I usually never write negative reviews but I need to warn others based on my experience with this business. Two weeks before they started working on this project I gave Dr Ellie Wattles the green light and explained that we were serious and needed to move fast as seller had a family emergency. The following two weeks I called to check the status and kept being told that Ellie was working on it and would call back (I later found out that she had been sick with a virus and not working as much as she should have). When I finally get a hold of Dr Ellie she again asks if we are serious in wanting to go forward with this deal and that there now is a competitor. I asked her if she forgot that I had previously given the green light and that we needed to move fast, to which she gave said excuse of having been sick. Fast-forward another week and I lost out on the practice opportunity.After speaking with Dr Rick Wattles he acknowledged and seemed worried that Dr Ellie Wattles had apparently forgotten what we had talked about 2 weeks prior. I previously inquired about the costs, which were supposed to be pro rata. In the end, they kept the entire sum of project fee but offered a mediocre discount on a future project. There is no way I would use these con artist “professionals” again. I worked hard for weeks to cover their fee. End result: poor communication, excuses, and a waste of my time and hard earned money.
