The staff have been very kind. They took their time to talk to my wife and I about trying to get out cat back to her old self.  When my cat passed away. They showed a lot of compassion. Allowed us to say goodbye to our cat. The staff didn't rush us. And the nice thing is, they still treated us and our deceased cat with a tremendous amount of dignity.  And they allow our cat to be cremated with her favorite item. I highly recommend this hospital. I have never been inside only because just with a phone call I could tell how rude one of the receptionist was . I called to see if grooming was available all I got was a "No". Not very helpful. I had to ask "ok so when will she be available?" She was not helpful in anyway. Did not seem to want a new costumer . I'm sorry your customer service to be great on the phone and in the workplace your customer should not have to pry answers out of you. Read Less

Haven't been here since a couple month but this is a good vet!! He doesn't over charge you and knows his stuff!! When my chihuahua got a ear infection all bets wanted to operate on her but when I showed it to this guy he told me no need for surgery but a anti inflammatory! I was shocked and told him but what bout the foxtail weed stuck in her ear? He told me there's no foxtail weed trust me it's not the season and he was right. Thank god for that great vet!! They have a great selection in medical shampoos too! They do amazing grooming work too my grandmother loves to take her mini poodle here! Such a great place defiantly recommended! Read Less
