Although the office staff is nice the prices are not. The vet was nice but seemed to get offended because I found what the cause of my dogs issue. I brought my fur baby here because he suddenly stopped eating and was drooling. Was acting not like himself. They did get me same day appointment, but I sat in the waiting area for about 15 mins, and then another 20 in the room. Finally the vet came in and was telling me that antibiotics wouldn't cure the mass that I found and that we needed surgery and blood work. Now I wasn't prepared for the price they spammed me with. $1400.!!!! The blood x-rays and urine alone was 507. I was so shocked!!! When I started saying I can't afford these prices ( I'm a single mom, and my daughter just broke her arm on the day before and was in er twice) the attitude changed completely. It was as if they had no cares that my dog was struggling, no other options on what I can do to help him until I was able to afford surgery. Nothing. It was sign this and get out. I would never bring anything here. They are a corporate ran office but still how would you feel if it was your kid or animal not being able to eat or drink? Would you like someone to tell you this is the treatment and if you can't pay it get out, with no other answers or ways to help them.

We came in today because 2 big dogs attacked our 17 year old Chihuahua. I called and they were very nice over the phone. After coming in, our dog was immediately taken inside and the doctor was really nice to us. Unfortunately, our dog was so injured that it was decided to put him down. It was a very sad moment for me, my brother, and my father. The doctor was very respectful, caring and understanding. The staff was really nice to us. All I have to say is thank you for making this very sad day a bit easier for us. I will highly recommend this place. Thank you and God bless.

First time here and Dr "DC" was great. We brought in an adopted dog and had a quick check up done. They recommend a fecal test I opted for because he was under weight and we have a kid. I was impressed that Dr DC followed up the next day to see if I had any other questions, which I did. Front office was great. We had an appointment did not have to wait. So far so good. Keep up the good work.

Can't say enough good things about this location. The staff was so attentive to my pup when I brought him in with an injury. Everyone was helpful, competent, and very friendly. They helped me quickly even though I made a same day appointment and they got me the medicine my dog needed to get better at a great rate. I highly recommend taking your fur babies here to receive excellent care.

I have some to this VCA for many years and with many pets. They have always shown that they are true animal lovers. When I brought in an older puppy that I adopted from the shelter, every single staff member came into the exam room to meet Penny. Here they were sitting on the floor and getting to know her. It was so sweet. Penny LOVES to go there for daycare and she always comes home exhausted and happy.

Just wanted to take our cat to get shots, she hesitated with the pricing and kept insisting on requesting a free exam.
I inquired about boarding and she put me on hold for 5 minutes, while on hold I listened to a repeated advertisement for boarding.
She rudely explained boarding is only available if you pay for an exam and ended the call.
Place seems like a real scam.

Our 14 yr. old dog had developed a lump and we got an appointment right away, with Dr. Jen. She was straight forward as to all possible outcomes and the costs. She showed she cares about her patients...
Our 14 yr. old dog had developed a lump and we got an appointment right away, with Dr. Jen. She was straight forward as to all possible outcomes and the costs. She showed she cares about her patients and is very gentle in handling them. She explained the surgery and showed me a book that illustrates that particular problem in dogs.
Everyone we had contact with was very nice, polite, and helpful.
The costs were not cheap, the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.
I would recommend using this clinic & hospital.
P.S. our dog is doing fine after the surgery.

I have been taking my pets here for over sixteen years. I chose this place because it was AAHA approved. I have received nothing but outstanding care from all of the vets and staff during this time. Since my pets are my children I am very diligent about their care. I would not take them somewhere where the quality was not exceptional. They are expense and that can be overwhelming, but remember they don't set the prices, corporate does. I also take my dogs here for daycare three days a week. They have a wonderful time and come home exhausted. All of the vets are wonderful, caring people and I trust them with my animals lives.

We came in today because 2 big dogs attacked our 17 year old Chihuahua. I called and they were very nice over the phone. After coming in, our dog was immediately taken inside and the doctor was really nice to us. Unfortunately, our dog was so injured that it was decided to put him down. It was a very sad moment for me, my brother, and my father. The doctor was very respectful, caring and understanding. The staff was really nice to us. All I have to say is thank you for making this very sad day a bit easier for us. I will highly recommend this place. Thank you and God bless.
