The staff here were able to squeeze me in super last minute right before they closed, around 5:45pm for an emergency visit. My dog had been squinting and had difficult opening his eyes for a day or two and I left work early to take him in. Turns out he had some corneal inflammation and I got some antibiotic/steroid drops for him that cleared it up really quick. Within the first dose I could already tell his eyes were opening up more easily. I've also come before for a regular check up and when my dog was having some back issues. He got some x-rays that time, pain meds and anti-inflammatories which helped him a lot. Thank you to the caring staff and Dr. Youn and Dr. Franco for taking such good care of Chico!

I adopted a cat from the North Central Animal Shelter in LA last Friday. The poor thing was so scared that she had a little accident on the way home. Not only did she soil herself, but there was also blood in her stool. Not knowing this cat, we weren't sure what was wrong with her or if there was a serious issue. We called Crescenta Valley Veterinary Hospital and explained the situation. The woman at the front desk was so nice and understanding. They were booked for the rest of the day, but told us to come in anyway and that they would squeeze us in because the issue was urgent. We took our new kitty in and everyone there was so helpful and comforting. They not only took excellent care of our her, but went above and beyond - they made her feel comfortable, cleaned her up, and even donated a new towel to replace her old, soiled one. I was very happy with my experience here and will definitely be coming back.

Dr. Youn and his staff, Sylvia, Marc, Sonia and everyone else are remarkable. Dr. Youn is very knowledgeable, caring, and patient. He's extremely qualified and always treats my dog as if he were a king, as so do the others on staff. Dr. Youn did oral surgery on my dog and was originally only going to have to pull 4 teeth, but ended up pulling 16! They were rotted, impacted, and puss filled. Well, you get the point. Once Dr. Youn got in and realized how many teeth he had to pull, he called me immediately and informed me of the situation. I really appreciate that and of course agreed to the surgery, but very much appreciate how he cared. He even brought the teeth out for me to look at to see how bad they really were.I trust Dr. Youn and his staff. My pug practically blacks out and turns purple when his nails get trimmed. Sylvia, Marc, and Sonia do not force him or try to strong arm him, they're very patient and will wait until he calms down to do the trimming. How many veterinarians do you know who will do that? He also has really bad skin allergies and Dr. Youn prescribed an allergy pill that has worked great. All the other doctors just prescribed wipes and medicated shampoos. They also make him and me, feel special when we go in. I appreciate them knowing who we are and acknowledging that. If you are trying to find a top notch, quality, and caring veterinary practice in the Glendale, La Crescenta, Montrose area, I highly recommend Dr. Youn and his wonderful staff.

I came home from work and noticed my dog had a rash around the mouth and it looked like it was getting bigger. I called my Vet that is a few blocks away from here but they were all booked up and could not accept me as a walk-in. They didn't have anything sooner till Saturday and I was worried something was really wrong with my dog. I found Crescenta Valley Vet Hospital on Yelp and called in to see if they would let me walk-in. I was so thankful that they told me to come in even though they were going to close in 25 min. Dr. Youn and his staff were very kind and glad that my dog only had hives and nothing serious. I really appreciated that Dr. Youn took the time to explain the problems and took the time to see if I had any questions, even though they should be closing up. My dog is all better now and I might consider changing Vets.

I took my 2 year old dog for a first time visit for skin allergies, and overall the visit was pleasant however I will not be returning for this reason:I wasn't happy with the way the veterinarian gave us a sales pitch on a certain pill. When you use 'Breakthrough!' and 'Miracle!' to describe a pill it's a red flag for me. Especially since I've worked in a medical office before and would see pharmaceutical reps stop by often, bring lunch with them and (oh by the way here's a new pill!)The last time my dog was placed on pills for her itchy skin, she was a zombie for a month. It completely changed the personality of her until we took her off them.For this reason I'll be searching for another vet that offers acupuncture treatment instead.

My pup started shaking last night and started to pant this morning. When I called our regular vet - Montrose Pet Hospital - they had no appointments today or tmrrw and didn't offer any solutions for emergency visit.I had gone to Crescenta Valley Vet Hospital almost 10 years ago - so I gave them a call at 8:30am and they had an appointment for 11:30am. Unfortunately, her condition seemed to worsen and her shaking was becoming severe. I called back and they said to bring her in right away. Dr. Youn was VERY compassionate and gentle with her as were the technicians and receptionist. He took x-rays and blood work and explained the results in detail.I really appreciate the time he spends examining and explaining everything in detail and in easy to understand terminology. I didn't feel rushed or that 'hard sell' of tests and treatments that I sometimes feel at other vet hospitals. I felt that everything was what needed to be done and reasonably priced.Highly recommend!

I had an great experience here. Little to no wait time in both waiting and examining room. Dr Youn and his staff were very warm and friendly. Dr Youn was knowledgable and reassuring. After assessing my dog's skin growth he put my fears at ease, assuring me it was just a benign growth. He then asked about his health in general and examined him thoroughly.I could tell my dog liked him too, he's usually very nervous but was super calm in Dr. Youn's presence. On top of all that, the exam was affordable and worth every penny.

I have several dogs, all rescues, with absolutely no information about their health history or even their true age. I have had to bring two of them to this veterinary hospital with illnesses that were very hard to diagnose. Amazingly, Dr. Youn quickly figured out what was wrong and now they are both doing so well! Their improvement was almost immediately obvious as soon as they were started on the proper medication. Many thanks to everyone who works there!

On Saturday, August 28, at about noon, my dog was hit by a car. Fortunately, only his leg was badly broken. I called our regular vet, Montrose Pet Hospital. We are frequent visitors, having 4 pets....
On Saturday, August 28, at about noon, my dog was hit by a car. Fortunately, only his leg was badly broken. I called our regular vet, Montrose Pet Hospital. We are frequent visitors, having 4 pets. I explained it was not a life threatening injury, but they referred me to an emergency surgery center anyway. They would not help me. My sister in law was calling other local vets an hour before closing and no one would take us. At about 12:15 pm we called Crescenta Valley Veternarian Hospital, and they said bring him right in! It was 45 minutes before closing! We brought him in, they gave him some pain killers, X rayed his leg, checked out the rest of him and attempted to reset his leg. Dr. Youn met with us, showed us the X-rays and said the break was too bad and would require surgery. He suggested that we could schedule surgery for the following week meanwhile he could make Brodey comfortable, splinting his leg and giving medication.Needless to say, we scheduled the surgery and took Brodey home. I just picked Brodey up after surgery. Again, I met with Dr. Youn who showed me the new plate in his leg. This was an expensive scheduled surgery. It would have been double the cost from the emergency surgery center! The staff was awesome! I received an itemized estimate of the cost prior to surgery. Dr. Youn was great! We now have a new Veternarian! Thank you so much!

Dr. Youn and the staff at Crescenta Valley Veterinary Hospital are Angels from heaven.We have been taking our 2 small dogs for minor dog issues that have come up over the years, mainly allergies, vaccinations, ear infections. Luckily our dogs have been healthy. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Dr. Youn is always very thorough in with his examinations and explanationsLast summer - we found a 40-pound Australian/German shepherd mix. We found her at a McDonald's parking log. We named her LindZ.Our plan was to get her healthy, foster her and find her a family. There were some small issues with our 2 small dogs. Our 2 small dogs are 7 years old and calm.LindZ is a pup and wants to play and jump around our 2 small dogs. Our small dogs were not really happy.We called to make an appointment to take her in to have her examined. The only available appointment was at the end of the day - 5pm. We informed the Dr. and the staff of the situation.This is when we found out what the Dr. Youn and the staff are really made of.Dr. Youn started examining her and found that she had several issues. The main problem was she had was ticks - all over her body, face, nose, around her eyes, in between her paw, etc.Dr. Youn and staff stayed over their scheduled time, to treat and bath Lindz. We were instructed to pick her up the following day.The next day when we picked up Lindz - we were presented a bill for only the cost of the some medication and the bath. They did not charge the examination and several other procedures and medication that she needed. They trimmed her hair. They kept her over night.When we picked her up she looked like a different dog and within the next few days she was radiant and thriving. After a few weeks we found a great loving family that was going to adopt LindZ. We couldn't let her go, she became part of our family.A few weeks ago - our Yorkie was squinting and her eye was not looking good. We called in to have her seen. The office was already closed. Dr. Youn said he would wait for us. We took our Yorkie in. He was the last one there. He gave her a through-all examination.We have referred Dr. Youn and the staff at Crescenta Valley Veterinary Hospital to our closest friends and relatives.

I took two of my dogs this week for their first time, Dr. Youn and his staff were so friendly and caring for both of dogs. Dr. Youn took his time to examined both of my dogs very carefully and he provided me with education according to my dogs age. Diane assisted me immediately when making an appoinment for my first dog. This was definately a very nice experience since i have been taking my pets to another pet hospital which does not compare anything to the outstanding customer service and treatments provided to my pets received at CVV. I just wish some of their services would be more affordable.

This is the worst veterinary clinic I have ever been to. I took my cat there to have his teeth cleaned and the doctor told me that he needed to have between 1-3 teeth pulled out. After the procedure, he informed me that he pulled all 3 in question. Not only was this unnecessary, but it caused facial paralysis in my cat, to where he has lost the ability to blink and his eyes continuously roll back into his head. Their carelessness caused nerve damage to where he now relies on eye drops that must be administered multiple times a day, and it breaks my heart to watch him try to blink, only to roll his eyes back into his headwhat a scary sightand so far, a month and a half later, it looks like it wont go awayAfter the cleaning, when I took him into this office to address the described symptoms, they gave me no answers and shrugged off any possibility of their error, only to make me spend hundreds more that day on unnecessary blood tests. When I took him to an entirely different vet, they were able to clearly recognize that he has suffered nerve damage from his dental procedure, specifically from the extractions that were unnecessary in the first place. On top of all of these issues, the staff was completely unprofessional and it was clear that none of them wanted to be thereI even heard an employee mutter in the back that he wanted to kill himself and two ladies at the front desk spoke of how they did not want to be there at allright in front of me. Please save yourself the trouble, the heartbreak, and the money, and avoid this veterinary clinic. It is truly dreary from the moment you walk in.

I have been recommending this vet to all my friends. The veterinarians are reliable, honest, and so knowledgeable. They just got dental hygienists (non general anesthesia) to come in and were kind and gentle on my dog, soothing him with positive reinforcement. We also didn't have to fork over hundreds of dollars for a cleaning. See picture! Teeth used to be yellow with tartar and with black lines along the gum. My dog has visited this vet for dehydration, Giardia, a staph infection, and tapeworm, and all have been eradicated (post adoption from shelter- whew) in the safest way, with loving care, and they are very reasonable priced!

I think they are fantastic here. They are very fairly priced compared to a plethora of other clinics I checked out. I also couldn't ask for more affectionate and gentle Drs. Keri Franco is awesome and I had a great visit. My poor puppy has had ticks and then a staph infection (from Runyon btw to warn other dog owners!) Some Drs. could really run ya for your money and give you 8 million treatments, but she was very thorough in explaining everything and easing my worry. Oh also, I was really touched the receptionist called me a few days later to check on Norman and see how he was feeling. The waiting room is nice. Looks like a Drs office from the 40s/50s...green tile etc... I think it's cute though. It's clean and spacious. They were my second choice after a disastrous first Vet visit at another clinic. I am so lucky my co-worker recommended Crescenta Valley because they're awesome!

For our 12 years our family has taken our pets (4 Dogs) to CVVH, which is owned and operated by Dr. Black, DVM. We have been most pleased with the service. The entire staff or the facility reflect Dr. Blacks values and kindness regarding pets and their owners. We have found them to offer excellent service - quite timely appointments, and have a full diagnostic facility. Our dogs are very happy when they go there - of things tribute - as dogs are better at judging people than are other people!

Last week, Dr. Black came in to see our 1 year old on his day off. We are so appreciative and know that we would not get this level of care from another vet.

Dr. Keri Franco is the reason I started going to CV Vet Hospital. She has taken care of my pooch, Kalani, since he was 3 months old...now he's 3-and-a-half years old! Dr. Franco is caring, calm, personable and an extremely educated vet; I trust her completely and appreciate her guidance. CV Vet Hospital is well-organized and so very clean. The staff (receptionists and vet techs) have always been kind to me and my dog. Before having any procedures done, an estimate is printed out and explained to customers so that no surprise costs come at checkout. I live in a city with numerous vet clinics in a 3 mile radius, however I prefer to drive 20 miles to Crescenta Valley Vet. I'd follow Dr. Franco anywhere; it is a bonus that the hospital is nice establishment!

The staff here were able to squeeze me in super last minute right before they closed, around 5:45pm for an emergency visit. My dog had been squinting and had difficult opening his eyes for a day or two and I left work early to take him in. Turns out he had some corneal inflammation and I got some antibiotic/steroid drops for him that cleared it up really quick. Within the first dose I could already tell his eyes were opening up more easily. I've also come before for a regular check up and when my dog was having some back issues. He got some x-rays that time, pain meds and anti-inflammatories which helped him a lot. Thank you to the caring staff and Dr. Youn and Dr. Franco for taking such good care of Chico!

I adopted a cat from the North Central Animal Shelter in LA last Friday. The poor thing was so scared that she had a little accident on the way home. Not only did she soil herself, but there was also blood in her stool. Not knowing this cat, we weren't sure what was wrong with her or if there was a serious issue. We called Crescenta Valley Veterinary Hospital and explained the situation. The woman at the front desk was so nice and understanding. They were booked for the rest of the day, but told us to come in anyway and that they would squeeze us in because the issue was urgent. We took our new kitty in and everyone there was so helpful and comforting. They not only took excellent care of our her, but went above and beyond - they made her feel comfortable, cleaned her up, and even donated a new towel to replace her old, soiled one. I was very happy with my experience here and will definitely be coming back.

Dr. Youn and his staff, Sylvia, Marc, Sonia and everyone else are remarkable. Dr. Youn is very knowledgeable, caring, and patient. He's extremely qualified and always treats my dog as if he were a king, as so do the others on staff. Dr. Youn did oral surgery on my dog and was originally only going to have to pull 4 teeth, but ended up pulling 16! They were rotted, impacted, and puss filled. Well, you get the point. Once Dr. Youn got in and realized how many teeth he had to pull, he called me immediately and informed me of the situation. I really appreciate that and of course agreed to the surgery, but very much appreciate how he cared. He even brought the teeth out for me to look at to see how bad they really were.I trust Dr. Youn and his staff. My pug practically blacks out and turns purple when his nails get trimmed. Sylvia, Marc, and Sonia do not force him or try to strong arm him, they're very patient and will wait until he calms down to do the trimming. How many veterinarians do you know who will do that? He also has really bad skin allergies and Dr. Youn prescribed an allergy pill that has worked great. All the other doctors just prescribed wipes and medicated shampoos. They also make him and me, feel special when we go in. I appreciate them knowing who we are and acknowledging that. If you are trying to find a top notch, quality, and caring veterinary practice in the Glendale, La Crescenta, Montrose area, I highly recommend Dr. Youn and his wonderful staff.

I came home from work and noticed my dog had a rash around the mouth and it looked like it was getting bigger. I called my Vet that is a few blocks away from here but they were all booked up and could not accept me as a walk-in. They didn't have anything sooner till Saturday and I was worried something was really wrong with my dog. I found Crescenta Valley Vet Hospital on Yelp and called in to see if they would let me walk-in. I was so thankful that they told me to come in even though they were going to close in 25 min. Dr. Youn and his staff were very kind and glad that my dog only had hives and nothing serious. I really appreciated that Dr. Youn took the time to explain the problems and took the time to see if I had any questions, even though they should be closing up. My dog is all better now and I might consider changing Vets.

I took my 2 year old dog for a first time visit for skin allergies, and overall the visit was pleasant however I will not be returning for this reason:I wasn't happy with the way the veterinarian gave us a sales pitch on a certain pill. When you use 'Breakthrough!' and 'Miracle!' to describe a pill it's a red flag for me. Especially since I've worked in a medical office before and would see pharmaceutical reps stop by often, bring lunch with them and (oh by the way here's a new pill!)The last time my dog was placed on pills for her itchy skin, she was a zombie for a month. It completely changed the personality of her until we took her off them.For this reason I'll be searching for another vet that offers acupuncture treatment instead.

My pup started shaking last night and started to pant this morning. When I called our regular vet - Montrose Pet Hospital - they had no appointments today or tmrrw and didn't offer any solutions for emergency visit.I had gone to Crescenta Valley Vet Hospital almost 10 years ago - so I gave them a call at 8:30am and they had an appointment for 11:30am. Unfortunately, her condition seemed to worsen and her shaking was becoming severe. I called back and they said to bring her in right away. Dr. Youn was VERY compassionate and gentle with her as were the technicians and receptionist. He took x-rays and blood work and explained the results in detail.I really appreciate the time he spends examining and explaining everything in detail and in easy to understand terminology. I didn't feel rushed or that 'hard sell' of tests and treatments that I sometimes feel at other vet hospitals. I felt that everything was what needed to be done and reasonably priced.Highly recommend!

I had an great experience here. Little to no wait time in both waiting and examining room. Dr Youn and his staff were very warm and friendly. Dr Youn was knowledgable and reassuring. After assessing my dog's skin growth he put my fears at ease, assuring me it was just a benign growth. He then asked about his health in general and examined him thoroughly.I could tell my dog liked him too, he's usually very nervous but was super calm in Dr. Youn's presence. On top of all that, the exam was affordable and worth every penny.

I have several dogs, all rescues, with absolutely no information about their health history or even their true age. I have had to bring two of them to this veterinary hospital with illnesses that were very hard to diagnose. Amazingly, Dr. Youn quickly figured out what was wrong and now they are both doing so well! Their improvement was almost immediately obvious as soon as they were started on the proper medication. Many thanks to everyone who works there!

On Saturday, August 28, at about noon, my dog was hit by a car. Fortunately, only his leg was badly broken. I called our regular vet, Montrose Pet Hospital. We are frequent visitors, having 4 pets....
On Saturday, August 28, at about noon, my dog was hit by a car. Fortunately, only his leg was badly broken. I called our regular vet, Montrose Pet Hospital. We are frequent visitors, having 4 pets. I explained it was not a life threatening injury, but they referred me to an emergency surgery center anyway. They would not help me. My sister in law was calling other local vets an hour before closing and no one would take us. At about 12:15 pm we called Crescenta Valley Veternarian Hospital, and they said bring him right in! It was 45 minutes before closing! We brought him in, they gave him some pain killers, X rayed his leg, checked out the rest of him and attempted to reset his leg. Dr. Youn met with us, showed us the X-rays and said the break was too bad and would require surgery. He suggested that we could schedule surgery for the following week meanwhile he could make Brodey comfortable, splinting his leg and giving medication.Needless to say, we scheduled the surgery and took Brodey home. I just picked Brodey up after surgery. Again, I met with Dr. Youn who showed me the new plate in his leg. This was an expensive scheduled surgery. It would have been double the cost from the emergency surgery center! The staff was awesome! I received an itemized estimate of the cost prior to surgery. Dr. Youn was great! We now have a new Veternarian! Thank you so much!

Dr. Youn and the staff at Crescenta Valley Veterinary Hospital are Angels from heaven.We have been taking our 2 small dogs for minor dog issues that have come up over the years, mainly allergies, vaccinations, ear infections. Luckily our dogs have been healthy. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Dr. Youn is always very thorough in with his examinations and explanationsLast summer - we found a 40-pound Australian/German shepherd mix. We found her at a McDonald's parking log. We named her LindZ.Our plan was to get her healthy, foster her and find her a family. There were some small issues with our 2 small dogs. Our 2 small dogs are 7 years old and calm.LindZ is a pup and wants to play and jump around our 2 small dogs. Our small dogs were not really happy.We called to make an appointment to take her in to have her examined. The only available appointment was at the end of the day - 5pm. We informed the Dr. and the staff of the situation.This is when we found out what the Dr. Youn and the staff are really made of.Dr. Youn started examining her and found that she had several issues. The main problem was she had was ticks - all over her body, face, nose, around her eyes, in between her paw, etc.Dr. Youn and staff stayed over their scheduled time, to treat and bath Lindz. We were instructed to pick her up the following day.The next day when we picked up Lindz - we were presented a bill for only the cost of the some medication and the bath. They did not charge the examination and several other procedures and medication that she needed. They trimmed her hair. They kept her over night.When we picked her up she looked like a different dog and within the next few days she was radiant and thriving. After a few weeks we found a great loving family that was going to adopt LindZ. We couldn't let her go, she became part of our family.A few weeks ago - our Yorkie was squinting and her eye was not looking good. We called in to have her seen. The office was already closed. Dr. Youn said he would wait for us. We took our Yorkie in. He was the last one there. He gave her a through-all examination.We have referred Dr. Youn and the staff at Crescenta Valley Veterinary Hospital to our closest friends and relatives.

I took two of my dogs this week for their first time, Dr. Youn and his staff were so friendly and caring for both of dogs. Dr. Youn took his time to examined both of my dogs very carefully and he provided me with education according to my dogs age. Diane assisted me immediately when making an appoinment for my first dog. This was definately a very nice experience since i have been taking my pets to another pet hospital which does not compare anything to the outstanding customer service and treatments provided to my pets received at CVV. I just wish some of their services would be more affordable.

This is the worst veterinary clinic I have ever been to. I took my cat there to have his teeth cleaned and the doctor told me that he needed to have between 1-3 teeth pulled out. After the procedure, he informed me that he pulled all 3 in question. Not only was this unnecessary, but it caused facial paralysis in my cat, to where he has lost the ability to blink and his eyes continuously roll back into his head. Their carelessness caused nerve damage to where he now relies on eye drops that must be administered multiple times a day, and it breaks my heart to watch him try to blink, only to roll his eyes back into his headwhat a scary sightand so far, a month and a half later, it looks like it wont go awayAfter the cleaning, when I took him into this office to address the described symptoms, they gave me no answers and shrugged off any possibility of their error, only to make me spend hundreds more that day on unnecessary blood tests. When I took him to an entirely different vet, they were able to clearly recognize that he has suffered nerve damage from his dental procedure, specifically from the extractions that were unnecessary in the first place. On top of all of these issues, the staff was completely unprofessional and it was clear that none of them wanted to be thereI even heard an employee mutter in the back that he wanted to kill himself and two ladies at the front desk spoke of how they did not want to be there at allright in front of me. Please save yourself the trouble, the heartbreak, and the money, and avoid this veterinary clinic. It is truly dreary from the moment you walk in.

I have been recommending this vet to all my friends. The veterinarians are reliable, honest, and so knowledgeable. They just got dental hygienists (non general anesthesia) to come in and were kind and gentle on my dog, soothing him with positive reinforcement. We also didn't have to fork over hundreds of dollars for a cleaning. See picture! Teeth used to be yellow with tartar and with black lines along the gum. My dog has visited this vet for dehydration, Giardia, a staph infection, and tapeworm, and all have been eradicated (post adoption from shelter- whew) in the safest way, with loving care, and they are very reasonable priced!

Some Drs. could really run ya for your money and give you 8 million treatments, but she was very thorough in explaining everything and easing my worry. Oh also, I was really touched the receptionist called me a few days later to check on Norman and see how he was feeling. The waiting room is nice. Looks like a Drs office from the 40s/50s...green tile etc... I think it's cute though. It's clean and spacious. They were my second choice after a disastrous first Vet visit at another clinic. I am so lucky my co-worker recommended Crescenta Valley because they're awesome!

For our 12 years our family has taken our pets (4 Dogs) to CVVH, which is owned and operated by Dr. Black, DVM. We have been most pleased with the service. The entire staff or the facility reflect Dr. Blacks values and kindness regarding pets and their owners. We have found them to offer excellent service - quite timely appointments, and have a full diagnostic facility. Our dogs are very happy when they go there - of things tribute - as dogs are better at judging people than are other people!
Without reservation we highly recommend this facility - headed by Dr. Black, DVM.

Dr. Black and the entire staff at CVVH are truly the best! They have cared for all our pets for roughly 12+ years. This even includes our goose!

We have always received the best and kindest attention whether it involved a late night phone call to Dr. Black and an offer to come treat our puppy at home with an injection for a bee sting.
Last week, Dr. Black came in to see our 1 year old on his day off. We are so appreciative and know that we would not get this level of care from another vet.

Dr. Keri Franco is the reason I started going to CV Vet Hospital. She has taken care of my pooch, Kalani, since he was 3 months old...now he's 3-and-a-half years old! Dr. Franco is caring, calm, personable and an extremely educated vet; I trust her completely and appreciate her guidance. CV Vet Hospital is well-organized and so very clean. The staff (receptionists and vet techs) have always been kind to me and my dog. Before having any procedures done, an estimate is printed out and explained to customers so that no surprise costs come at checkout. I live in a city with numerous vet clinics in a 3 mile radius, however I prefer to drive 20 miles to Crescenta Valley Vet. I'd follow Dr. Franco anywhere; it is a bonus that the hospital is nice establishment!

The expert quality of the service no matter if it's a simple routine visit or or a more complicated serious matter which we have been through. We know that Dr. Tom Black will treat our kids as if they were his own, giving us the needed information to make educated decisions. A+ team effort in all aspects of your pets care. Highly recommend without hesitation.

Our calls on weekends are always returned quickly by one of the doctors when we leave a message. One cannot get better service than at this office. We will always bring our pets here for the quality care they provide.
