General Info

The clinic closely monitors the posture at the entrance in combination with sound sensitivity and pacing patterns, together with focal behavior. Medical examinations (e.g., ears and teeth inspection during the curious phase, abdomen and joints examination during the calm phase). Pet owners should pay attention to and report unusual changes in the pets’ habits like where they usually rest, feeding places, and always hanging around the doors or on soft surfaces. Took my litter here after losing a female, elm vet was very fast at diagnosis and referenced me out to a 24 hour vet for immediate care. The 2 that we’re saved have gone on to become ABA JR Champions and are now 7 months old. With out this vet I would be lost. He truly takes the time to show explained and teach his clients. I will never go back to my previous vet they don’t have the same hospitality elm vet has. I have referred all my friends to go to elm vs any other vet in Fresno and I can’t wait to go in for our next check up. The receptionist is amazing gets u in and out fast is very knowledgeable and knows how to help calm a nervous fur mom. ❤️🐶👍🏻 Read Less

Took my 3 year old red Doberman in when she was old enough to get her ears done, they came out beautiful. I took my blue Doberman and have the same results. Very reliable, friendly, educated, patient, and true. If you want your dogs ears cropped you have to be able to make the appointments after or else your putting your dog at risk. Like they told me"keep your investment in shape" as in if your going to do this then make sure your able to come in the next few days to get them checked up on and such. They are good with making accommodations to make sure your able to make your appointments if you ask. Very pleased them. My mom would take her show dogs here since FOREVER. Love this place Read Less

Excellent Crop Job! Dr Eib has cropped my dobie's ears since 1976. I've always been happy with the results. Yes, Elm Vet Hospital is not fancy, but that has never interfered with the quality of care. My last dobie was in ear splints for 5 months. It had nothing to do with Dr Eib's skill. It was just the way my puppy was. Owner perseverance and patience is essential for good results. My dobie gets all her ongoing care at Elm Vet Hospital, too. All staff are competent, knowledgeable and friendly.Read Less
