I received terrible service. The night before I had taken my three month old puppy to the emergency room, they faxed everything to this vet. The next day I did receive a follow up voicemail. When I arrived at the vets with my dog I was questioned as to why I had not returned their voicemail. I explained my busy situation, not one question was asked about my puppy's visit to the emergency room. When asked what I wanted them to do, I explained that the emergency room didn't know what was wrong with my puppy and I was asked if we wanted the parvo test. I stated that I had called two days before I was told that my puppy had a parvo test and it came back negative on the 30th of July. Immediately a woman came around and told me that wasn't was she said, it was a vaccine, I said no I specifically asked you if the test was negative and you said yes, she began to argue with me. I changed the conversation to ask if the vet would please see if they could find anything wrong with our puppy. They took her and said that they would call me. I explained that I was going in to have a root canal and should be done around four and asked when they were closed. I said I would call and was told that they close at six and would call me and leave a voicemail. When I left the dentist at 4:10, I had two voicemails, one at 2:25 and the other at 4:00, I called the vets office and was told that the doctor wanted to take xrays, do parvo test and a blood test. After hearing the cost, I said last night at the emergency room the doc didn't feel that an xray was needed. I asked the person on the phone I could only afford one and if she could ask the vet which would he prefer the xray or the parvo test. She said I am sure the vet would go with the xray, I asked again, can you please ask the vet. She then began to scold me on the phone about not returning her two voicemails in the afternoon and the one from the morning. I explained that I was having a root canal and them that prior to leaving my puppy and again explained about my busy morning. I asked to speak to the vet, then I was told that he went home for the day and I should of called back when she had called me prior, it was only 4:15. I told her I wanted to just pick up my puppy and go elsewhere. She said okay and hung up on me. When I arrived at the vets, my puppy was handed to me in their towel and dog bed. I was then chased through the lobby by another worker there, saying she wanted their items back, I said this is how she was given to me. She took my puppy and all items back into the back and brought my puppy out in the original towel I brought her in, except the towel was wet. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Read Less
