Had a great experience with my old Wheaten Terrier, Kelly. The vet took extra time to diagnose my dog's leg pain and provided a practical remedy to help her. Their cost was very fair as well.

I have used Dr.Sergent for 1 cat and 2 dogs, and have been pleased with his expertise. One of my dogs had issues that required a specialist and he referred me to another doctor, which I used for that issue. As far as non-specialty issues, he is straight forward and honest with his diagnosis. He understands that expenses can add up, and only recommends tests that he feels would be necessary to diagnose the problem. I don't feel like he tries to "pad" the bill, as some vets in the area are known to do.I have given the clinic 4 stars instead of 5 stars because I am not too happy with one the front office personel. She is very efficient with quoting prices, but not very compassionate. Recently, I adopted a second dog and just wanted to get her checked out. I had inquired about an immunization, but not authorized it, and before I knew it, it was done. She never told me that there might be side effects from the immunization, and 9 hours later my dog's behavior changed, which lasted through the night. I called the office first thing in the A.M. and spoke to the other receptionist that explained that, yes, the dogs behavior was a result of the immunization. I wish I had known that before I spent a sleepless night worried about my dog.Overall, I would recommend Dr.Sergent because I trust his judgment and I feel like he is reasonably priced. The office is small (not fancy), clean, efficient (lab on premises), appointment times are prompt (no long waiting), and Dr.spends the necessary time with his patients. If a visit to the vet is needed, I would recommend him. Read Less
