Wasn't going to do this, didn't want to say anything, but today was the last straw so here it goes! This place is ok, not going to say great, my new vet is way better! There could be a barrier separating the dogs & cat area. The Doctor, I think Doctor Kendrick, is a great doctor, going to miss him! Some of the the staff however is another story! Some are nice, about 3 or 4 of them, that a really cool & helpful, but then you have the other few that are some are real b#%$hes!! Last month, June 24th at 1:21pm, I called regarding about the price of the FVRCP shot that my cat needs & Stephanie put's me on hold...but the hold was for an hour! Yes an hour! This is the third time & other times I would be on hold for 10 to 20 minutes which is fine, but an hour is too long to get an answer! Look, I understand the place can get busy, but come on, a whole f#$%ing hour?!! That's f#$%ing ridiculous!! Anyways, so I called back & the lady who answered, I explained to her that Stephanie put me on hold for an hour & all I wanted was the price for the FVRCP shot. Well, she apologized for Stephanie's mistake for me being on hold for that long also stating that she was wrong for doing that, but then turn around & say to me, "If you were on hold, I would have noticed that!" WOW! You f#$%ing apologize to me, but then call me a liar afterwards! Not cool! She then became unfriendly & rushed me off the phone! Guess she didn't like me reporting one of her co-workers who couldn't do a simple job like answering the f#$%ing phone! Just blame others & not take account for your own actions is a great way to do buisness! Now today, August 2nd, 12:13pm, I called to have my web account, petly.com, removed. Brie, whom she tells me that she's new, goes back & forth to find out what's going on. Whomever she spoke to, told her they don't have petly.com, but I was on the website while on the phone! They set this up for me years ago way before I had adopted my second kitty! So Brie ended up not putting me on hold, but she has the phone receiver down & I hear another woman who bacame aggravated with me, telling her to get my name down & to get me off of the phone right away because they have other customers to deal with! Well I hope they delete my web account cause I want nothing to do with this place! Here's another thing, this place is double standard. They say you can't hold your kitty in your lap, yet they have this white fluffy cat walking about freely! They can't even have the dog owners contain their dogs! Why have a cat & dog side when you can't even enforce it to protect our feline family members? Doesn't make sense! So in conclusion to all this nonsense, the vet I take my both of boys too, are awesome, professional & very helpful! The doctor so far seems to be great too! They are very knowledgeable & very passionate in what they do including the ladies up front! Again I'll miss the doctor & the few ladies there, I do apologize if i don't remember your names, that have been kind to me at Animal Medical Center. I've been with Animal Medical Center for 5 years total & it takes a few people to screw things up & that's what happened in this case! Time to move on to better pastures! Read Less
