Made an appointment today for my dog to get his prescription renewed. I had all my past Dr.'s info faxed over. Dr. Warren came in didn't even address my dog or look at him at all. I've taken all of my cats to Dr. Warren to receive their shots and check ups and have never had any problems. It's a good location, right off of crown valley behind the shell station in the shopping center. Parking is free and right in front of the office so you can easily carry your pet inside. Whenever one of my cats get sick or eats things they shouldn't, we take them here. The staff is very kind and helpful whenever we have questions or concerns. Also, they have later hours so I can get an appointment at 4:30 after work which is great. I have never had to wait too long either. Sometimes they may get backed up but the longest wait I've had is about 15 minutes.One of my cats had a bad case of worms and we took him to Dr. Warren who diagnosed him, gave him a shot and he was better in a day! He really knows what he's doing and is very experienced with animals. Another one of my cats ate something he shouldn't, would not eat and was just extremely sick. We took him to Dr. Warren and he made sure to check him thoroughly, even keeping him longer to make sure he progressed after a day or so of watching. Check up's/office visits are a $69 fee. Everything else is added on. Antibiotics are about $27 for a weeks supply. We didn't want to give our cat a pill since he can be a little stubborn so we asked for liquid medication to just put in the food and they had it..so they are very accommodating. They also have scientific diet food in the office for your dog/cat which is a healthier option that the store brand and a good pick up when you are there (they have wet/dry).We will be coming back to Dr. Warren for check ups, sicknesses and whenever the little rascal's do something silly! I'm new to California and my Chihuahua hurt his leg at the dog park so it was adamant that I brought him somewhere. I looked up the reviews on yelp and Dr. Warren's had amazing reviews and he is literally across the street when I went in everyone was so nice and Dr. Warren's got me some food to put my dog on a diet for his injury (I knew he was overweight) and even gave me a measuring cup and showed me exactly how much to use. He also took the time to write down everything I was saying for both of my dogs even the other one that wasn't there. I was a new client so my first visit was free he was very sweet and gentle with my little boy. He told me to come in anytime for free weighing of my baby. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Warren. He is absolutely wonderful and very skillful. Probably 6 or 7 years back, I had a guniea pig who got this weird thing going on his eyes and he gave us an ointment and didn't even charge. My other guniea pig got this weird plastic stuck in its teeth and he removed that too without charging again! He is so kind, understanding, words cannot describe how amazing his clinic is. He truly is passionate about his practice and is there to HELP animals. My cat couple months back was having a stomach problem and Dr. Warren took care of my cat and fixed him. While I was picking my cat up, I overheard one of the staff telling the customer in front of me that they are not going to charge her for her dog because Dr. Warren understands that she is a foster dog. WOW. I cannot express how incredibly sweet Dr. Warren and his staff are. They are here to HELP YOU not overcharge for anything. I just had my first visit to Laguna Niguel Animal hospital and couldn't be more impressed with Dr. Warren and his staff!  I brought my 11 year old dachshund in for an abscessed tooth that caused her face to swell and Dr Warren got her in right away.  He pulled the tooth and treated the infection, and the next day she was back to her usual self.  His office staff is so friendly and accommodating, you really feel like they genuinely care about your pets well being.  Dr. Warren was great, I can't say enough great things about him.  He is very caring and truly cares about your pet, which was refreshing after seeing so many vets in the past who you feel like are just trying to overcharge you.  I highly recommend Dr. Warren!!! I have been taking my pets to Dr. Warren since 1989.  Under his care, my last dog lived to be 19 years old.  I adopted a 9 year old cat that came to me with colitis.  She recently passed away at age 16.  Dr. Warren proved her with a treatment plan than dramatically improved her quality of life, and extended her life.  I now have 2 young dogs.  He has cared for both of them.  Most recently my puppy got into something that made her very very sick.  He did what it took to fix her, an she is as good as new.  Dr. Warren has saved my pets' lives on multiple occasions.  I feel that his many years of experience enables him to quickly identify problems and provide pets with the correct treatments.  This provides consumers with someone they can trust and rely upon. Recently moved back to Laguna Niguel and my Cats (just over a year) were due to get their shots, plus my male Cat had a chronic sneezing issue.  I took the animals to Laguna Grove and was charged an outrageous amount of money!! Plus the Dr. suggested tests he didn't need for even more money that would not have solved his problem.  I say ALL of this to say that I needed to take my male cat back to the Doctors because he was still having sinus issues and I was gratefully referred to Dr. Warren and Laguna Niguel Animal Hospital.  What a relief!!  He was kind, thorough and so reasonable in his fees.  I now I have a new and wonderful doctor for my animals.  Plus the office staff was friendly, speedy and very efficient.  Thank goodness there are still professionals who are still around like Doctor Warren and his staff!! Walked in on time for my 8:30am appointment. No one was at the front desk. The vet came out and put me in a room. 5 min..15 min..30 minutes later Doctor Warren comes in, very apologetic for the wait. I wasn't very upset I had to wait because I could hear the sobbing coming from the room next door. I can only imagine what horrible news that woman was receiving about her pet. You see, my much loved yorkie passed away last week and I was that woman in the other room. So, Dr. Warren did a physical and immediately could tell there were issues with this dog that could have gone unnoticed with an unexperienced eye, ie. brain damage, luxating patella etc. While I was waiting I noticed Dr. Warren graduated in 1963 from Missouri Vet School. Yes, my friends, he is old school. That means, he doesn't charge you for every test in the rainbow when you bring your dog in and has so much experience, that he can make diagnosis with very few visits.
