Very happy with the services we received at this clinic. In this month alone we had our rabbit spayed, and one of our dogs had to have some teeth pulled, and a lump removed. My only down side experience would be the charges. Between both animals we spent over $1,000.00. When getting the stitches and staples removed from the animals we asked for their names to be clipped. The clipping of the rabbits nails we did not get charged for, HOWEVER, when asking to have our dogs nails clipped we got charged an additional $13.00! When I asked why I was charged for one animal and not the other, I was told that they might have felt like being nice that day... Very happy with the attention our animals were given, just not happy with the attention given to my wallet...and we still have another dog (gonna have to take out a second on the house before she can be seen). Dr. Turner is one of the best Veterinarians I have had the pleasure to meet. You can tell from the moment he walks into the exam room that this man really loves animals. You might even say that he loves animals more than he likes people as his manner is a bit off with us humans but he more than makes up for it with his knowledge, compassion and care. Dr. Turner is the BEST Veterinarian we've ever seen! He knows more about guinea pigs than any vet we've seen in the past. He performed an emergency operation on our guinea pig (bladder stones) and the piglet was good as new! Instead of a six-year-old pig, he acted as if he were a year old (pop-corning, squealing, running around, and fully happy)! Our dog, Roxy, has been seeing him since we took our piglet in. She was supposedly suffering from "pancreatitis" but Dr. Turner did a full ultrasound on her and found that pancreatitis wasn't the diagnosis whatsoever! He gave us some pro-biotics (for dogs) and she's good as new. Why go to any old vet when you can go the best in the Central Valley? Read Less

I've been seeing Dr. Turner for 4 or so years now. He really is an amazing person & vet. He has always handled our pets with great care and love. My mother also switched to him after I raved about him and is equally satisfied. He personally will spend time explaining what is happening/happened to your pet instead of just handing you a bill. You can tell he truly cares about the animals well being with just how he interacts with them. I moved to Stockton 2 years ago and still will travel to Lodi for the care that he and his amazing staff give to me as a client. Read Less

Dr.Turner is rude and should retire. He doesnt believe in pain medication and his hospital should be investigated by the board. People only think he is smart cause they dont know what he is talking about. He talks about owners behind there back and tells there animals there bad when they dont do what he wants them to do. He is rough with peoples beloved pets. He believes he is the best vet around but really is not. He is pretty much the only exotic vet clinic around and thats all he has going for him. Dr.Turner treats his vet tech with no respect and like there idiots which they are not. I trust his vet techs more then I trust him. He needs to move over for a new vet to take over. Read Less
