I have been going to Crossroads animal hospital for over 20 years. Doctor Sullivan the veterinarian who owns the practice is one of the sweetest honest vets that I have ever come across. He knows my funds are limited so he has always been honest, and straight up about what my pets do or don't need. I had gone to a cheaper vet at 1 point thinking I would save money but ended up going back to Crossroads because they did not give my cats what they needed instead all this extra meds. They got worse. When I went back to Dr. Sullivan he gave what they should have got and fixed them right up. I only went to another place thinking I was going to save money from the office visit fee but ended up paying 3 times as much. I should have just gone to Crossroads. I will not make that mistake again. Read Less

Let me start by saying that the staff and Dr Sullivan are great. However, I took my best friend and constant companion of 12 years to Dr. Sullivan. He diagnosed her and told me she would be fine. I took her back because she was still throwing up. He gave her a shot for nausea and told me she would be fine in a week. I got up the next morning to find her dead. I feel that her issue wasnt treated seriously enough. Please, if your best friend is sick, have him refer you to someone who will diagnose and treat them properly. Maybe you won't lose your best friend and go through this complete devastation and feeling of loss. Read Less

I cannot emphasize how amazing this veterinary group is. We had the very emotional and impossible situation of putting our 13 year old lab down and Dr. Sullivan and his team were so amazing, empathetic and professional. We only recently moved to the area, so we had just started to use Dr. Sullivan. I was so impressed by their services, especially their Saturday shot clinic. It's so reasonable! Only 14 dollars for the shot. After only six months with them, our dog got sick and we had to choose between several complicated tests and procedures that wouldn't necessarily guarantee him more time or to put him down and end his suffering. It was an impossible choice. Dr. Sullivan was so kind and didn't push us to one choice or the other. Once we decided to end our dogs suffering, Dr. Sullivan and his team ensured the whole process was so kind, compassionate and full of dignity. He kept telling us that we were great parents and that we had made a good choice for Gordo. He was just so compassionate. He took care of the whole thing, so we didn't have to think or do anything once it was over. We also asked if he could take Gordo's bed and other items and he did and promised that they would go to a shelter. Also, a week later, his team sent us the sweetest card, and we had only been with his office for less than six months. I suppose the best praise I can give is to say that I wish we had Dr. Sullivan for Gordo's vet much earlier and/or when we are ready to get another pet, we will certainly use Dr. Sullivan! I can't praise him enough. Read Less
