I happened to discover Crossroads and Dr. Ric by chance. It was a Saturday and I got up to discover one of my cats got ill overnight. I called our regular Vet, but he wasn't going to be in that day. They recommended another Vet that I called and they couldn't see my cat either. They in turn recommended someone else. Sure enough, that vet couldn't see her as well. I started calling other Vet places further and further away, losing hope I'd find someone to see her. My last resort was to go to VCA Hopsital in Sacramento (nearly an hour and a half away from me). Going down the list of Veterinarians I came across Crossroads. They could take me! Even though it is 40 minutes from my house, it was much better than driving to VCA in Sacramento. I realized how lucky I was to have discovered Crossroads from the moment I walked in. The staff was so friendly and the facility so clean and modern. All the anxiety and stress of that morning went away when I met Dr. Ric. What an amazing Veterinarian! I loved my experience there and I felt so much better even though my other cat caught the same virus/illness because I knew that Dr. Ric would take care of him just as well as he did his feline sister. I am now taking all four of our animals to Dr. Ric, two cats and two dogs. It really makes a difference to know that if something does go wrong with my fur babies that they are in the best hands at Crossroads. Thank you Dr. Ric and all your staff!Read Less

He would even come in on his days off to check on all the animals. I swear he spends more time at the office than home. He would even call me late at night researching ways to help our little dog.
