Our dog was having trouble breathing so we took him to this center. He was diagnosed with a respiratory infection and allergies. They gave him an IV and prescribed antibiotics. My dog responded incredibly well to treatment. The vet and all her assiciates from assistants to reception were all cheerful and accommodating. Their professionalism is palatable and inspires confidence in their abilities. You are cheerily greeted as soon as you enter making you and your pet seem like their highest priority. It is a stellar place to take your beloved family member. There is also handicapped parking. Their prices are fairly reasonable in the health care market these days. Read Less

I thank God for this particular VCA. They made possibly the worst and most difficult thing I'll ever have to go through as peaceful and gracious and nearly just as comfortable for my Babygirl, and for us as well, as one could imagine possible. My kids have always received superior care from the entire staff at Greenback VCA, from the time they've all come home from their rescue shelters, all the way through to their last days. We recently had to put one of our beloved fur babies down because of a congenital heart issue that started causing problems with her everyday quality of life. Everyone in the staff was really understanding of the pain and tears shed on the day we brought her in. Dr.Loughner was the ultimate advocate for our baby girl making sure we understood what our little girl was going through and what our options looked like. It is a very hard time for our family as we try to recover from the loss our baby left in her abscence but i am confident we made the right choice and I am beyond appreciative of the care our lulubugg received in her last moments. Great Service! They were very helpful and understanding, gave me a break on the exam fee (with a coupon), when I brought in "Kotik" (formerly straight CAT - whom I met 3 years ago and little by little got him tamed, fixed, etc.).
