My dog is supper sick can barely walk and all they did was labs and wanted to send me to another vet Let me edit this my baby girl was so sick I made an appointment they charged me high 200 for blood work to tell me her iron count was low then they charged me 100 plus for some other blood work gave her no medication wanted to do a ultrasound but couldn’t get any on to do it oh and might I add she was not feeling good I called to vet they recommend to do an ultrasound 455 plus a 130 for a vet to do the test and couldn’t get her in till Wednesday morning this all started on March 16th so needless to say I called my mom and she recommended me some ideas so I tryed it prednisone and red cell vitamins it helped but only for a few days I called her vet got her records set up to my moms vet he looked at her records and was appalled by the notes and lack of efforts to find out what was making my baby so sick she barley maid it there she was Carried in and ran to back as she collapsed I’ve never had her collapse they ran on X-ray and showed me why all in 15 min my baby was bleeding internally and there was nothing I could do to save her I unfortunately had my dog suffering for days cause this hospital lack of test and if u all must know I spent more on 3 blood draws that could of been prevented buy one X-ray that I payed for at my moms vet 130 they wanted to run everything but what she need and sent her hm to suffer so they will never touch my dogs cats again uh I’m besides my self and the vet techs were the best part of vist but they were not the doc and I asked them to help her I asked for medication paid pills something but no she got sent hm to barley make it to vet to find out I could do nothing other then to end her suffering I hope others read this the vet dr Armstrong is also very rude when she talks to u as well so be ware Read Less

I have known Dr. Van Riper and Dr. Armstrong since 1985 and would never take these two beautiful pups to anyone else. Yes, at times it's a little costly but I know that value of good vets and medicine. I have had a few pets die and they were there to help me through the process. So they give out a free exam. I have had the coupon and I noticed my cat has a abscess and wanted to use the free exam and then have him treated. Her words "No you will be charge the office visit as well" Well the doctor is already going to see what he has so why am I going to pay for a office visit when you are giving free exam coupon !!! Great experiences over the last 4 years for my little dog. It sounds like the previous google user from 5 years ago has displaced anger issues over a grieving process. Everytime I come in they have my dogs name on the whiteboard, and the vets have been incredibly friendly. Animal care isn't always cheap, but they definitely aren't the most expensive either. I had to bring my very best friend in only to find out he had to be euthanized. I was beside myself and unable to process the event. They gave me time, a private room and even honored a discount I wasn't entitled to. They processed the billing in the private room so I wouldn't have to be seen crying in the public waiting room. As well they sent me a beautiful placard and pin commemorating my love and memories of my best friend. I will use and recomend them as much as I can.
