Very disappointed in the treatment my parents have received. After over 25 years taking their animals to this clinic, their dog was hurt during a *wellness check up* and the doctor *lied* about it. Worse, the vet then claimed that my mother had said the dog was "licking herself" and hurt *before* they came in, which is patently untrue. My parents are very reasonable and loyal people. Had the doctor simply admitted that she'd made an error (e.g. Cut too close when shaving the dog? Applied the wrong salve? etc.) they'd have been more than forgiving. But, to have the doctor first claim to not even notice the difference in the dog's behavior after bringing the dog back into the room, then having her try to blame the pained behavior on all sorts of vague possibilities, and then later *lying* about what my mother said (and claiming the dog came in with a pre-existing, painful problem) was just too much. Obviously, my parents are looking for a new vet. My mother has rheumatoid arthritis. She struggles so with her own health. She doesn't need or deserve to be lied about, nor to have her beloved dog put in pain (my parents dote on that dog.) I would be very concerned about a vet office that would do something like this rather than own up to an error, no matter how good they are otherwise. It is particularly sad that they'd do this to long-standing customers of over 25 years. (My parents loved Dr. Mc Kittrick, who is now retired, and owned Eastridge for most of that 25 years). It is a matter of integrity.Read Less
