I cannot say enough good things about this excellent practice, but here are a quick few:1. Lobby: every time we walk in the door we are greeted in a very pleasant manner by the nice lady who works in the front. There is usually a vet tech also in the front desk area. These people are so friendly and offer great advice, always treat our pup with lots of affection. The puppy actually will walk right in the door without apprehension.2. Procedural Competency: The first few times we accompanied our pup into the examination room. On the very first visit, we met 3 Vet techs, and also Dr. Kelly, who stayed in there talking with us for a good 20 minutes, offering advice and explaining the reasons behind recommendations for treatments. This is greatly appreciated that she would take that amount of time out of her busy schedule to spend with us. They also taught me how to properly trim nails, and even went on Amazon in the exam room to tell me what clipper to buy. That first impression was just great, and on every follow up visit we have enjoyed the same treatment.3. Advice: On a visit to take blood work prior to a spay procedure, we accompanied our pup into the exam room. That visit ended up without blood being drawn because the pup was too excited. The staff explained to us that our presence in the room was the reason the pup acted this way. We re-scheduled for the following week. We waited outside, and just 5 minutes later, our pup came running out very chipper and eating treats. This practice was able to explain to us the reason we need to wait outside in a manner that was kindly delivered and helped us to understand why we don't need to be in there. On more than one occasion I have called to ask questions. In every instance, the nice lady mentioned in item 1 takes the time to talk to me, and will answer every question until I get it. I never feel like I am being rushed off the phone. That is very nice and greatly appreciated.4. Medical: We had our pup spayed yesterday. The staff gave us all the advice we need, some pain meds to take home, and even Dr. Kelly came to the lobby with our pup in her hands to give her back to us. That kind personal involvement delivers a powerful message that from the top down at this practice, they are running on all cylinders, to borrow an engine analogy. It is now the next day after the procedure, and I am very impressed when I look at the incision area, and the nice way it is so cleanly sutured. There is no swelling, no seepage, no redness. The job looks top notch to this lay person and our pup is acting more like her normal self today. I am giving her the meds to keep her calm. She is giving no signs that there is pain, only a sad look about wearing the E-collar, but who wouldn't? She is a Shiba Inu, and normally bouncing off walls, or running around in the backyard chasing balls, birds, and anything else that moves back there. The meds are keeping her calm and comfortable, just like they told us would happen. In conclusion, we are more than happy with the care and treatment of our pup, and ourselves by the great people who make this practice very special. Thank You All very much. We are so glad we found you. Read Less
