My cat, Willy, was very ill. He wasn’t eating OR drinking fluids. It turns out that he had a kidney stone, and the team at the hospital fixed him up, and gave us prescription food. Now he is working his weight back on. Without them and their service, he could of starved to death.

When I adopted my cat this past weekend I was told that I could take her in to several different vets in the area within a week for a free checkup. I decided to try this vet in Exeter. When I called to make the appointment I told them that she had been sneezing a lot. When the vet came in...he was in the room for all of 30 seconds just to tell me there's nothing they will do about the sneezing unless she has green snot too, so come back if that happens. He leaves and the girl at the front charges me $50.00. When I asked about the free visit or at least getting a discount...she tells me that because I said my cat was sneezing and didn't ask for a "wellness exam" that I would need to pay the $50.00. They should have told me over the phone that they would not treat my cat unless she had green snot. I took time off work for that appointment...what a waste of time and money.

Exeter is blessed to have these vets! Recently, our dog Sher had to be put to sleep after 16 cool years as our part of our family. We just received a wonderful letter in the mfail from UC Davis regarding a donation Exeter Vet made in Sher's name. This was a very touching gesture - and it is such a great cause! We totally are pleased with the thought and the good that will come about from that donation. We want to take this opportunity to let Exeter Vet and all of Exeter know how grateful Berne and I are for the outstanding care they gave to both of our dogs - Sunny and Sher - during their lifetimes and right until their very last breath. Exeter is so blessed to have caring, thoughtful, brilliant people taking care of our animals. Thanks to Exeter Vet for being a special part of our town! Kim and Berne Sandberg

I have to say Dr. Konrad was such a blessing to our little Choppers. He and his staff were completely kind, and very knowledgable of his condition. Choppers is now on heart medication for the rest of his life. Choppers has been a important piece of our family for the past 11 years. He is so loved by so many of our friends and family. If only I had known about this wonderful veterinarian hospital sooner... The first night after being on his medications the coughing completely stopped....we both finally had a first full night rest after a very long week. I am so glad to know that choppers and Lilly have such a wonderful place to come to when needing medical attention. Exeter is completely worth the drive for the exceptional treatment and service! I give them 10 stars
