This place is fantastic! We took our Chi Rocco her for years and they were always very sweet to him. He didn't like much but he loved to go here! The docs and techs were fabulous to him! Rocco passed away 1/17/2018 and we brought him here for them to get him for cremation. They couldn't have been more loving to our family. Rocco was 13 years old. We now have a new chi Joe and he went in for his first checkup! He is a rescue and very small...but he was a good boy and as always he was received buy staff as if he was their own. Can't say enough! I recently moved to Fullerton from Huntington Beach and unfortunately had an emergency with my baby 6 month old puppy who is less than 10 pounds. She was very lethargic and had a swollen face and I had nowhere to go since I didn't know the area. I remember driving past sunny crest everyday from work so I immediately took her there in hopes they had time for my pet. They took her right away as she was getting more swollen in the face and couldn't breathe by the second. At this point I didn't care what the cost was I just wanted my little girl to feel better. They hospitalized her for the day after treating her for an allergic reaction. I sat at home worried sick all day and when I returned at 6pm to pick Luna up the doctor brought her in and she was all wiggly and happy to see me like her normal self. My heart felt relief and I am forever thankful they saved my babies life. Erin was the first person who greeted me and I was a mess and in panic and she immediately took attention to my puppy which made me feel more at ease. Thank you for giving Max, a three month old Golden poodle puppy,  a fighting chance. My sister purchased a Golden Poodle from a breeder in Norco. We noticed he was lethargic and took him here. He was diagnosed with Parvo. This is fatal and serious. If your dog has loose stools with no energy, take him to a vet ASAP! The Doctor along with the staff were sympathetic, but honest on his chances of survival. I still went ahead and bought IV and meds from a Pet Emergency the doctor told me to go to. He passed away during his third day of treatment. This place still called a week later just to check on how he was doing. Lisa and Susan were super sympathetic and told me how to make get rid of the Parvo virus in my home. If I ever decide to get another companion years from now, this is the place I will go. Please be careful when purchasing a new dog from a breeder online! It's inhuman how people can sell sick pets for financial gain! Read Less

I have been taking my golden retriever here for almost 12 years. I have always been thoroughly impressed with the staff here. They are definitely a full service clinic. They have grooming service, kennel service, and full veterinary care. They really seem to care for my dog. The staff here is very friendly. They have taken my cat for a check up and he has also stayed here for boarding. I'd like to see a better arrangement for the cat boarding area and a web cam option to check up on the animals. Otherwise my cat survived, a little frazzled but doing well.Read Less

It is unfortunate to have to write this review, as I feel my dog was looked after well and it was highly recommended. We were charged a full extra day ( for 3 hours, 2 hours early at drop off and 1 hour late at pick up)because the pricing and hours were not clearly explained. They did not listen to our concerns and so in order to get our dog we paid. We will not be returning! We have found a new location at a flat rate plus 3 walks a day and a common play area. Such a caring doctor...My rabbit wasn't feeling well, he checked her out and said she wasn't going to make it.. While I was there talking with the doctor she passed away and I was devastated... A few weeks later I received a sympathy card from him. It was so thoughtful of him.. I will be taking my other animals to him in the future... Read Less

Currently have my cats coming here. Thus far I have had great care for both of them. I find the docs to be up to date on current vet medicine issues and treatment. I've been going to Sunnycrest since I moved here from New Orleans. I had a great vet there and was afraid I wouldn't be able to find someone in California I liked as well. I have seen 4 of the doctors at Sunnycrest at different times and they are all different personalities but I like them all because they are all so caring and never talk down to me. I travel a good bit and board my pets there too. They have a groomer that can handle cats which is great! Read Less

Excellent facility, fantastic doctors and staff. No complaints whatsoever on their professionalism and thoroughness. Prices have a tendency of being very high on certain procedures and occasionally, "over suggest" treatment options. But they always have your pet's interest at heart. I took my cat in for annual shots, after having a BAD experience at another Vet's office. I found that both the desk staff and the Doctors were VERY gentle and took their time w/ my cat, who doesn't do well with strangers...they even gave me a carrier to use (cardboard), since she'd fouled the one I brought her in.AMAZING! Went to Sunnycrest with an emergency and was worked in right away. Saw Dr. Caroline George and she was very sweet and very smart. She saved my dogs life so what more can I say. Met the other two doctors and lots of the technicians and everyone of them was very compassionate and knew what I was going through with my Teddy. Doesn't get any better in my opinion! Read Less
