Very friendly vet in the local lake forest/foothill ranch area. Their customer service is definitely too notch as everyone is very nice and super friendly. So far every staff has been very helpful (Dr. Regan, Dr. Link, Tami, and the rest of the crew). Facility is very clean and they always try their best to fit you in as soon as possible. I visited the Foothill Ranch Animal Hospital for the first time and was very impressed with the customer service. I was asked a few questions and given an appointment the same day I called. They treated my little dog with care and he improved quickly. I am very happy I found them in my new neighborhood as I didn't where to go in the Foothill Ranch area. I truly cannot say enough about Foothill Animal Hospital and the amazing care I have received for my pets there over the last 3 years. I have referred so many family members and friends there and everyone is always so grateful to have found this amazing place. My dog and cat are like my children, and from my very first visit three years ago I knew I would never take them anywhere else again. The front staff is absolutely amazing; so knowledgeable, caring, and warm. I am ALWAYS amazed at how they go above and beyond. Dr. Reagan is wonderful, so good with my pets, knowledgeable, kind, and honest. I never feel like I am being "up-sold", and I always feel confident that my pet's care is the only priority. There have been two times I have come in when doctor Reagan was not available and I saw two different female vets on those visits, and they too were absolutely wonderful. Just like Dr. Reagan, they were personable, compassionate, knowledgeable and great with my rescue pets who can sometimes be fearful. As if all of this weren't enough, the office is always clean and welcoming, I have never had a wait, and the prices are very reasonable. I could really go on and on. I was having a hard time finding a decent vet for my monster tabby Leo. The second I walked into Foothill, I knew I found the right place. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Leo FINALLY got his shots and will be staying at their kitty kondo while I am on vacation. The facility is big, airy and clean. My Leo has been through some tough times recently. I struggled with the idea of boarding him somewhere - even thought about leaving him home alone. With Foothill, my apprehension is allayed. Highly recommended. Read Less

I have four dogs so I'm in here quite a bit. I had my Female Shiba Inu spade at Foothill Ranch Animal Hospital and my other Female was in a dog fight and had to be operated on to stitch her up. They took her in immediately and operated on her an hour later. Dr Reagan is the best, very thorough, knowledgeable and my dogs are very comfortable with him. He has a caring demeanor and genuinely cares about the well being of my pets. One of my other dogs had a problem digesting fat and was in bad shape. Dr Putnam took the time thoroughly evaluate her situation and get her on a low fat diet and the right medication and now she's doing great. Tammy, assists the Doctors and my dogs lover her and she always follows up to see how they are doing after an appointment. Gina and Lisa always greet you with a smiling face. Dog's know when they are at the vet and when my dogs walk in they are very calm and happy because they have always been treated with love and patience. I bought the Wellness program that they offer to save you money. I don't normally take advantage of these types of programs but I did and this one has saved me hundreds of dollar. I would recommend this program especially if you have more than one dog. I board my dogs here and use their groomer. I highly recommend Foothill Ranch Animal Hospital. Read Less

Dr. Putnam has seen my pet for years and has always been great with him (he is very nervous at the vets). I have gotten to know the staff and they say hello to my pet by name when he comes in :) No offense to the last rating, but why aren't taking your pet to your vet to be put down? I would honestly question why a vet would agree to put down a pet they have never seen...... These ratings stay up for awhile. I usually dont write these, but I feel my vets office is getting a bad rap because you are upset. I just want to let my vet know I am happy with the great care i have gotten for my dog. Read Less
