Brought my puppy in for her puppy shots. The first time there the doctor tried to trim her nails and made her bleed. The second time there I didn't even get to see a veterinarian, I was stuck with "technicians" who don't know anything and just give shots. When I asked a health question they said I would need to see the doctor but it would cost me an extra $55 to see him. Front desk lady is rude while trying not to be, meaning she is rude by nature. No love or compassion. I brought my dog in with swollen lymph nodes and asked antibiotics. The vet forcefully pushed for more expensive options like an x-ray, and a line of blood and urine tests, all the while showing no compassion for my dog. I left, finally, with the antibiotics that my dog needed, and with a huge headache. Never going back. Terrible service. We brought our dog in for a lump. The Vet came in and did not introduce herself. She than talked to the dog and not us. She than explained what could be wrong in terms only a vet would understand. We asked her to tell us in terms we can understand. She then tryed to do that, but got distraced multiple times and we would have to remind her of what she was saying. After she perscribed some antibotics we noticed the swelling getting bigger. We called and asked what to do. She than said she was not comfortable because he might need a specialist. She could have done that from the beginning. I have been going to Village Vet. for several years. I had several cats at one point. One in particular always had little issues. They have always provided care options, and allowed me to make my own decisions about how to proceed. When it came time for a couple of them to be relieved from their pain and suffering of old age, and the issues that come with it, they were able to provide me with same day service, and compassionate care once the decision was made. I was able to be with my Fur Children as they slowly drifted into the infinite beyond. Their pricing is fair and competitive. I'd reccomend Village Vet. to anyone who loves their pet. Read Less
