Dr. Kamal is an awesome vet although the staff has much to be desired as sometimes you have to keep repeating yourself and they don't quite get what you're saying sometimes but I wouldn't take my dogs...
Dr. Kamal is an awesome vet although the staff has much to be desired as sometimes you have to keep repeating yourself and they don't quite get what you're saying sometimes but I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else except for in case of an emergency

Last year summer, the nurse from the front desk doesn't know of how much it cost to remove a tick from my dog & she seemed clueless. That same day, I went to a different vet clinic. Today, I called to see if they sale tick remover kit but the guy on the phone says he doesn't know & keeps asking me of what is my dog name,my number to call me back & my last name but I keep telling his ass that my dog it isn't in their system that I just wanted to know if they sell the kit remover or not? I just hang up. Be warned.

The staff and doctor were very pleasant nice and seem to be caring about my Raberta her surgery went wonderful and they even gave me a $ discount which really helped I went to another doctor who wanted to charge me a arm and a leg I am really happy and pleased with them here at mercy can't thank them enough.and my dog thanks them too.

Good service and affordable. Been there several times with various pets over the years. Good for routine stuff and as I said the rates are low. The veterinarian is very personable. Only issue is long wait times. But at least I can drop by any time.

The doctor and the assistant woman are so nice and friendly. We take all of our pets here and they take such good care of them. They are amazing with surgeries, teeth cleaning, shots, and iv treatment...

Dr Kamal knows what he is doing. He has provided amazing care for both of my dogs over the years. I moved to San Pedro and will still drive to Long Beach just to take my pets to him.
