After meeting Dr. Jacobs for the first time we were so impressed and grateful for his level of care toward our "baby", that we knew we had found the perfect vet. He made our baby feel comfortable and kept petting him while he explained to us what he was doing. Dr. Jacobs is very professional, compassionate and knowledgeable.
His staff is beyond amazing. Charmain, Kim and Colleen are angels who always make us feel welcome and answer all our questions professionally, regardless of how embarrassing or dumb. (we're new parents) They always remember to follow up and keep us up to date on our puppy's health. They're also very conscious of the inevitable emergency situations that arise from having a very curious puppy, and they always manage to let us see Dr. Jacobs on last-minute basis.
Their location is very easy to find - just off the freeway - with plenty of free parking. The clinic is very clean and well organized. We are so happy with everyone here that we don't mind making the 10-mile drive because we know our puppy always gets the best service in San Diego with a kind smile.

Dr. Jacobs and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and accommodating. They treat my dogs like their own. Dr. Jacobs is the new owner, and he's great. My favorite part of the practice, though, is his staff. Thanks, Charmain, Kim and Colleen for always treating me and my Labs so well! I appreciate all you do! After meeting Dr. Jacobs for the first time we were so impressed and grateful for his level of care toward our "baby", that we knew we had found the perfect vet. He made our baby feel comfortable and kept petting him while he explained to us what he was doing. Dr. Jacobs is very professional, compassionate and knowledgeable.
His staff is beyond amazing. Charmain, Kim and Colleen are angels who always make us feel welcome and answer all our questions professionally, regardless of how embarrassing or dumb. (we're new parents) They always remember to follow up and keep us up to date on our puppy's health.
