I have been taking my American Eskimo "Max" to Trinity pet Hospital for about 7 years now (he is 9 years old). He loves the staff and the care they provide for him. I always get a follow up call if he has had a procedure or medication was prescribed to take care of an illness to see how he is doing. Very happy with the care and service I receive and highly recommend them.

My cat, Felix, was howling in pain, literally. He had a horrible urinary tract infection and his kidneys mostly stopped working. The staff at Trinity were very helpful and compassionate . They took him in right away and preformed an obstruction procedure. He is so much better now . Pretty much back to his old cantankerous self . Thank you Trinity for saving Felix's life!! 🐱

We have been bringing my dog to Trinity since 2012. We have never had such a bad reception. The regular person we have seen for years has been replaced by someone named Karin who didn't even want to acknowledge anyone coming in and was too busy for anything. She even ignored the father of one dog, Daisy, walked right by him and it wasn't until he walked out after her that she snidely remarked; Oh I was looking for a girl. Sorry he didn't have a bull dog or a pit bull Karin. We waited for 20 minutes just to be acknowledged. It wasn't until I tired of being ignored, sent my wife in only to have her snap at her with "who are you here to pick up?" We love Trinity. Not at all happy with Karin.

Dr. Kerolos is a wonderful doctor, He is Very knowledgeable, with excellent diagnosis, patient and caring while walking us through this very painful process. I greatly appreciate that they are willing to take animals as urgent, same day walk-ins. I’ve had to do this a few times! Dr. Kerolos is a wonderful, genuinely caring man. He explains everything to us and gives his honest opinion on how to treat illness and injuries. He puts our minds at ease. I highly recommend him!

We walked in right before closing on a Saturday and the staff and Dr. K were very kind in taking the time to look at our dog's eye, confirm it wasn't an emergency, and make an appointment for the next week to remove the small mass that just appeared the Thursday night prior but started to grow rapidly from Friday night to Saturday morning. The mass was successfully removed, and the staff made a follow up call the next day to be sure our dog was doing okay and ask if we had any questions.

Dr. K is knowledgeable, dependable and straight to the point. The prices are reasonable. The clinic is clean. The staff is just magnificent. Vet technician Bobby is kind and gentle with the pets.
I will not be going anywhere else for the care of my fur babies. Trinity Pet Hospital is simply the best.

Many people arrived after me as "walk-ins" and were seen before me, even though I had made an appointment two days prior. Staff was incredibly rude and aware of how long I was waiting. If they were backed up, I could understand. However when a full waiting room is cleared and I'm still waiting to be seen 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, there's something else going on. The care we received left me with an impression that the staff was either prejudice or discriminatory. Honestly, my dogs comfort and my time are worth more than the care we were given by these "professionals." Never saw the veterinarian, so I can't comment on their care.

The waiting area was a little cramped, and there were definitely a lot of dogs/puppies there, which unsettled my kitty for a while. The staff was incredibly nice, and I felt the service was appropriate. However, I just wish things were more efficient, and I didn't sit around unsure what was going on. They definitely need more rooms as they have so many customers. Or maybe do things by appointment only? Also, there was a lot of doggy things at the front desk with treats and little pamphlets for dogs, but there weren't that many for kitties. I wish there were some treats for kitties. Equal representation, please!

I love Dr. K! We have been coming to this vet for about 5 years now? He currently takes care of three of our Fur-babies: Rory the yellow lab, Remy the black lab, and Dani the boxer-shepherd mix. Believe it OR not, Dr. K charges the LEAST in this area... he doesn't cut corners, he just does things gradually. For example, if he suspects pneumonia and heard water in the lungs by his manual exam, he won't suggest doing an X-Ray just to charge you for it, unless it was more serious or necessary. I probably took this long to post this review, because this vet took care of our Black Lab that passed away in 2014, Shane. Shane passed away from Kidney Failure and he was hospitalized for 4 days and our vet bill was around $700. Since then, we have gotten another Black Lab, Remy who got into medicine. Dr. K saved him! And he was hospitalized for 2 days and the cost was about $400 for that. We have also spayed our dogs here. I love the staff. Especially Desiree and Kathryn! I'm definitely a frequent flier here with my dogs getting injured so much! My dogs know the drill, and I appreciate that the staff remembers them. They really work THEIR BUTTS off here and THEY are always here late to serve us! With that unfortunately comes long wait times. But it's service I would wait for. Thanks for all you do Trinity Pet Hospital =) You are appreciated!

I've been coming to this veterinarian for many years now. In fact, I live out of state now but whenever I come into town with my pets, I always return to this clinic. The cat we recently rescued, in fact, came with us for summer vacation back home here in Cali - and since routine medical (such as spaying/neutering) is over the moon expensive in Florida, we decided to just have the vet we trust here do the procedure. Well, as usual we are very pleased! The price is (quite literally) unbeatable ($90 for a female cat spay including pain medication - +$25 for us because she happened to be in heat - so a total of just $115 for us). The surgical site looks great, too. I was a veterinary technician for 3+ years so I'm not even an untrained eye. Highly recommend this hospital!!

The staff is always very helpful when I bring her in and very understanding of my problem child. Everyone there is extremely nice. The services are inexpensive yet high quality. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. She gets all her dental work done at Trinity and I would never take her anywhere else. They always call me the day after to check up on how she's doing and I love that. They are personable and everyone who works there truly loves animals. It definitely shows how genuine the staff are. I would highly recommend this vet to everyone who loves their pet as much as I do. I always know my dog is in good hands when I drop her off.

They're great for routine care but I was forced to board my two kitties here following a flood in my home last year and I did not like their tiny metal cages (that had no bedding in them). I brought in my own giant bath sheets and those were lost never to be seen again. On more than one occasion, I found my kitties in a dirty cage and had to get towels from other places to make them comfortable - even running to Big Lots next door to buy something. I hope things have improved since then and they no longer use the boarding room for storage either (making a very cramped space even smaller).

Originally we went to Trinity to get a second opinion, when we did they did not throw in a bunch of options to drive the costs up and were much more reasonably priced. They offered the extras and explained the benefits but let me choose what was important to us, They performed a surgery on our golden retriever, he is 9 1/2 years old so he is very special to us. They called to tell me he was out of surgery and he did great. They let me know what time to pick him up. The next day they called again to check on him and see how he was doing. He was a little lethargic and I mentioned it and they told me on the phone that was normal and he would be more himself the following day. The next day he was much better, every thing they promised or told me came true, Trinity Pet Hospital delivered! I plan on using them as our pet's doctor in the future.

Dr K is a diagnostic genius and has saved me months of exploratory lab work and literally thousands of dollars by narrowing the possible culprits and tests in order of likelihood. He is a kind, compassionate and very wise man. Don't go to Trinity if you haven't already... I want to keep them a secret! ;)

We took our cat, Mikey, to Trinity when we didn't know what was wrong with him. The doctors saw him right away, gave him x-rays and saw a huge kidney and the blood tests came back stage 4 kidney failure! He stayed there getting fluids and when he came home we kept up his treatments twice a week. Now, his tests come back better than stage 2 and he is chasing his siblings around and enjoying his walks on leash outside to eat grass and has a great quality of life, and we have him. We are so grateful to Trinity for the ongoing care and caring atmosphere we experience when we go there twice a week. Thank you! I would definitely recommend Trinity to anyone who cares about their pet.

I really like this office and highly recommend them. I have six rescue dogs and I am on a fixed income. I went to another veterinarian previously and they charged me an arm and a leg for services. Trinity was reasonable and made it possible for me to keep all six and not have to rehome them when I'm facing a financial hardship. I moved 500 miles away now and I miss them terribly, the office staff and Dr. K.

I brought my 13 year old Corgi in over Christmas weekend. I was so happy they were open, and thankful nobody was cranky since they were working on a holiday weekend. The regular vet was not in, but the vet who was filling in was fantastic. They treated my pet with the utmost care and kindness! I switched to Trinity after about 5 years when my pup needed to be fixed so I could foster. After checking my then Vet's cost versus Trinity I decided Trinity is the one for me. Absolutely the best vet my animals have ever had. He is such a kind and honest person. I have a rescue shihitzu with a lot of behavior issues. I was so surprised to see my dog let the Dr examine him and didn't try and bite him or even growl. This is so outta character for my dog. I know he felt the drs good energy. The staff is amazing as well. I highly recommend trinity pet hospital.

I always get a follow up call if he has had a procedure or medication was prescribed to take care of an illness to see how he is doing. Very happy with the care and service I receive and highly recommend them.

We have been bringing my dog to Trinity since 2012. We have never had such a bad reception. The regular person we have seen for years has been replaced by someone named Karin who didn't even want to acknowledge anyone coming in and was too busy for anything. She even ignored the father of one dog, Daisy, walked right by him and it wasn't until he walked out after her that she snidely remarked; Oh I was looking for a girl. Sorry he didn't have a bull dog or a pit bull Karin. We waited for 20 minutes just to be acknowledged. It wasn't until I tired of being ignored, sent my wife in only to have her snap at her with "who are you here to pick up?" We love Trinity. Not at all happy with Karin.

I greatly appreciate that they are willing to take animals as urgent, same day walk-ins. I’ve had to do this a few times! Dr. Kerolos is a wonderful, genuinely caring man. We walked in right before closing on a Saturday and the staff and Dr. K were very kind in taking the time to look at our dog's eye, confirm it wasn't an emergency, and make an appointment for the next week to remove the small mass that just appeared the Thursday night prior but started to grow rapidly from Friday night to Saturday morning. The mass was successfully removed, and the staff made a follow up call the next day to be sure our dog was doing okay and ask if we had any questions.

Dr. K is knowledgeable, dependable and straight to the point. The prices are reasonable. The clinic is clean. The staff is just magnificent. Vet technician Bobby is kind and gentle with the pets.
I will not be going anywhere else for the care of my fur babies. Trinity Pet Hospital is simply the best.

Had an appointment at 10:45, got there at 10:30 and walked out at 11:30 without ever seeing the veterinarian. Many people arrived after me as "walk-ins" and were seen before me, even though I had made an appointment two days prior. Staff was incredibly rude and aware of how long I was waiting. If they were backed up, I could understand. However when a full waiting room is cleared and I'm still waiting to be seen 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, there's something else going on. The care we received left me with an impression that the staff was either prejudice or discriminatory. Honestly, my dogs comfort and my time are worth more than the care we were given by these "professionals." Never saw the veterinarian, so I can't comment on their care.

The waiting area was a little cramped, and there were definitely a lot of dogs/puppies there, which unsettled my kitty for a while. The staff was incredibly nice, and I felt the service was appropriate. However, I just wish things were more efficient, and I didn't sit around unsure what was going on. They definitely need more rooms as they have so many customers. Or maybe do things by appointment only? Also, there was a lot of doggy things at the front desk with treats and little pamphlets for dogs, but there weren't that many for kitties. I wish there were some treats for kitties. Equal representation, please!

I love Dr. K! We have been coming to this vet for about 5 years now? He currently takes care of three of our Fur-babies: Rory the yellow lab, Remy the black lab, and Dani the boxer-shepherd mix. Believe it OR not, Dr. K charges the LEAST in this area... he doesn't cut corners, he just does things gradually. For example, if he suspects pneumonia and heard water in the lungs by his manual exam, he won't suggest doing an X-Ray just to charge you for it, unless it was more serious or necessary. I probably took this long to post this review, because this vet took care of our Black Lab that passed away in 2014, Shane. Shane passed away from Kidney Failure and he was hospitalized for 4 days and our vet bill was around $700. Since then, we have gotten another Black Lab, Remy who got into medicine. Dr. K saved him! And he was hospitalized for 2 days and the cost was about $400 for that. We have also spayed our dogs here. I love the staff. Especially Desiree and Kathryn! I'm definitely a frequent flier here with my dogs getting injured so much! My dogs know the drill, and I appreciate that the staff remembers them. They really work THEIR BUTTS off here and THEY are always here late to serve us! With that unfortunately comes long wait times. But it's service I would wait for. Thanks for all you do Trinity Pet Hospital =) You are appreciated!

I've been coming to this veterinarian for many years now. In fact, I live out of state now but whenever I come into town with my pets, I always return to this clinic. The cat we recently rescued, in fact, came with us for summer vacation back home here in Cali - and since routine medical (such as spaying/neutering) is over the moon expensive in Florida, we decided to just have the vet we trust here do the procedure. Well, as usual we are very pleased! The price is (quite literally) unbeatable ($90 for a female cat spay including pain medication - +$25 for us because she happened to be in heat - so a total of just $115 for us). The surgical site looks great, too. I was a veterinary technician for 3+ years so I'm not even an untrained eye. Highly recommend this hospital!!

The staff is always very helpful when I bring her in and very understanding of my problem child. Everyone there is extremely nice. The services are inexpensive yet high quality. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. She gets all her dental work done at Trinity and I would never take her anywhere else. They always call me the day after to check up on how she's doing and I love that. They are personable and everyone who works there truly loves animals. It definitely shows how genuine the staff are. I would highly recommend this vet to everyone who loves their pet as much as I do. I always know my dog is in good hands when I drop her off.

They're great for routine care but I was forced to board my two kitties here following a flood in my home last year and I did not like their tiny metal cages (that had no bedding in them). I brought in my own giant bath sheets and those were lost never to be seen again. On more than one occasion, I found my kitties in a dirty cage and had to get towels from other places to make them comfortable - even running to Big Lots next door to buy something. I hope things have improved since then and they no longer use the boarding room for storage either (making a very cramped space even smaller).

Originally we went to Trinity to get a second opinion, when we did they did not throw in a bunch of options to drive the costs up and were much more reasonably priced. They offered the extras and explained the benefits but let me choose what was important to us, They performed a surgery on our golden retriever, he is 9 1/2 years old so he is very special to us. They called to tell me he was out of surgery and he did great. They let me know what time to pick him up. The next day they called again to check on him and see how he was doing. He was a little lethargic and I mentioned it and they told me on the phone that was normal and he would be more himself the following day. The next day he was much better, every thing they promised or told me came true, Trinity Pet Hospital delivered! I plan on using them as our pet's doctor in the future.

We took our cat, Mikey, to Trinity when we didn't know what was wrong with him. The doctors saw him right away, gave him x-rays and saw a huge kidney and the blood tests came back stage 4 kidney failure! He stayed there getting fluids and when he came home we kept up his treatments twice a week. Now, his tests come back better than stage 2 and he is chasing his siblings around and enjoying his walks on leash outside to eat grass and has a great quality of life, and we have him. We are so grateful to Trinity for the ongoing care and caring atmosphere we experience when we go there twice a week. Thank you! I would definitely recommend Trinity to anyone who cares about their pet.

I really like this office and highly recommend them. I have six rescue dogs and I am on a fixed income. I went to another veterinarian previously and they charged me an arm and a leg for services. Trinity was reasonable and made it possible for me to keep all six and not have to rehome them when I'm facing a financial hardship. I moved 500 miles away now and I miss them terribly, the office staff and Dr. K.

I brought my 13 year old Corgi in over Christmas weekend. I was so happy they were open, and thankful nobody was cranky since they were working on a holiday weekend. The regular vet was not in, but the vet who was filling in was fantastic. They treated my pet with the utmost care and kindness! And even though the waiting room was PACKED, they were always pleasant and understanding. I highly recommend this vet's office!

I discovered that Trinity helps an organization that rescues pups because I was fostering for the and would take the fosters for needed treatment. I switched to Trinity after about 5 years when my pup needed to be fixed so I could foster. After checking my then Vet's cost versus Trinity I decided Trinity is the one for me. Their staff are helpful and concerned about pet. I recommend them to anyone who needs quality care for their pet.

He wasn't sick! ...almost 400.00 dollars for skin allergies...you rip off artist! ..found another vet by the way...he's the one who diagnosed my Lil baby.....he rx the special food along with oral medication and blood work and a office visit...half the dam price , your in it for the dollars..you azz! Figures you wouldn't respond, you weasel....

Absolutely the best vet my animals have ever had. He is such a kind and honest person. I have a rescue shihitzu with a lot of behavior issues. I was so surprised to see my dog let the Dr examine him and didn't try and bite him or even growl. This is so outta character for my dog. I know he felt the drs good energy. The staff is amazing as well. I highly recommend trinity pet hospital.
