Sadly, I have been deciding whether to write this review or not for some time. But seeing as I look to Yelp quite often I thought I should for other pet owners. Are they friendly here? Yes, but after the lack of aftercare I received time after time for my dear girl, Ruby Tuesday (German Shepherd/mix), I will not be visiting them again. First, Dr. McDonald removed a molar from our girls mouth...well first I was bothered that the doctor herself NEVER called to check on her, just a tech. Then, the following month during her teeth cleaning they came out and told us the tooth below the extraction was cracked. Now, this is after her doing a FULL mouth xray and telling us all the other teeth are good. Then, they said we denied care for it on the surgery day! WHAT? We never knew about this at all. Then, it became "Oh, Dr. McDonald made a judgement call, herself". Ok, trying to stay calm because I really wanted to trust these people. I asked for her to call us. Did a call come? Nope, never! So, we switched to Dr. Melville, now she seems as if she doesn't want to care for Ruby , politics, I suppose. Protecting their own. Recently, our girl had a bout of stomach upset, after $1477 for IV fluids, xrays, antibiotics, and an overnight stay without 24 hr care, they knew NOTHING! So, off to the animal specialists in Tustin, whom I love! They are not cheap, but so caring, called us after Ruby went home, and were very thorough. So, you know what Stonecreek, I will NOT be recommending anyone to you, and I am heartbroken that I ever trusted you, you seemed so "nice" at first.

My little rescue puppy has had some health issues since I've had him and everyone at Stonecreek has taken such great care of him. So far we've seen Dr. MacDonald and Dr. Glass- both of which are amazing and take such great care of my baby. The staff is always so friendly, warm and welcoming whenever we walk in and always greet us by name. They are quick to follow up and see how my dog is doing after his visits. Great care! I've been going here for pretty routine visits with my dog, Miner, for the past 4-6 years. Everyone is very friendly and the doc's/techs always seem to deliver service promptly. When Miner recently had a problem with his eye, they found an opening in their busy schedule to provide a quick exam. I was really happy that they did this, but wonder how often they can take walk-ins. Pricing: I think they're pretty much the going rate for OC. No one likes the unexpected vet expense, and they seem sensitive to this by showing an estimate up front before providing care.The doctors have a long history of experience and it shows. My one recommendation is more about physical environment. The waiting rooms are small and I get claustrophobic in them. Maybe a nicer sitting bench? Durable enough for the animals of course.

Dr Jeffrey Glass was my dog Oliver's vet for the past 6 years. He told me my 6.5 lb. Yorkie had bladder stones that had to come out surgically. I never second guessed him, I trusted 100%.
He called me the day of surgery to tell me my dog did great and was doing good and would keep him over night. He told me he would keep me posted on his recovery. He called me the next day to tell me he was up, walked a bit and was doing real good, but would keep him one more night.
He called me the 3rd morning at 8:14am to tell me there was a set back. I ran over there to find out my dog passed away.
Dr Glass, leaves the dogs each night from 6:00 pm till 8:00am 14 hours alone after major surgery with IV in there little leg. It is unconscionable to do that to a animal with no voice and NO after care.
I do not recommend Dr. Glass,
I am devastated and my heart is broken.

Staff here are professional, helpful, kind, and efficient. Dr. Glass is a wonderful, smart, and experienced veterinarian, and I've dealt with them through the care of quite a few foster dogs. Some were very ill, or had serious issues. I wouldn't go anywhere else, even though their office is a several hour drive in no traffic. I adore Dr Glass for his diagnostic and treatment skills, and for being a very kind person, as are the entire staff.

My fiance and I lived in LA, and that's where we used to take our dogs to the vet, even if we live in Irvine. THAT particular vet knew us by name, and knew our dogs. Our dogs loved them, and I was hoping to have that same relationship with this place.One of my pups used to get ill with the stomach bug once a month, and we've been to several different vets. Her stomach bugs were finally under control, and this was the last one we went to. We liked the care we received so we just came back here for annual visits since Glendale was way too far for these two little boogers. It wasn't until this past visit where I was somewhat upset with the outcome. Not that we don't want what's best for our pups, but we noticed they just like to fork out every dollar from you. They find every small little thing to drug up our pups. Something is always recommended, and try to sell it to you. They even recommended the "best" dog food, which was advertised throughout their lobby. What they previously recommended was the last company they probably had a contract with, saying that one was the best dog kibble our pups can eat. I also don't really like how they take our dogs away to do treatments, whereas other vets, including our old vet, did it right in front of you. I think this past visit was our last visit. I'm all about loyalty, but not when they shove $100 here and there, when it isn't a necessity. Time to find a new vet, again... *sigh*Also, one of the technicians took a photograph of my dog without my consent. Violating HIPPA is okay, I guess. I understand it's just a picture, and my dog is pretty damn cute, but nah... not acceptable.

Hi! My name is Emmett, and I've been coming to Stonecreek since my very first puppy care checkup in 2004! I try to stop by and visit as often as I can because I love seeing Dr. Glass, Dr. Melville, and Dr. Macdonald, Trish, Ashley, Diane and Krystal, and my really good buddy Alfredo, who always goes above and beyond to take extra special care of me. Alfredo's also really good at teaching my Dad how to care for me when I'm not feeling so hot... sometimes if it's it been a while since my last visit, I just eat something really stinky and throw it up all over the house. That usually gets my dad to bring me in! A few months ago, I was feeling pretty crummy, and then something hurt inside really,really bad. Turns out, my spleen ruptured because I had a tennis ball-sized tumor in it! (Tennis Ball!!). Well, Dr. Macdonald sure is good at veterinary surgery! She did a great job getting my spleen out. And a big furry high five to my new blood brother Hobie! Thanks for helping to save my life! So now I have cancer, and it's a pretty nasty type of cancer (hemangiosarcoma). And I'm getting a little older, so I have to take it a little easier. Some weeks, I get to go to Stonecreek almost every day! Dr. Glass is such a great vet, and he's teaching my dad how to do everything to make me as comfortable as I can be. I love this place!!

It's so nice and refreshing to have gals jump out of their seats to greet us when we come in the door. Our babies get plenty of attention elsewhere but its nice to see everyone treat the animals so good and this not just be their job. They are very attentive and knowledgable. Dr Glass is wonderful!

As a visitor to the area, I had no recommendations but found this clinic online near my hotel when my little minpin began scratching a lot and exhibited signs of a UTI. Dr. Glass and his staff couldn't have been nicer or more caring. I was relieved the minute I got there to find a cheerful, clean facility. ThelmaLou was taken care of right away, tested to my satisfaction, and I was advised as to how to administer the rx. Cost was reasonable too and I was furnbished a copy of the dr.'s notes for my dr at home in Florida. I highly recommend this practice.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews but I was so impressed by the great service and professionalism of Stonecreek Animal Hospital that I had to write a review. We are pet people and have used many vets throughout the years, but we have never been to a vet as fantastic as Dr Glass. He was able to diagnose what was wrong with our dog which is amazing because we took her to several vets and they were unable to help her. Dr. Glass took the time to explain everything to us and set up a comprehensive treatment plan. She is now completely healthy and we are ecstatic . The staff is very friendly and we really felt like everyone there cared. We take all our animals there and have always received a level of care that is beyond our expectations.

I can't begin to tell you how great the staff of Stonecreek has been with my dog's unique problems. It started out with a not-unusual case of torn ACL (both legs) in a small dog. Dr McDonald is a fantastic surgeon for this. Everything was going great until about the 8 week mark when he started rejecting the nylon implants (very rare) leading to a second surgery to remove them and now treatment for autoimmune disease and hypothyroidism plus the arthritis that developed because of the the torn ACL. Stonecreek has been beyond wonderful with their care of my little Drama King! And I love how I get a complete explaination of everything so I understand exactly what is going on and exactly what options I have. It's out of my way but I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Great vet's office. The staff is all very friendly, and the doctors do a great job of explaining procedures without being condescending. Not the cheapest you'll find, but the prices are still reasonable and the great service makes it worthwhile. They typically call a couple of days after an appointment to check in with you and see how your pet is doing, and if at any time you need to call with questions, they're always more than happy to help. My timid dog actually looks forward to going in here!

Sadly, I have been deciding whether to write this review or not for some time. But seeing as I look to Yelp quite often I thought I should for other pet owners. Are they friendly here? Yes, but after the lack of aftercare I received time after time for my dear girl, Ruby Tuesday (German Shepherd/mix), I will not be visiting them again. First, Dr. McDonald removed a molar from our girls mouth...well first I was bothered that the doctor herself NEVER called to check on her, just a tech. Then, the following month during her teeth cleaning they came out and told us the tooth below the extraction was cracked. Now, this is after her doing a FULL mouth xray and telling us all the other teeth are good. Then, they said we denied care for it on the surgery day! WHAT? We never knew about this at all. Then, it became "Oh, Dr. McDonald made a judgement call, herself". Ok, trying to stay calm because I really wanted to trust these people. I asked for her to call us. Did a call come? Nope, never! So, we switched to Dr. Melville, now she seems as if she doesn't want to care for Ruby , politics, I suppose. Protecting their own. Recently, our girl had a bout of stomach upset, after $1477 for IV fluids, xrays, antibiotics, and an overnight stay without 24 hr care, they knew NOTHING! So, off to the animal specialists in Tustin, whom I love! They are not cheap, but so caring, called us after Ruby went home, and were very thorough. So, you know what Stonecreek, I will NOT be recommending anyone to you, and I am heartbroken that I ever trusted you, you seemed so "nice" at first.

My little rescue puppy has had some health issues since I've had him and everyone at Stonecreek has taken such great care of him. So far we've seen Dr. MacDonald and Dr. Glass- both of which are amazing and take such great care of my baby. The staff is always so friendly, warm and welcoming whenever we walk in and always greet us by name. They are quick to follow up and see how my dog is doing after his visits. Great care! Nothing but good things to say.

I've been going here for pretty routine visits with my dog, Miner, for the past 4-6 years. Everyone is very friendly and the doc's/techs always seem to deliver service promptly. When Miner recently had a problem with his eye, they found an opening in their busy schedule to provide a quick exam. I was really happy that they did this, but wonder how often they can take walk-ins. Pricing: I think they're pretty much the going rate for OC. No one likes the unexpected vet expense, and they seem sensitive to this by showing an estimate up front before providing care.The doctors have a long history of experience and it shows. My one recommendation is more about physical environment. The waiting rooms are small and I get claustrophobic in them. Maybe a nicer sitting bench? Durable enough for the animals of course.

Dr Jeffrey Glass was my dog Oliver's vet for the past 6 years. He told me my 6.5 lb. Yorkie had bladder stones that had to come out surgically. I never second guessed him, I trusted 100%.
He called me the day of surgery to tell me my dog did great and was doing good and would keep him over night. He told me he would keep me posted on his recovery. He called me the next day to tell me he was up, walked a bit and was doing real good, but would keep him one more night.
He called me the 3rd morning at 8:14am to tell me there was a set back. I ran over there to find out my dog passed away.
Dr Glass, leaves the dogs each night from 6:00 pm till 8:00am 14 hours alone after major surgery with IV in there little leg. It is unconscionable to do that to a animal with no voice and NO after care.
I do not recommend Dr. Glass,
I am devastated and my heart is broken.

Staff here are professional, helpful, kind, and efficient. Dr. Glass is a wonderful, smart, and experienced veterinarian, and I've dealt with them through the care of quite a few foster dogs. Some were very ill, or had serious issues. I wouldn't go anywhere else, even though their office is a several hour drive in no traffic. I adore Dr Glass for his diagnostic and treatment skills, and for being a very kind person, as are the entire staff.

My fiance and I lived in LA, and that's where we used to take our dogs to the vet, even if we live in Irvine. THAT particular vet knew us by name, and knew our dogs. Our dogs loved them, and I was hoping to have that same relationship with this place.One of my pups used to get ill with the stomach bug once a month, and we've been to several different vets. Her stomach bugs were finally under control, and this was the last one we went to. We liked the care we received so we just came back here for annual visits since Glendale was way too far for these two little boogers. It wasn't until this past visit where I was somewhat upset with the outcome. Not that we don't want what's best for our pups, but we noticed they just like to fork out every dollar from you. They find every small little thing to drug up our pups. Something is always recommended, and try to sell it to you. They even recommended the "best" dog food, which was advertised throughout their lobby. What they previously recommended was the last company they probably had a contract with, saying that one was the best dog kibble our pups can eat. I also don't really like how they take our dogs away to do treatments, whereas other vets, including our old vet, did it right in front of you. I think this past visit was our last visit. I'm all about loyalty, but not when they shove $100 here and there, when it isn't a necessity. Time to find a new vet, again... *sigh*Also, one of the technicians took a photograph of my dog without my consent. Violating HIPPA is okay, I guess. I understand it's just a picture, and my dog is pretty damn cute, but nah... not acceptable.

Hi! My name is Emmett, and I've been coming to Stonecreek since my very first puppy care checkup in 2004! I try to stop by and visit as often as I can because I love seeing Dr. Glass, Dr. Melville, and Dr. Macdonald, Trish, Ashley, Diane and Krystal, and my really good buddy Alfredo, who always goes above and beyond to take extra special care of me. Alfredo's also really good at teaching my Dad how to care for me when I'm not feeling so hot... sometimes if it's it been a while since my last visit, I just eat something really stinky and throw it up all over the house. That usually gets my dad to bring me in! A few months ago, I was feeling pretty crummy, and then something hurt inside really,really bad. Turns out, my spleen ruptured because I had a tennis ball-sized tumor in it! (Tennis Ball!!). Well, Dr. Macdonald sure is good at veterinary surgery! She did a great job getting my spleen out. And a big furry high five to my new blood brother Hobie! Thanks for helping to save my life! So now I have cancer, and it's a pretty nasty type of cancer (hemangiosarcoma). And I'm getting a little older, so I have to take it a little easier. Some weeks, I get to go to Stonecreek almost every day! Dr. Glass is such a great vet, and he's teaching my dad how to do everything to make me as comfortable as I can be. I love this place!!

It's so nice and refreshing to have gals jump out of their seats to greet us when we come in the door. Our babies get plenty of attention elsewhere but its nice to see everyone treat the animals so good and this not just be their job. They are very attentive and knowledgable. Dr Glass is wonderful!

As a visitor to the area, I had no recommendations but found this clinic online near my hotel when my little minpin began scratching a lot and exhibited signs of a UTI. Dr. Glass and his staff couldn't have been nicer or more caring. I was relieved the minute I got there to find a cheerful, clean facility. ThelmaLou was taken care of right away, tested to my satisfaction, and I was advised as to how to administer the rx. Cost was reasonable too and I was furnbished a copy of the dr.'s notes for my dr at home in Florida. I highly recommend this practice.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews but I was so impressed by the great service and professionalism of Stonecreek Animal Hospital that I had to write a review. We are pet people and have used many vets throughout the years, but we have never been to a vet as fantastic as Dr Glass. He was able to diagnose what was wrong with our dog which is amazing because we took her to several vets and they were unable to help her. Dr. Glass took the time to explain everything to us and set up a comprehensive treatment plan. She is now completely healthy and we are ecstatic . The staff is very friendly and we really felt like everyone there cared. We take all our animals there and have always received a level of care that is beyond our expectations.

I can't begin to tell you how great the staff of Stonecreek has been with my dog's unique problems. It started out with a not-unusual case of torn ACL (both legs) in a small dog. Dr McDonald is a fantastic surgeon for this. Everything was going great until about the 8 week mark when he started rejecting the nylon implants (very rare) leading to a second surgery to remove them and now treatment for autoimmune disease and hypothyroidism plus the arthritis that developed because of the the torn ACL. Stonecreek has been beyond wonderful with their care of my little Drama King! And I love how I get a complete explaination of everything so I understand exactly what is going on and exactly what options I have. It's out of my way but I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Great vet's office. The staff is all very friendly, and the doctors do a great job of explaining procedures without being condescending. Not the cheapest you'll find, but the prices are still reasonable and the great service makes it worthwhile. They typically call a couple of days after an appointment to check in with you and see how your pet is doing, and if at any time you need to call with questions, they're always more than happy to help. My timid dog actually looks forward to going in here!
