happened and offered me condolences. A veterinarian came out as well and asked what happened to my puppy. Willow was 14 months old and died suddenly. She had 3 seizures and just passed away.
Chris then got a gurney and helped put Willow on it. They covered her with a blanket and made her look sweet. I was able to be there to say our goodbyes . We went inside and he offered me water, tissues and a hug. What an extraordinary man he was to be so thoughtful. I was beside myself with grief but his kind voice and mannerisms were soothing. We were able to say goodbye to her without being rushed and Chris was so kind to my husband and myself.
About a week later we received a sympathy card that Michele,Chris,Jennifer,Christina,Danielle,Raquel and Ana signed. I was so deeply touched that I called to thank them. They truly cared ... all of them. It's not just a job but they truly care. This gesture was so profound that I had cried on the phone with thanks. I love each one of them. I'll never forget the thoughtfulness either. Chris K. You are loved and you're an angel. God bless all the employees there.

I love this place. Our dog Daisy came to us from a friends home in Corona and they had taken her here from her birth. So we stuck to the same place. We still go all the way from Irvine to Corona for all our pet's health requirements. We have also used their boarding services multiple times now and I can only tell you I'm more than happy with all that they provide. Our pet stays happy there and they provide the best care for her.
Dr. Dhama is the best! He is an excellent doctor and genuinely cares for his animals! Our little Daisy is lucky to have him as her Dr and this wonderful staff and hospital that cares for her! Thank you all at VCA Acacia!

This place is very over priced, about double and a half anywhere else you could take your pet. For example a parvo test here is 88 dollars and some change. Elsewhere of the 4 places I called is around 32 dollars. This place is a rip off and I agree with everyone else's reviews. They don't care about your pet. They only care about your money. I think these people are in the wrong business. They're supposed to have a heart towards animals. That's why they got into the business of being a veterinarian. Unfortunately money is all these people care about. And they charge way more than any vet. At least double. So it's true. Better have your Amex black card ready. Because their prices are absolutely obsurd. Your dog could dying right in front of them and they wouldn't care. Wouldn't even bat an eyelash. They'll try and get you to fill out a 5 page credit line and make sure you're approved before they attempt to revive your pet. this place is is honestly horrible.

I adopted a shelter kitten that was under nourished and dehydrated. Dr. Scott and his staff were very kind and helpful. They gave him fluids, and treated his diarrhea and even found a tape worm. My little guy has now gained over a pound and is starting to play and act like a kitten! Thank you Dr. Scott, Marie and everyone else at VCA Aacacia. HORRIBLE SERVICE, VERY EXPENSIVE, NO RESULTS - Our dog looked very very sick. We decided to take him to the VCA AAH to get a blood test. The vet examined our dog, decided that there are no significant symptoms to diagnose illness and talked us into taking an x-ray. After reading an x-ray there was no conclusion, so the vet decided to prescribe pain medication, and charged us for the visit $300+, then told us to come back if things don't get better. After a few days and our dog still feeling under the weather, my husband took him back. This time the vet decided to do a blood test and told us that we should await a phone call with the results. The second visit cost us $250+. Two days later and no phone call, my husband called them and found out that the blood test did not provide any additional insight on the dogs illness. A week later and almost $600 lighter, we still don't know what's happening with our poor dog. We were talked into unnecessary tests and we payed for nothing. If you want to get help from knowledgeble staff and true medical advice, please do yourself and your pet a favor, and go to a different clinic.

I have been going to VCA for years and can say this is the best animal hospital I have ever been to. They provide great care and fast and friendly service. Plus, when you have an appointment, you're actually in the room nearly always on time (unless of course they have an animal emergency.) I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else. If you're looking for a good vet, Dr. Dhama is the absolute best!

We had an emergency situation with my dog one night and this was the only vet open so late. The staff was wonderful and the hospital was very clean, they took excellent of my dog overnight and we’ve continued to take him here since. Very easy to book an appointment, affordable pricing, would highly recommend.

Every time I take my dog in or have to pick up his medicine the front staff is always so friendly. Actually every person on staff is very friendly€, polite and professional. They also call the day before to confirm my dogs appointments, which I love! The vet is great and polite. Dr. Gonzalez is always willing to spend as much time as needed with my dog and answer any questions I have. I will not be taking my dog anywhere else.

I'd like to give a shout out to Acacia Animal hospital!!! I took my daughter's dog there yesterday for her ears were irritated. The staff was super friendly, the doctor knowledgeable. They needed to keep her for a few hours to clean out her ears. Not only did they do their job professionally. I wasn't pressured into doing unnecessary procedures that had nothing to do with her ears or buy food that she would'nt like anyways. This made me very relieved since I had an unsatisfactory and expensive trip to another vet last month that didn't even treat my sons cat for the reason we took him there. My bill at acacia was very affordable, unlike the other place that got a large sum for services I didn't even bring him in for. I couldn't believe how happy, satisfied, and relieved with my visit to Aacasia!!!! I highly recommend this wonderful, small animal hospital!!! Thank you Aacacia!!!

My experience was an extremely sad and traumatic one when I came to seek help for my dog Willow that passed away on the way to the emergency hospital. I saw that the hospital was closed and I felt helpless with my dog that was deceased in the parking lot when all of sudden Chris came out and comforted me. He asked what happened and offered me condolences. A veterinarian came out as well and asked what happened to my puppy. Willow was 14 months old and died suddenly. She had 3 seizures and just passed away.
Chris then got a gurney and helped put Willow on it. They covered her with a blanket and made her look sweet. I was able to be there to say our goodbyes . We went inside and he offered me water, tissues and a hug. What an extraordinary man he was to be so thoughtful. I was beside myself with grief but his kind voice and mannerisms were soothing. We were able to say goodbye to her without being rushed and Chris was so kind to my husband and myself.
About a week later we received a sympathy card that Michele,Chris,Jennifer,Christina,Danielle,Raquel and Ana signed. I was so deeply touched that I called to thank them. They truly cared ... all of them. It's not just a job but they truly care. This gesture was so profound that I had cried on the phone with thanks. I love each one of them. I'll never forget the thoughtfulness either. Chris K. You are loved and you're an angel. God bless all the employees there.

I love this place. Our dog Daisy came to us from a friends home in Corona and they had taken her here from her birth. So we stuck to the same place. We still go all the way from Irvine to Corona for all our pet's health requirements. We have also used their boarding services multiple times now and I can only tell you I'm more than happy with all that they provide. Our pet stays happy there and they provide the best care for her.
Dr. Dhama is the best! He is an excellent doctor and genuinely cares for his animals! Our little Daisy is lucky to have him as her Dr and this wonderful staff and hospital that cares for her! Thank you all at VCA Acacia!

This place is very over priced, about double and a half anywhere else you could take your pet. For example a parvo test here is 88 dollars and some change. Elsewhere of the 4 places I called is around 32 dollars. This place is a rip off and I agree with everyone else's reviews. They don't care about your pet. They only care about your money. I think these people are in the wrong business. They're supposed to have a heart towards animals. That's why they got into the business of being a veterinarian. Unfortunately money is all these people care about. And they charge way more than any vet. At least double. So it's true. Better have your Amex black card ready. Because their prices are absolutely obsurd. Your dog could dying right in front of them and they wouldn't care. Wouldn't even bat an eyelash. They'll try and get you to fill out a 5 page credit line and make sure you're approved before they attempt to revive your pet. this place is is honestly horrible.

I adopted a shelter kitten that was under nourished and dehydrated. Dr. Scott and his staff were very kind and helpful. They gave him fluids, and treated his diarrhea and even found a tape worm. My little guy has now gained over a pound and is starting to play and act like a kitten! Thank you Dr. Scott, Marie and everyone else at VCA Aacacia. I have used several other vets in Corona, and I can say, that VCA Acacia, is the only one I will ever trust with my pets going forward

HORRIBLE SERVICE, VERY EXPENSIVE, NO RESULTS - Our dog looked very very sick. We decided to take him to the VCA AAH to get a blood test. The vet examined our dog, decided that there are no significant symptoms to diagnose illness and talked us into taking an x-ray. After reading an x-ray there was no conclusion, so the vet decided to prescribe pain medication, and charged us for the visit $300+, then told us to come back if things don't get better. After a few days and our dog still feeling under the weather, my husband took him back. This time the vet decided to do a blood test and told us that we should await a phone call with the results. The second visit cost us $250+. Two days later and no phone call, my husband called them and found out that the blood test did not provide any additional insight on the dogs illness. A week later and almost $600 lighter, we still don't know what's happening with our poor dog. We were talked into unnecessary tests and we payed for nothing. If you want to get help from knowledgeble staff and true medical advice, please do yourself and your pet a favor, and go to a different clinic.

I have been going to VCA for years and can say this is the best animal hospital I have ever been to. They provide great care and fast and friendly service. Plus, when you have an appointment, you're actually in the room nearly always on time (unless of course they have an animal emergency.) I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else. If you're looking for a good vet, Dr. Dhama is the absolute best!
