We recently moved but have always loved this vet. My husband drove over an hour to bring our dog in for his yearly check up and shots this morning. He then waited for an hour and a half in an empty waiting room and still was told, sorry it’s going to be a little bit. He then had to leave because he was taking the morning off from work and couldn’t wait any longer. Who has time to wait 2 hours at the vet! Totally unacceptable. Not sure what happened to this place. Parkview Pet Clinic was an absolute great experience. I wanted to work there really bad but unfortunately they went with a more qualified person. My experience was a sanitary one, with good quality employees and a sincere care for patients while attending their owners with good customer service. Lacey and all the receptionist in the front have always kindly taken care of all my appointment needs and both the medication administering nurses and Dr. Yi is always professional and extremely informative educationally so to make sure that I am a well-informed puppy momma. Lacey at the front desk was so compassionate when I called at my wits end. The staff took extra time to fit me into an already booked schedule. The vets and staff at Parkview are great. They all clearly love animals, and they do their best to make sure pet parents are comfortable and worry-free. They are very affordable, and offer many options for care plans to make sure they do something within your price range. Dr. DelVecchio does an excellent job of putting all of my animals at ease, my cat and one of my dogs absolutely hated going to the vet when I went to a previous office but now it's all wagging tails and purrs. I've had a long history of my loved ones (dogs & cat) treated and taken care of by Parkview. While the staff has changed over the years, it's only improved.....processes & friendliness. My cat is not the easiest to treat when it comes to routine checkups or simple nail trims.....to be honest he turns into quite the "danger" cat. Parkview Pet Clinic is the best Clinic for pets, they treat you nicely and spend time explaining things, the staff is excellent. My dog was seen by Dr. Yi and I can't tell you what a refreshing difference it is to see a DVM that cares about the dog and not selling you procedures and treatments you don' t need. I have a Scottish Fold that I care dearly about so going to any old pet clinic wasn't going to cut it. This place is great. The people are very friendly and professional and the doctors are so sweet and caring. The prices are also reasonable! I've never been surprised when I had to pay and say the vet had to do a bunch of things. The bill has always ALWAYS been reasonable and affordable. I had to re-edit and add that Dr. Tang is amazing! I have been coming to Parkview for years! Dr. Martin (the previous owner) saved my Cocker Spaniel's life when she got food poisoning. I was leery of the change of ownership, but once I met the new staff I quickly realized that they were just as caring and willing to answer any questions about my pet. They seem to love your pets almost as their own, show an equal concern for your pet, and strive to make sure your pet gets and stays healthy. If not for Dr. Delvecchio, I would have had to put my Great Dane down sooner than was necessary. When the time did come, they were very considerate when we had to put her down. We had become increasingly unhappy with the management of our former veterinarian hospital, they were more concerned about the money than our cats. When our cat became ill in December, we decided to give Parkview a try since we had recently moved to the area and they were literally right down the street. Was VERY impressed with the front office staff, assistants, and Dr. Kaplan. Were were treated with courtesy and professionalism, and given three treatment options for our cat, rather than one very expensive one. The staff also interacted with our cat as you expect people to when they actually care about animals. We are now new customers of Parkview and happy to be here. Read Less

VERY,VERY,POOR....our dog was on life support pills.We called for two days to renew the prescription.They did not call us back.When asked "Why" we were told that they were very busy. We went to get the refills but they had close for the day.We had to go to Eagle Rock 24 hours Vet to get more pills.We asked for a refund and they refused.We have to pay double to another Vet to get more pills...DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR SICK DOG.ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. Our favorite vet (we've tried a couple). Dr. Delveccio is our main vet, but Dr Kaplan has been good as well (though he muzzles my dog which I'm not a big fan of- Dr. Delveccio feeds him treats the entire time and he definitely isn't snappy when I'm present- but I get it, he's probably been bitten by dogs before). They're really traditional with diet so just keep your mouth shut if you feed raw. They push the Science Diet type food if your dog has any kind of stomach upset, but if your dog doesn't like it they will take it back.Read Less

I love this clinic! The staff and doctors are very nice and professional at all times. I went there for my first visit with my first dog and they gave her all the medical care she needed. My second dog accidently ate something and he was very ill, Dr. Del Vecchio had a super busy day, but he still found time to give my dog the attention and care that he needed. We were there last in January 2016 with our dog Spanky and saw Dr Del Vecchio. He was great, very positive, kind, encouraging and patiently listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. Took my cat there several weeks ago and saw Dr. Kaplan. He was very calm and caring, which I found to be great,and also didn't go overboard with fees. My cat is much better and I am grateful. During the surgery, he found some serious abnormalities and had to remove a deformed kidney as well. They had photos to show and help explain what the deformities were. Also, the cost of the procedure did not change, although the surgery took over an hour longer than usual. This clinic is the only place I will bring my pets. Read Less

I went in to put my cat to sleep after making the decision. First, my Wife and cat waited in the car. I wanted to make sure the doctor was ready, which is not out of the question in a case of putting an animal down. Yes, making the doctor wait for a change.They said yes, he's ready. Well, he wasn't. We waiting for about 10 minutes. He came in to give the pain killer injection and said he would be back in 3 to 5 minutes. He then came back, and started shaving my cats front arm. A scary thing for a cat that doesn't like the vets office. He then started to give the fatal injection, my cat struggled. The doctor said, I'll need to give him more. He left the office, came back gave him another shot, and left. He came back in and said, ""that should do it"" and shaved or cleaned up the place he had shaved before. Apparently, not good enough for him. Then he administered the fatal shot. My Wife rushed out of the room finally, just before death. The doctor never used our names or my cats. My Wife thinks he didn't even know if he was a boy or girl as he just used the name cat. There was no compassion at all, no dignity. Putting a cat down has to be the worst experience anyway, but this office didn't help things, in any way shape or form. I then sent them an email requesting my other cats records, and to inform them how they could have been a little more compassionate of the situation to better their practice. They never responded. I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy, let alone my favorite cat or dog. Read Less
