This place is great! The people are just all very nice and knowledgeable! The girls who help the Dr's are just the kind of people you would want to care and handle your dog. I took my brothers dog who is half pit and half rottweiler named "Fatboy" in and let me tell you he was a stinky stinky dog! 🐶 but those people were touching and petting and scratching him while saying nice things to him the whole time. The girls even held fat boy close to their cloths without any concerns to the smell or short hair that was coming off him with every touch.😨wow! That's how I was everytime he tried to lick me, yuck. I love that dog but I didn't want to smell like a smelly, stinky ranch dog. I was acting totally Ritzy that day. Lol! This is a place you can count on and trust in my opinion. Thumps up all the way!

It has to be scheduled out which is ridiculous! Had to take my dog to the emergency room for an ultrasound which ended up costing me double

I love this place! They take excellent care of my cat. You can also tell that they truly care about the animals and the owners. When my dog had to be put to sleep they helped me carry her in and the tech gave me a hug when I started crying. The people here really care :)

Great staff! By far best vet around. Dr. Fitzgerald even took the time to call and check on our cat yesterday evening a couple days after her testing. She is amazing. Highly recommend this facility.

The girl answering the phone sounded like she was chewing on a huge wad of bubble gum. I had to ask if I had reached the vet's office. Then she was unnecessarily rude over and over to everything I said. I don't have a clue how the vet is but I couldn't stand going through the receptionist to find out. She must be related to the vet or I'm sure she'd have been fired by now.

The staff here are so compassionate!! You can feel that they actually love animals and their jobs. They went above and beyond for me and my 13 year old Great Dane that went to doggy heaven today. We were not even their clients, until today. They helped us at the closing end of the day on a Saturday rather than turn us away like our regular vet clinic did.

We have had a series of pet ratties over the years and have been very fortunate to find Dr. colbert!! She is a small animal expert and loves our ratties. Since rats are considered "exotic" pets it's h...
We have had a series of pet ratties over the years and have been very fortunate to find Dr. colbert!! She is a small animal expert and loves our ratties. Since rats are considered "exotic" pets it's hard to find others to treat them ~and it's EXPENSIVE. Princevalle's rates are very reasonable, even for euthanasia (which, sadly, has been the only humane option a couple of times.) Our three current ratties have lived over a year so far despite severe respiratory illness in infancy --thanks to Dr. Colbert! Looking forward to visiting again soon ~when we adopt a new puppy friend!

I have taken my dog and cat to Princevalle Pet Hospital for the past two years. I primarily see Dr. Fitzgerald, but Dr. Fischer and Dr. Colbert have also seen my pets. The quality of care these vets and their assistants give to my animals is outstanding. They treat my animals with the care they would of their own pets, and they always take the time to explain all treatment options and possible outcomes. The office staff has always been efficient and wonderful. I would wholeheartedly recommend this office to everyone and will continue to take my pets here as long as I am in the area!!

This place is great! The people are just all very nice and knowledgeable! The girls who help the Dr's are just the kind of people you would want to care and handle your dog. We have had a series of pet ratties over the years and have been very fortunate to find Dr. colbert!! She is a small animal expert and loves our ratties.
