I have been to the VCA off of Bradshaw Road numerous times that it's sickening when I think of talking to them. I have made this my primary vet now. I left the other day with a check up and for once. FOR THE FIRST TIME I honestly felt that they cared about my pet instead of my wallet. I walked out smiling because I know that the care I want my pet to have was given to her at this office. I absolutely recommend them. I haven't had long waits, very friendly staff, just overall exactly what I want from a vet. Thank you guys!

My adopted Doxie, Augustus was bleeding from his mouth and or Gums. He has a history of bad teeth and had several pulled shortly after we adopted him. Hazel Ridge was able to get him in the next da...
My adopted Doxie, Augustus was bleeding from his mouth and or Gums. He has a history of bad teeth and had several pulled shortly after we adopted him. Hazel Ridge was able to get him in the next day for an exam. Exam was reasonable prices and the diagnosis was he needed more teeth pulled. We were given antibiotics and an appointment was made for the next Friday. In the meantime the vet would be sending me a quote. The next day a quote was received by email. The cost would be between x and xxx. Appeared to be appropriate and reasonable. Dropped Gus off at 0800 and picked him up at 430 that afternoon. A few pain meds and antibiotics and we were on our way.Gus had 18 teeth removed, his attitude is good as is his breath. The staff at the desk are awesome as are the vets and vet techs. Thank you Hazel Ridge Vet and staff and a big SHOUT OUT to Christina from San Leandro High School. Pirate Pride. Lol.I would defiantly revisit for all my pets needs.

I've taken my cat and 2 dogs here for 8 years and have always been very pleased with the services and care. Our 13 year old lab had to be put down last year. Unfortunately it was the day after Christmas but he was suffering. I was so thankful that Hazel Ridge was open on that Saturday and was able to take care of our beloved pet. The doctor was crying with me as I held my dog and comforted him through his last breath. I will always be grateful to them for making this difficult time bearable.

This office has taken care of my cat and dog for 4 years, I was referred to them by my sister who has used them for nearly 10 years. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. They have fit me in several times with quickness and good humor when I have had a pet emergency. When it came time to end my dogs suffering from kidney failure they were so kind, supportive and caring. I have nothing but the best to say about this office, the staff and the doctors!!!

I have been to the VCA off of Bradshaw Road numerous times that it's sickening when I think of talking to them. I have made this my primary vet now. I left the other day with a check up and for once.
