I have been extremely satisfied with the Dr's and staff at Animal Care Clinic! I started going when I got my American Pit mix as a pup, he is about to turn 7 and he still enjoys his visits with Dr Castillo and the staff! All the staff are really great, support staff and doctors. They remember you and really seem to care about your pet. They are also very knowledgeable. Dr. Gotz has proven herself to be a compassionate and competent vet that our fur baby loved immediately...not an easy task with our small dog. Having just moved to the area it was important to us to have a "meet and greet" prior to a real issue. Great people here. I really like the later business hours during the week. I usually bring my dog at 6pm. Huge bonus when you have to fight traffic to get home. The place is usually busy (good sign) but they manage to get everyone in and out quickly while maintaining personable attitudes. (no easy feat) We moved to the area last year and that means changing vets which is a scary proposition after you have had the same people for years. This place put us at ease. Also, no hard sales of services or products. I don't get the feeling the doc is running up the tab on meds or labs which can be a problem with some vets. Read Less

I love this veterinarian practice. It is not the closest to my home but well worth the drive to get excellent care for animals. I feel like the pricing is fair and I'm never overcharge for things I don't need.  They definitely have the most best interest at heart in the decisions that they make and they show affection towards your pet. I have a very wild cat who terrorized the office. He tore down shelves in the examining room and actually made the vet shake. Dr. Gotz was the best! The Dr and her staff. Were absolutely wonderful. From the time we arrived everyone was so kind. Time finally took its toll on our two dogs. Oreo age 15 and Sox age 14. We could not watch them in pain any longer. We knew sending them to Heaven was the right thing to do . They have been part of our family since we rescued them as puppies. Letting them go was so painful, the Dr. Informed us that Sox had cancer and must have been in excruciating pain. I ran out of the room and left my husband in there. The Dr. Herself came outside to comfort me and ask if I wanted to come back inside.we spoke openly. She understood .She promised to make them as comfortable as possible. My husband said the Dr. Was very considerate. Our dogs passed away together, peacefully. They allowed my husband to stay until he was ready to leave. Everyone was so respectful. I thank you all. This was our first visit to the clinic and i would recommend them to everyone.Read Less

The entire staff at this hospital are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Everybody works very efficiently and gets you and your pet in and out quickly. Both Dr. Castillo and Dr. Gotz go the extra mile in taking care of my pets and when my dog started to get bad allergic reactions for no apparent reason, they worked with us, gave us several treatment options, called us often to check on him, and were able to determine the cause of his allergies. My Chihuahua Zipper is 8 years old and the dental work she needed was expensive. She had been feeling poorly for a couple of years and I frankly thought she might die on the table. The staff and Veterinarian were amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. My dog got a foxtail in his nose. They got him in right away. The doctor spent lots of time with me and answered all my questions. Never made me feel dumb, or bad. Most importantly, she never made me feel like she had something else to do, or that I was taking up her time. The doctor called me as soon as he was out of surgery. Recently our dog, Archie was struck by a car late in the evening and had to be put to sleep. We had taken Archie to an emergency care clinic but there was nothing to be done to save our pet. Dr. Gotz sent a card acknowledging our loss. We still do not know how Dr. Gotz was notified; but it represents the loving care that she always demonstrated when we have taken our pets into the clinic.
