Dr. Putty and his staff are amazing!! They do care about animals and their prices is really fair. Breeding dogs for a long time it was a huge relief for me to find this doctor. I honeslty think that they are the best in California. :) You will never regret going to that clinic. All staff is really friendly and willing to help even after hours. I thought that doctors like Dr. Putty don't even exist in our country anymore, where everything is about the money. My good friend, (Don) recommended to this Veterinary Office and I have found the entire staff to be helpful, caring, knowledgeable, and foremost genuinely concerned about my pet more so then climbing into my wallet. They offer treatment options, home remedies and assistance that is very useful. They serve a purpose to help you with your loved pet over tapping into your finances. I highly recommend this Veterinary Hospital Office. Even if you have to travel a ways into Fair Oaks, the staff is worth the trip. I find this method of doing business today to be rare and it is very refreshing to find a Veterinarian that cares about his customers and their pets. I took my dog into see Dr. Putty after I woke up one morning to find him horribly sick. This office is across the street from me so I just ran over and they saw my dog right away. I loved the fact that Dr. Putty sat down with my dog and got to know him before trying to examine him. He gave me several treatment options and let me choose what to move forward with. He also gave me some at-home treatments to do as well. I really felt like I was in control of what to spend and he did not make me feel bad for not having thousands of dollars to spend doing all sorts of testing. Dr. Drew Putty and his staff have been taking care of my dogs' veterinary and kennelling needs for the past 10 years. I've tried other kennels when they were booked up and found that not only are their prices much better than the other ""resorts"" but the level of care is both immediate and very thorough.
