I took my dogs in for a thorough health check. The doctors were very kind and knowledgeable. I got some good advice to treat the one dog that needed a little extra care. The Financial rates are reasonable. all of the staff we're kind and very caring with the animals. I would highly recommend this Animal Hospital to anyone who wants to get good care for their pets! I do not recommend this animal hosptial, just yesterday we had to put our 12 year old cat down because her "disease" was taking over and she was slowly dying but what the vet tech rod didn't tell us was that the week before when we brought our cat in for a check up, Rod had a hard time weighing and examining our cat, he handled her way to roughly and ended up breaking her jaw, he gave her back to us and we took her home. She did not eat for 5 days and she was weak and dehydrated. We took her back and Dr. Garcia barely even looked at her and told us to just put her down. The vet tech Dan, on the other hand is such a sweetheart and handles the animals with such care but I do not recommend going in when rod is there, especially when having a cat to deal with. So upsetting we put our cat down for a broken jaw.UPDATE: we received our cats remains back a few days ago and before picking her up, my mom had left the owner/doctor, Dr. Garcia,  a couple of messages, she wanted to get this settled and feel at ease with the fact that this vet tech killed our cat. But when my mom went to pick up the remains of our cat, the rude old lady, Debbie at the front desk told my mom that the messages for the doctor were still in his box and note that my mom had led those messages about 4 days before we picked up our cat and the doctor completely ignored them, he didn't wanna talk and settle all this and hear what my mom had to say. He has no heart at all and they weren't even willing to give my mom a refund for our cats cremation even though that would have been the right thing to do because without that get tech hurting her, she would still be alive right now. Please do not trust this car hospital none of them have a heart for animals or know when to admit they were at fault. Now my family is left with heart break Read Less

Dr Garcia and the team are really great. We've been coming here for almost 7 years. He's taken care of all of our pets and was so loving and caring when we got the news that our beloved 11 year old German Shephard was diagnosed with two types of cancer. While the news was a shock, he went over all the options and what we were to expect. Sadly, we lost Chico on Christmas night. But we will never forget the compassion both Dr. Garcia and his team had for us.We still go back for the low cost vaccination clinic when we need it and will continue seeing Dr. Garcia as long as we have pets and he's still practicing. I had my dog put to sleep there over a year ago and I have hesitated to leave a review due to family going here but my family has now moved their pets to a much better vet and I can now tell you that the older woman vet is so unloving and has no heart!! I had to put my lab to sleep and she refused to let me be in the room. I begged with her and the desk help and the answer was no sorry she doesn't allow you to be in there when they are putting your animal to sleep! I was crying my eyes out and still the answer was no! I have never had to deal with putting my pet down and I have never seen a veterinarian be so heartless. I wish now I would have gone somewhere else it kills me to this day that I had to leave her (my lab) all by herself! Read Less

My family had taken our dog here for years and thought they were okay but never extraordinary. When it was time for our dog to be put down due to old age we chose this place as they had worked with our dog for years. My brother went in to do it because he was the only one who could handle seeing our little guy be put to sleep. When he went in they told that in order to go into the room it was going to be an extra $30 on top of the fee they were charging for the euthanasia. My mom had given him cash to pay and he didn't have extra cash so he left our dog to be put to sleep by himself. It was my brother's judgement call to do that but we think it was really ridiculous to charge to be in the room with your pet, who to many are like family, when he gets put to sleep. The thought that my family dog had to die alone in a room scared and alone will never leave me and I hate this place for putting my brother in the position where he had to make that choice without prior knowledge. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE FOR YOUR ANIMAL TO GET PERSONAL CARE AND LOVE, TRUST ME I HAVE BEEN GOING HERE FAITHFULLY FOR 20 YEARS...Recently in February I lost 2 of my beloved cavalier king charles spaniels within a couple of weeks from each other one was very unexpected and the other had been sick for a couple of years with congestive heart failure. After all the many loving and caring condolences, cards and arrangements I received from the different veterinarians that my boys went to for treatments because they had heart murmurs, syringomyelia (a neurological disease) and arthritis issues I wanted to reach out to tell the world or the people who use Yelp for reference a real true opinion from someone who loves her pets like children and treats them like family. I can honestly say I do more researching of all options for my pets than I do myself and I spend high dollars financially for the very best care you can get. I am fortunate to be in the position to afford any care I want for my animals expensive and inexpensive and if you read my reviews you see I go to the best of Southern California animal specialists to treat them, I also don't leave reviews all the time only for things I really do care about and impressed with and my local general vet that I have been going to for over 20 years is Habra Linda Animal Hospital Dr. Garcia and Dr. Geller are the very best caring and knowledgeable vets you can find and when they can't treat the disease or illness they will refer you to the best doctors that can, that is key to have in your local veterinarian because trust me it has happened with my animals many times and their lives were saved from the illness that could of turned worse because of the doctors resourcefulness and their continuing study about the treatment of new and old diseases that affect pets. I was very surprised to read the reviews of people who did not discuss much the actual treatment and doctors at this hospital, that is what really matters with your pet care. Animal care is stressful and the environment of being a veterinary hospital is a challenge to say the least its hard to please everyone when we are talking about the business of sickness and the reason people have to visit an animal hospital. I am a high maintenance pet owner and Dr. Garcia treats my many questions and suggestions with patience and respect, he never tries to make me spend any more money than I need to, he listens so well to your worries and is always positive about the outcome of your situation, he has been like family and a friend to me thru the loss of my 2 Persians cats who lived to be 13 and 17 years old under his care/advice and my 2 dogs that even thru all their illness lived to be 12 years old under his care. I have been going to this clinic for years. Two of the doctors are wonderful. The female vet doesnt seem to be as caring. I had to put my cat to sleep and the doctor stayed late so I could be there. He was very caring and sympathetic. When we brought our dog in he is taken care and and they remember us and our needs. Dont let the female doctor scare you away ask for someone else. I do. these people have no heart and are very expensive..my boyfriends dog got attacked by another dog and could not walk.. they did not even see what was wrong with him and gave him steriods for the pain... and they suggested to put the dog to sleep.. and seriously it was expensive to put him to sleep and they wanted to charge extra if we wanted to be with the dog when they put him to sleep. do not go here..i suggest going to Alpine with Dr. Kim... he treats your pets like they were your own and he lives right behind the office so he is constantly checking on the animals that stay with him. This vet is horrible.I came in to give my kitty an ear mite treatment, which consisted of cleaning her ears, and buying medicine. So this vet takes my cat in the back, cleans her ears (which is fine), but all of a sudden say they gave her 2 sets of shots that they say she was missing, but she wasnt, they weren't due for another 1 week, but they did it anyways........WITHOUT MY CONCENT, WITHOUT ME SEEING, and charged me for it. Now I was just in there to spend no more than $40, and I come out with a $130 bill without my knowledge. This place is very shady, they are very overpriced with every service they offer, I wouldn't recommend to take your dog, cat, bunny, bird, nothing to this place. One of the employees there is a marijuana smoker, confirmed by the way he smells and his rude ways of working, lazyness, and stupidness.
