I have a big bug eye Boston terrier who is in here a lot! He is always poking and scratching his eye. The eye care you get here is far superior to what you would get from a general vet. I always call eye care first for all eye issues. I get into a room fast. My exams go fast. I get checked out fast. It's a great low stress environment for my dog. The staff is friendly and knows my dog well. I also feel the prices are reasonable for being a specialist! I never feel like I'm going in debt over my dogs special eye needs. I volunteer with a nonprofit wildlife rescue and head the squirrel team. This season we have a nonreleaseable squirrel who has a pretty crazy eye issue. The team here has been amazing with every aspect of their care of Earl the Squirrel and their customer service.Every time I've called they have remembered us and seemed genuinely excited to have us back. I know this isn't just us, because I've heard them answer each call this way when I've sat in the waiting room before our appointments. I've also seen people walk in without their pets and the staff knew them immediately. They go above and beyond to build relationships with their clients. I woke up one morning and Earl's eye looked red. I was tired and thought it was just glare. When I came home later that day, it was apparent that Earl's eye was in fact very red. It seemed to be filled with blood. I called over to check in and the staff said not to worry and they'd consult the vet. I got a call back 10 minutes later and they told me what the vet thought it was. They reassured me that it was not a problem and that Earl was not in pain. But, they went above and beyond. Despite my appointment in 5 days, they said to come in the next morning just to be sure. Their appointments get filled up, so I was really appreciative they squeezed us in. We went the next day and the doctor confirmed their hypothesis and that Earl wasn't in pain.Quite simply, they are amazing! If your pet needs eye care, you should check them out. Read Less
