the doctors are great. the hospital is great. the vet techs are great.... but THE FRONT DESK IS LITERALLY THE WORST , LAZIEST , MOST UNPROFESSIONAL group ive ever seen actually being paid to be somewhere. absolutely awful, ruins the whole experience, which is unfortunate for the rest of the staff that can behave like adults at work.
