I called Cats and Dogs 11/18/2020 at 3:49 p.m. to speak with the doctor regarding my cat Alvin who is a patient. I think he is having an allergic reaction to the flea medication they prescribed and wanted to talk about it. I was told that the Doctor was in with a patient and would receive a call back. I stated that I need a call back by the end on the day. She stated that the Doctor will call.
Secondly, I adopted 2 rescue kittens (siblings) and made an appointment for them to get a check up and overall health evaluation. The person who answered the phone and took the information about the kitties and made an appointment for November 25th at 2:30 p.m. Then she had the audacity to demand payment prior to the visit. She stated that due to COVID-19 and people making appointments and then cancelling that their policy is to take payments in advance and apply that to the balance owed should further expenses be required. She then stated that this is the policy and she would need payment before she made the appointment. I stated to her that I will not pay for my appointment in advance (my income is greatly reduced due to the COVID situation and is not fair to demand payment prior to services being rendered.) She then stated that it is the Doctors policy to do so.
***(I can understand demanding a cancellation fee in advanced for persons that have a history of cancellations or no shows and possibly new clients. However, I have never missed an appointment in the years that I have been going there with my cats. And to demand payment in full is just a bad idea.) Further, (I will pay a cancellation fee should I miss an appointment regardless of the circumstances, but I will not pay one up front.)
When I took Alvin in on October 20th and there was no demand for payment in advance. I asked her to speak with the Doctor about this and she put me on hold for a couple of minutes. Then I think Cathy the office manager came on the line. We spoke about the issue and I told her that is a bad policy. She stated it has been the policy for a while. I stated I will not pay for services in advance. I asked to again speak with the Doctor. She stated that he is in with a patient and will call me back. I waited until 6 p.m. I stated that I will not give them a credit card for payment and that I will not pay for services in advance at least until I speak with the Doctor.
As has been my prior experience, I did not receive a call. (Personally I don't believe that she even gave the message to the Doctor to return my call.) I called back this morning at 10:29 a.m. to speak with the Doctor and to have my original question answered about Alvin. I was told that the Doctor goes home early on Friday and that Alvin's chart is on the Doctors desk. I admonished her about not receiving a call back yesterday as stated that I guess I will wait until Monday.
I have referred dozens of people to Cats and Dogs over the years. I have been a client of them for years and have really had only 1 complaint until yesterday. (Maybe I will post that one at a later date.)
Obviously they are in the business to make money but taking advantage of people during the time of COVID and this economically challenging time is really egregious. It is a prejudicial practice especially for people living week to week. Most people I know would say the same. I refuse to pay for services prior to them being rendered.
Finally, to remedy my issues, I would like to speak to the Doctor and would like to have an appointment for my pets without first providing payment. This is not negotiable.
Well, lets see if I get a call back on Monday to discuss my issues. Should I not receive a call, I will contact all of my referrals that I made to Cats and Dogs and ask them to find another vet as I will be boycotting Cats and Dogs. I will not be bullied into paying for services that have not been rendered to me (TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT MENTALITY) and the indignant attitude that I got on the phone from the office manager (I think her name was) Cathy.
****Side note, I spoke with Dr. Perrault today, Monday, November 23, 2020 at 10:17 a.m. He was not interested in speaking with me regarding the allergic reaction with my cat. He blew it off to fleas. I comb my cat everyday and have not found a flea. He was just not interested. What he was interested in was me being rude to his staff. I was not rude to his staff! I just refuse to pay for services prior to them being rendered. All they care about there is money. These people do not care about your pet and please do not think for one minute that they care ... It's all about the money.

I recently moved to Long Beach but was bringing my cats to another vet. I switched to Cats and Dogs Hospital based on reviews, and love the bets and staff. My cat, Talon, was very ill and Dr. Perrault went above and beyond to treat him. When we decided to put him down the whole office was wonderful and sent us a note and made a donation in his name. I can never thank them enough for all their help and support.

Cats & Dogs Animal Hospital has been caring for my pets for nearly 13 years. In that time they've helped me care for my pets from puppy- and kitten-hood through end of life. They even helped when my daughter's chinchilla fell ill. Throughout it all, they have always been caring and supportive. Because I have a large furry family, I've had a chance to get to know the staff very well and think of them as extended members of my own family. We love Cats and Dogs. We get personalized service from the entire staff. Their veterinarians are very knowledgeable. They speak frankly and give straight forward advice. They know how much our dogs mean to us but they give us options. When our chihuahua had a problem with his knee they explained all my options and they explained the outcomes and it turned out we felt surgery was not his best option. He is healthy and happy. Never do I feel that I'm being "up sold" on anything. They have taken good care of our family pets for the last 15 years and I would never go anywhere else.

Cats and Dogs Animal Hospital is the only place to go for excellent care for your pet. The staff are excellently trained and perform their tasks with gentle and loving kindness. The office is spotless and quite attractive.
When your pet needs professional care , this is the only place to go. Having been to three other hospitals, Cats and Dogs is superior. In the past sixteen years of attending this hospital, I have never had a need to complain nor had a feeling of dissatisfaction.
Dr. Greg Perrault has achieved a spectacular home for our pets.

Finally an animal hospitals I enjoy going to! Everyone truly loves animals and cares about yours. I have two indoor kitties and rarely do they need a visit but one was squinting for a few days and saline solution wasn’t helping. Cats & Dogs is walking distance to my house and after trying other Animal hospitals locally we were pleased that not only is it walking distance but THE BEST ANIMAL HOSPITAL we have ever been to! Why? 1. They care - genuinely, about your furry family members and yourself. 2. They communicate - as a busy professional, I really appreciate that they text and email. 3. They listen - I didn’t feel hurried or rushed and that all details concerning my cat’s ailment were considered before treatment. 4. They are affordable - fair prices, referral discounts, and always available to discuss options for care. 5. They are quick - and take their time listening, it’s magical.
Cherries on the top - the cutest animal hospital I have ever seen... I could easily spend more time in the waiting room just looking at the decor, and waiting for a pet I know to come across the tv screen.
I might have to start making up reasons to go to the vet.

Furthermore, he will insult your pets weight and cleanliness. And trust me, my dog is very healthy and gets walks daily and grooming appointments biweekly. Not the best vet experience. Would look elsewhere if I were you.

I gave Cats And Dogs animal hospital a 2. Their veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable, despite the fact that one of them does not have the greatest bedside manner. I do believe my dogs received good Care here, I just feel they are a bit sneaky when it comes to adding on additional charges. I purchased the "puppy plan"Which is basically a 1000$+ plan that takes care of your puppies basic health requirements for the first year. It makes all of the office visits free. Granted, you may not need many office visits but they get you to believe that you will and therefore try to sell this expensive package. I bought it, being naïve , I later caught on. Another trend I noticed with this vet is their constant discovery of "ear infections" or yeast infections in my dogs years. So what this would entail is an exam, testing, and then medication. Then a week later I would receive a call saying that the doctor wanted to see my dog for a follow up. Of course the doctor wanted to see her! Office visit alone is $65 so why wouldn't she want to see my dog? The vet techs are not very friendly and neither is the front desk staff aside for Patty. She seems to understand the idea of customer service unlike the rest of them. I get that this is a small business, but it is way too elitist and snobby. Dr. Abel is good, it's just this practice is a bunch of nonsense, especially if you don't have the money to spend an arm and a leg on your dog each month. They are in partnership with The 24 hour animal hospital in Long Beach. That's why I was referred here. I am much more comfortable elsewhere and I just wish I didn't have to spend $2000 to learn that this place is way beyond unreasonable.

This place lied to us about our doctor not being there and then didn't bother to ask if our dogs had allergies to anything and prescribed both of them purina chicken and rice. How are you going to prescribe something and not ask if the dogs are allergic to chicken which in our case they are and also why purina which is one of the worst foods for pets ever. They tried to prescribe the same meds and treatment for both dogs when only one of them is having issues with eating and the other one eats 3 times a day with no issues. In all honesty any vet that says purina dog food is good for your pet should raise some red flags for any pet lover.

I've been bringing my dogs here for nearly 2 years. I give 5 stars for the care, bedside manner and professionalism of Drs. Smith and Abel. There is no doubt your pet will receive good care here. This is a top notch veterinary facility that is very active in the community.That being said, a word of caution: The prices are high for many of their services. Here are 2 examples: canine influenza vaccination - $30 per shot in a series of 4 = $120 per dog! Imagine my shock since I have 3 dogs. My bad tho, I should have asked. Same shots given by a vet at the monthly vaccination event at Healthy Spot,$39 total for all 4 shots. Spay/Neuter $400-$600+, elsewhere $100-$300. I took my puppy elsewhere to get neutered and he had the greatest care and recovered beautifully. Bottom line, sure loving and caring for your pets comes with financial responsibility. But just like human health care, be an informed advocate and don't just accept the option in front of you. Drs. Abel and Smith have been very helpful in providing options, which is very much appreciated.Other than the cost, I love this vet and the folks who work here are the best. My youngest dog thinks going to the vet is like the best play date ever!

They also was going to charge for pedicure because I thought my dog broke a nail so so I asked after 153.00 can they throw that in there and they said well no because your dog is in pain because of the removal of the stinger so it will be more difficult so sorry we can't, and I asked them if my dog needed pills Benadryl for this bee sting can they cut them in half since she's little? and Their response that's going to be an extra charge. Very bitchy and unprofessional and definitely try to get the most money they can for very little work. I won't be returning to this stinky hole well I had them take the pedicure off and I'll do it myself and hopefully people educate themselves on veterinarians care so they won't get screwed. Do t go there especially if you are black Americans.

I just returned from this vet as a first-time client and I could not be happier with the service and care that my cat, Tacy, received at Cats & Dogs. Two staff members helped me schedule a last-minute appointment over the phone and they were so friendly and understanding of my concerns with my cat. Dr. Abel was personable, knowledgeable, and reassuring and I left feeling like we were in great hands. This practice has convenient hours, a very charming office, and reasonable prices. I really cannot say enough good things about my experience today. I will definitely be back! Thank you so much, Dr. Abel and staff.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I have been taking my cats here for years. Cannot say enough good things about these guys. I have had almost every vet here, and they are all knowledgeable and sincere about caring for the well-being of your pet. They always give options of treatment plans (for those of us on a budget), and never judge. Super-friendly, and I never wait long. And I just had to put my 19 year old cat to sleep, and they were amazingly kind and gentle to us both. Even sent me a card that was signed by everyone in the office, and made a donation in my let's name. I will forever come here with my pets! Thanks, guys!!!

I moved to Long Beach just over a year ago, and was very nervous about finding a new veterinarian clinic in the area. I tried Bixby Knolls Animal Clinic and Uptown Animal Hospital, but they weren't the right fit for me. Cats & Dogs Animal Hospital was recommended by my dog walker and highly rated here on yelp - so when my two year old lab suddenly came down with an upset stomach, I decided to give them a try.I called them at 7:02 am, just after they opened to see if I could get a last minute appointment. There were very understanding and accommodating - agreeing to squeeze me that afternoon.My appointment started on time and the staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. More importantly, Dr. Smith was very patient with my lab who was quite nervous. The day after my appointment, the staff followed-up to make sure Kora was feeling better and eating regularly again. The downside of Cats & Dogs Animal Hospital is that they don't bill pet insurance providers directly, which means as a pet owner, I'm still out of pocket until my claim is reimbursed. This is a standard practice at most veterinarian clinics and something Cat & Dogs needs to adopt immediately.

Extremely happy with my choice to stick with Cats and Dogs as my primary vet for my puppy Skye! They have unbelievable customer service! They call to remind you of appointments even! I have had many dogs in my life but never a vet clinic that seems to truly care about their patients and owners. They all, secretaries and vets included, seem to love what they do whole-heartedly. Ever person here is friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. They take their time with you and answer any and all questions without the feeling of being rushed for another appointment. I also have never had to wait more than 5 minutes when i have an appointment. Usually when i arrive early, i get seen early actually. They have 3 vets, mine being Dr. Smith who is just delightful and very straightforward. She has even given me tips to help with training. Although you will most likely pay more than most vets around, you get what you pay for! I always have a great experience and my pup looks forward to every visit as they all shower her with love and attention (and treats). We went for the puppy plan they offer and so far it has lifted my worries completely. It is basically like a retainer for your vet for the first year and you can call and come in as many times as needed for checkups, shots, flea pills, nail clippings, certain tests. No more worrying about what it will cost each and every time, and they have everything extremely organized, which shows in their appointment scheduling and the regular appointment reminder calls. It isnt cheap, but I 100% see the worth in every penny spent here. Also, they are never understaffed which is probably why we are always seen right away and the people there actually enjoy their jobs which is very refreshing! The place itself is literally a home, and they male you feel like their home is your home! Again, you get what you pay for so although its not cheap here, you see your money going to the right people and service every business should strive for!

I cannot recommend Cats & Dogs highly enough. I have been taking my dogs and cats here for many years. The staff is unfailingly knowledgeable, caring and professional. It's the only vet I've ever seen where you don't have to drag your dog in! They are happy to come here. I have called for advice and help on the fly, and they are always willing to help. They're not the cheapest around, but you pay for quality and service.

We all love our fur babies, but most vets have an unfortunate tendency to put a price on your love and drastically overcharge for their services - but not Cats & Dogs. Their care is always topnotch and their charges are always reasonable.

I called Cats and Dogs 11/18/2020 at 3:49 p.m. to speak with the doctor regarding my cat Alvin who is a patient. I think he is having an allergic reaction to the flea medication they prescribed and wanted to talk about it. I was told that the Doctor was in with a patient and would receive a call back. I stated that I need a call back by the end on the day. She stated that the Doctor will call.
Secondly, I adopted 2 rescue kittens (siblings) and made an appointment for them to get a check up and overall health evaluation. The person who answered the phone and took the information about the kitties and made an appointment for November 25th at 2:30 p.m. Then she had the audacity to demand payment prior to the visit. She stated that due to COVID-19 and people making appointments and then cancelling that their policy is to take payments in advance and apply that to the balance owed should further expenses be required. She then stated that this is the policy and she would need payment before she made the appointment. I stated to her that I will not pay for my appointment in advance (my income is greatly reduced due to the COVID situation and is not fair to demand payment prior to services being rendered.) She then stated that it is the Doctors policy to do so.
***(I can understand demanding a cancellation fee in advanced for persons that have a history of cancellations or no shows and possibly new clients. However, I have never missed an appointment in the years that I have been going there with my cats. And to demand payment in full is just a bad idea.) Further, (I will pay a cancellation fee should I miss an appointment regardless of the circumstances, but I will not pay one up front.)
When I took Alvin in on October 20th and there was no demand for payment in advance. I asked her to speak with the Doctor about this and she put me on hold for a couple of minutes. Then I think Cathy the office manager came on the line. We spoke about the issue and I told her that is a bad policy. She stated it has been the policy for a while. I stated I will not pay for services in advance. I asked to again speak with the Doctor. She stated that he is in with a patient and will call me back. I waited until 6 p.m. I stated that I will not give them a credit card for payment and that I will not pay for services in advance at least until I speak with the Doctor.
As has been my prior experience, I did not receive a call. (Personally I don't believe that she even gave the message to the Doctor to return my call.) I called back this morning at 10:29 a.m. to speak with the Doctor and to have my original question answered about Alvin. I was told that the Doctor goes home early on Friday and that Alvin's chart is on the Doctors desk. I admonished her about not receiving a call back yesterday as stated that I guess I will wait until Monday.
I have referred dozens of people to Cats and Dogs over the years. I have been a client of them for years and have really had only 1 complaint until yesterday. (Maybe I will post that one at a later date.)
Obviously they are in the business to make money but taking advantage of people during the time of COVID and this economically challenging time is really egregious. It is a prejudicial practice especially for people living week to week. Most people I know would say the same. I refuse to pay for services prior to them being rendered.
Finally, to remedy my issues, I would like to speak to the Doctor and would like to have an appointment for my pets without first providing payment. This is not negotiable.
Well, lets see if I get a call back on Monday to discuss my issues. Should I not receive a call, I will contact all of my referrals that I made to Cats and Dogs and ask them to find another vet as I will be boycotting Cats and Dogs. I will not be bullied into paying for services that have not been rendered to me (TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT MENTALITY) and the indignant attitude that I got on the phone from the office manager (I think her name was) Cathy.
****Side note, I spoke with Dr. Perrault today, Monday, November 23, 2020 at 10:17 a.m. He was not interested in speaking with me regarding the allergic reaction with my cat. He blew it off to fleas. I comb my cat everyday and have not found a flea. He was just not interested. What he was interested in was me being rude to his staff. I was not rude to his staff! I just refuse to pay for services prior to them being rendered. All they care about there is money. These people do not care about your pet and please do not think for one minute that they care ... It's all about the money.

We love Cats and Dogs. We get personalized service from the entire staff. Their veterinarians are very knowledgeable. They speak frankly and give straight forward advice. Cats & Dogs is walking distance to my house and after trying other Animal hospitals locally we were pleased that not only is it walking distance but THE BEST ANIMAL HOSPITAL we have ever been to! Why? 1. They care - genuinely, about your furry family members and yourself. 2. They communicate - as a busy professional, I really appreciate that they text and email. 3. They listen - I didn’t feel hurried or rushed and that all details concerning my cat’s ailment were considered before treatment. 4. They are affordable - fair prices, referral discounts, and always available to discuss options for care. 5. They are quick - and take their time listening, it’s magical.
Cherries on the top - the cutest animal hospital I have ever seen... I could easily spend more time in the waiting room just looking at the decor, and waiting for a pet I know to come across the tv screen.

I gave Cats And Dogs animal hospital a 2. Their veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable, despite the fact that one of them does not have the greatest bedside manner. I do believe my dogs received good Care here, I just feel they are a bit sneaky when it comes to adding on additional charges. I purchased the "puppy plan"Which is basically a 1000$+ plan that takes care of your puppies basic health requirements for the first year. It makes all of the office visits free. Granted, you may not need many office visits but they get you to believe that you will and therefore try to sell this expensive package. I bought it, being naïve , I later caught on. Another trend I noticed with this vet is their constant discovery of "ear infections" or yeast infections in my dogs years. So what this would entail is an exam, testing, and then medication. Then a week later I would receive a call saying that the doctor wanted to see my dog for a follow up. Of course the doctor wanted to see her! Office visit alone is $65 so why wouldn't she want to see my dog? The vet techs are not very friendly and neither is the front desk staff aside for Patty. She seems to understand the idea of customer service unlike the rest of them. I get that this is a small business, but it is way too elitist and snobby. Dr. Abel is good, it's just this practice is a bunch of nonsense, especially if you don't have the money to spend an arm and a leg on your dog each month. They are in partnership with The 24 hour animal hospital in Long Beach. That's why I was referred here. I am much more comfortable elsewhere and I just wish I didn't have to spend $2000 to learn that this place is way beyond unreasonable.

This place lied to us about our doctor not being there and then didn't bother to ask if our dogs had allergies to anything and prescribed both of them purina chicken and rice. How are you going to prescribe something and not ask if the dogs are allergic to chicken which in our case they are and also why purina which is one of the worst foods for pets ever. They tried to prescribe the same meds and treatment for both dogs when only one of them is having issues with eating and the other one eats 3 times a day with no issues. In all honesty any vet that says purina dog food is good for your pet should raise some red flags for any pet lover.

I've been bringing my dogs here for nearly 2 years. I give 5 stars for the care, bedside manner and professionalism of Drs. Smith and Abel. There is no doubt your pet will receive good care here. This is a top notch veterinary facility that is very active in the community.That being said, a word of caution: The prices are high for many of their services. Here are 2 examples: canine influenza vaccination - $30 per shot in a series of 4 = $120 per dog! Imagine my shock since I have 3 dogs. My bad tho, I should have asked. Same shots given by a vet at the monthly vaccination event at Healthy Spot,$39 total for all 4 shots. Spay/Neuter $400-$600+, elsewhere $100-$300. I took my puppy elsewhere to get neutered and he had the greatest care and recovered beautifully. Bottom line, sure loving and caring for your pets comes with financial responsibility. But just like human health care, be an informed advocate and don't just accept the option in front of you. Drs. Abel and Smith have been very helpful in providing options, which is very much appreciated.Other than the cost, I love this vet and the folks who work here are the best. My youngest dog thinks going to the vet is like the best play date ever!

They also was going to charge for pedicure because I thought my dog broke a nail so so I asked after 153.00 can they throw that in there and they said well no because your dog is in pain because of the removal of the stinger so it will be more difficult so sorry we can't, and I asked them if my dog needed pills Benadryl for this bee sting can they cut them in half since she's little? and Their response that's going to be an extra charge. Very bitchy and unprofessional and definitely try to get the most money they can for very little work. I won't be returning to this stinky hole well I had them take the pedicure off and I'll do it myself and hopefully people educate themselves on veterinarians care so they won't get screwed. Do t go there especially if you are black Americans.

I just returned from this vet as a first-time client and I could not be happier with the service and care that my cat, Tacy, received at Cats & Dogs. Two staff members helped me schedule a last-minute appointment over the phone and they were so friendly and understanding of my concerns with my cat. Dr. Abel was personable, knowledgeable, and reassuring and I left feeling like we were in great hands. This practice has convenient hours, a very charming office, and reasonable prices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I have been taking my cats here for years. Cannot say enough good things about these guys. I have had almost every vet here, and they are all knowledgeable and sincere about caring for the well-being of your pet. They always give options of treatment plans (for those of us on a budget), and never judge. Super-friendly, and I never wait long. And I just had to put my 19 year old cat to sleep, and they were amazingly kind and gentle to us both. Even sent me a card that was signed by everyone in the office, and made a donation in my let's name. I will forever come here with my pets! Thanks, guys!!!

I moved to Long Beach just over a year ago, and was very nervous about finding a new veterinarian clinic in the area. I tried Bixby Knolls Animal Clinic and Uptown Animal Hospital, but they weren't the right fit for me. Cats & Dogs Animal Hospital was recommended by my dog walker and highly rated here on yelp - so when my two year old lab suddenly came down with an upset stomach, I decided to give them a try.I called them at 7:02 am, just after they opened to see if I could get a last minute appointment. There were very understanding and accommodating - agreeing to squeeze me that afternoon.My appointment started on time and the staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. More importantly, Dr. Smith was very patient with my lab who was quite nervous. The day after my appointment, the staff followed-up to make sure Kora was feeling better and eating regularly again. The downside of Cats & Dogs Animal Hospital is that they don't bill pet insurance providers directly, which means as a pet owner, I'm still out of pocket until my claim is reimbursed. This is a standard practice at most veterinarian clinics and something Cat & Dogs needs to adopt immediately.

Extremely happy with my choice to stick with Cats and Dogs as my primary vet for my puppy Skye! They have unbelievable customer service! They call to remind you of appointments even! I have had many dogs in my life but never a vet clinic that seems to truly care about their patients and owners. They all, secretaries and vets included, seem to love what they do whole-heartedly. Ever person here is friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. They take their time with you and answer any and all questions without the feeling of being rushed for another appointment. I also have never had to wait more than 5 minutes when i have an appointment. Usually when i arrive early, i get seen early actually. They have 3 vets, mine being Dr. Smith who is just delightful and very straightforward. She has even given me tips to help with training. Although you will most likely pay more than most vets around, you get what you pay for! I always have a great experience and my pup looks forward to every visit as they all shower her with love and attention (and treats). We went for the puppy plan they offer and so far it has lifted my worries completely. It is basically like a retainer for your vet for the first year and you can call and come in as many times as needed for checkups, shots, flea pills, nail clippings, certain tests. No more worrying about what it will cost each and every time, and they have everything extremely organized, which shows in their appointment scheduling and the regular appointment reminder calls. It isnt cheap, but I 100% see the worth in every penny spent here. Also, they are never understaffed which is probably why we are always seen right away and the people there actually enjoy their jobs which is very refreshing! The place itself is literally a home, and they male you feel like their home is your home! Again, you get what you pay for so although its not cheap here, you see your money going to the right people and service every business should strive for!

I cannot recommend Cats & Dogs highly enough. I have been taking my dogs and cats here for many years. The staff is unfailingly knowledgeable, caring and professional. It's the only vet I've ever seen where you don't have to drag your dog in! They are happy to come here. I have called for advice and help on the fly, and they are always willing to help. They're not the cheapest around, but you pay for quality and service.

This is the best vet I have ever been to! The front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and both Dr Smith and Dr Abel are amazing vets. Every staff member cares so much about animals and they all work very hard to solve any problem you and your pet may have.
We all love our fur babies, but most vets have an unfortunate tendency to put a price on your love and drastically overcharge for their services - but not Cats & Dogs. Their care is always topnotch and their charges are always reasonable.
Bring your pets to Cats & Dogs Animal Hospital - you will not find a better vet!

The prices are fair and the wait is never long. The vets are timely in returning calls and are very patient.I totally trust this practice which says a lot after having been to other vets in the area. The parking is limited, but they do their best to help out.

The staff is solid; they are always so helpful and have been wonderful with my beloved pets, through good times and very sad times as well. We brought our new dog here and she has received the best treatment -- we've been provided with clear, well-informed explanations and our dog has not had any unnecessary expensive tests. The staff is very friendly, and the house itself has a great atmosphere - very clean and pleasant. Most important, Dr. Perrault is a great, super-helpful vet!?
