Don't bother coming here, I have had the displeasure of dealing with these people twice, the only reason I came by the second time is because they are open late and wow do I regret that. They had the nerve to try and charge $2,000 to take a fox tail out of my cats urithera. Said they had to do test because it could be kidney stones and all these different stuff but they end up realizing it's a fox tail in there.... a huge one not a small one. Not something you would easily miss. I saw it myself and tugged on it because i thought it looked weird but couldn't tell at the time if it was just hair surrounding his dong or not since it was covered in blood and urine. In retrospect I should have gone with my gut feeling as that's what it turned out to be, anyway got into a argument with this short little "veterinarian" with a scar on his face, not sure what his name is but bottom line these people are unprofessional, expensive and not compassionate at all. All those lower ratings is false. First time coming here with my newly adopted kitty and she was sick, I felt so welcoming to bring my sick little baby here, the staff was so friendly and helpful, they do their jobs well, plus its 24 hours so if you have an emergency bring them here, people here are so lovely.
