Dr. Bradley is fantastic! Really love her approach and care for the pets. I needed special treatment for my cat because I was going to be traveling with my cat and she has some health problems. She walked me through all the options to ensure I knew all my options and risks and what would be best for both me and my cat. She was amazing. Dr. Bradley is by far the best Veterinarian I've ever had. We brought in our dog to get fixed and she located a giant mass in his abdomen, notified us, explained everything and gave us options, guided us through what to expect, and performed the cleanest surgery I've ever seen. She was very well prepared, extremely personable and was nothing short of absolutely amazing. Our dog recently had a skin issue and Granite Bay Veterinary Clinic got us in the same day!  The appointment, meds, and vaccines were all very reasonably priced.  The staff was very warm and caring.  Dr. Bradley is the most knowledgeable, loving, and hard working vet.  She has the highest level of integrity and she is innovative.  We have worked with her for over ten years.  She has saved our dog's life on not one, but two different occasions when he ate toys meant for the kiddos. I've had the pleasure of bringing my 2 yorkies to Dr. Mansfield for the last year and a half. I went through several vets to find him, and now that my babies have been under his care, I can't imagine taking them anywhere else! He's performed spay & neuter for both my fur-kids, he's pulled their baby teeth, he's helped with their anal glands, he took excellent care when one was bitten by a yellowjacket and had an allergic reaction to it, he's babied my other one after having repeated seizures. He's given them ivs, drawn their blood, given them meds, worked with me about their diet, relieved their allergies- helped them on their worst days and greeted them on their best and treated ME so well through all of it.He's excellent with follow up calls- next day, next week, next month. He always checks in and offers advice and he's been really patient with me when I'm throwing 1,000 questions at him. Really, having an epileptic puppy has been heartbreaking and scary, and this guy has been so reassuring, knowledgable, patient and comforting through it..The best part of it is knowing not only does he genuinely love my dogs, my dogs really love going to see him and his staff. His staff!! He has the best vet-techs, they're all so friendly and concerned and helpful. My dog was suffering from seizure like symptoms about a year and a half ago and I took him to three different clinics in Elk Grove. It was frustrating that none of the vets could figure out what was wrong. After hundreds of dollars later I reached out to the breeder and she referred Dr. Mansfield. (She is a regular at GVBC) After one visit he was able to give my yorkie Melo the proper medication to control his seizure like symptoms. I adopted an Austrailian Cattle Dog 2 years ago and he would loose his hair and had no energy. He looked terrible. I tried several other vets and they would try vitamins. Dr. Mansfield took his time and found out his problem (hypothyrodism) and he is a new dog. Dr Mansfield is very caring and thorough.  We have an 11 year old lab who has started having minor issues.  I tend to over react when she's hurting but he's always been kind and gentle. We've gotten a couple meds and they are reasonably priced and have taken care of the issues. They even have helped us with her toe nails since she's black and it's hard to judge how short to cut them. My dog loves Dr Mansfield. Read Less

I've been going here for 5+ years and I'm looking for a change.  The prices are too high and Dr. Mansfield never remembers who we are.  He asks the same questions that he should already know or look on a chart so he knows who we are.  "Do you have other pets?"  Well ya we have a dog that you see often but you don't remember that.  "Hi, I'm Dr. Mansfield."  I'm yeah I know you because we've been going here for 5+ YEARS!!!  ALSO they try to upsale everything there..   I think I'll try Willow Vet Clinic instead.  Too bad really... My beloved cat was cared for with tremendous skill and kindness at Granite Bay Vet Clinic. Dr. Mansfield and his staff were absolutely wonderful during her battle with Diabetes, Feline IBD and ultimately, the cancer that forced us to say ""good bye"". We had been warned that they are rude and people were right. We will never return there. They mocked my wife loudly and in front of other customers simply because we refused a shot that the vet told us wasn't needed. The receptionist told us we were two years past due for the shot (our dog is sixteen months old) and then was bullying and condescending when my wife held her ground. These Dr.s do not give a darn about the pets. Their focus is to take as much money out of you as possible. Also, they love to talk about fleas and sell you the products. If you don't buy them they make it clear you are a bad pet owner. They talk down to you and act so superior. They lecture and do their best to make you feel like you don't know what you are doing with your pet. These Dr.s know that many people in Granite Bay are blind to what they are selling to them and will spend the money because they have plenty of it. I was a long time resident of Granite Bay and Roseville. I brought my cat in with a simple problem. If they were so knowledgeable it would have been diagnosed in one minute like it has now been at another Vet I went to. The vet insisted my cat had a flea problem even though no fleas in site. No fleas on my cat or other three pets. I spent time flea bathing and bombing my house for no reason. And the money Granite Bay charged me for what I feel a purposely misdiagnosis.
