Dr. Marina is one of the best veterinarians I have ever had. She has definite compassion for all animals and understands them well. She explains things very clearly to me. I recently had a scare with my dog, Casper, who had a growth on his neck and I thought that his cancer had returned. Where other vets would have me leave my dog and open him up to do a biopsy, which cost me $1,000, Dr. Marina simply did an aspiration and she reassured me that it was just a pocket of fat. Great pet care, they were very understanding and helpful with our cats needs. We were informed beforehand what each cost entailed and what the intended effect would be for our cat. Our cat started feeling better right away once we took her home. I filled out the new client paperwork online and got in even a few minutes earlier than my appointment time on a Saturday. I highly suggest going online to their website to fill out their new client forms to help speed up your check in once you arrive with your pet.

I was recommended to visit this vet clinic, so I made an appointment a week and a half beforehand.
The appointment was scheduled on Saturday 12pm. I had arrived at 12:01pm and noticed that there was a lot of people waiting to be serviced. The staff on the front desk looked unfriendly. The employee gave me paperwork to fill out.
I finished the application in few minutes and was waiting when they will invite me. However, there were four or five people assisted while I was waiting and when I asked how much time should I wait and WHY should I wait for them if I had made an appointment at 12pm, the woman at the front desk just said that I have to. There is a line...
I have to say, that my friend who recommended Marina to me and who came 15 minutes before MY appointment was assisted and already could go home. So he was serviced without appointment and I had to wait..
What the necessity of making an appointment if they are taking everyone all together?!
I had plans for the day so I couldn't wait. It was 12:40 when I left the clinic, because there was one more person before me. Why should I spend an hour of my own time for nothing?
Unpleasant situation and unprofessional attitude to the customer.
Awful parking situation.
There was no places to park a car and there is No Parking all over the street.

Cahenga Pet Hospital is what vets should be. Intelligent, experienced, caring, and well staffed.
I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Marina and her facility. We have two dogs, and one has serious issues. After having been through so many different vets and facilities, including all the high-priced, big names in town, Dr. Marina is the absolutely only Vet I would ever entrust with the care of my animals.
If you want to experience care like Doctors and Vets used to be, then go here.
I always know what I am in for financially. The charges are always fair. The care is beyond top notch. The service offering is comprehensive.
The Dr. truly cares for the animals like they are her own, and it is touching the level of personal care and attention which is always provided. If I could give ten stars instead of five it still would not be enough.
Our dogs quality of life has actually significantly improved since Dr. Marina and her staff took over their care, and we are forever indebted to their wonderful service.

I had a great experience here. The Vet and her staff were fair, honest and open. Out cat had a terribly blocked colon as a result of being a street inbreed, lol-- which we'd have never understood without the doctor taking the time to explain her X-rays to us. She was rushed to the vet months ago, and has been in the best shape we've seen her in since then. I'm very pleased with this practice and will continue going here.

You CANNOT trust this vet and I will NEVER go here again because of that fact. She performed unauthorized procedures on my dog and had the audacity to lie to my boyfriend and say I authorized them over the phone. Then she KEPT MY DOG from us while she argued about the unauthorized charges on the bill, despite our attempts in asking to simply see him. In the end, she tried to lie about the whole thing and say that she handed us the wrong bill, but it had my dog's unique name and personal information on it.
One weekend, she performed a "major ear cleaning" and a series of necessary shots. The following weekend, when he needed the same shot, she tried to charge me $30 more for the SAME EXACT DOSAGE and when I asked her about it, she said it was because of his weight, but I handed her the invoice from the last shot and she was forced to lower the price to match. This same day, she also performed ANOTHER "major ear cleaning" without my authorization, and charged me for it. When asked why, she said that because she wasn't able to do a good job and get it all the first time. I didn't authorize this. And yet, she still charged me for it. And apparently she didn't even do it right.
I implore you, for the health and happiness of your beloved pet, go somewhere else.

I have never felt as much love and care for my sweet boy, Jack. Dr Abalos (Margarita) treated me and husband like family. Jack was in bad shape the last of his 16th year. We thought we lost him 4 times and once we found Dr Abalos by a trip to the emergency room at our old vet- she'd been filling in that night- we promptly switched to Cahuenga Pet Hospital. Dr Abalos made two house call for us, just out of the goodness of her heart. Our boy finally passed at our home with Dr Abalos 09-9-15. While painful of course, it was the most special bc of her. We now have two new puppies in my home and I am taking them to Dr Abalos now. I googled to get the office number and saw yelp pop up, so I HAD to write a review. This will be our new babies' home now and we can't wait to see Marina again!

Dr. Marina performed a miracle today. My dog was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma and required a radical masectomy. I took her to an oncologist, who quoted an exorbitant amount for surgery, which would have contributed to bankruptcy. Luckily for me, Dr. Marina had the resources to save my dog's life, at a fraction of the amount quoted on the Westside of Los Angeles.Thanks to the brilliant surgeons who work at Cahuenga Pet Hospital, the incision on my baby's belly is a work of art. I'm deeply grateful for Dr. Marina and her incredible assistant, Karla.

Had the unfortunate experience of losing a dear friends cat on the way to the hospital. I'd never been here before but my friend said she loved the doctor from many many years before with another cat she had. As soon as I got there I was in hysterics because I couldn't save her cat, the staff was all very sympathetic & kind. The doctor actually remembered my friends pets even though it had been so many years. My friend wasn't with me, she's in a rehabilitation center for physical therapy. The doctor was incredibly kind & warm. We decided to get him cremated. It took 2 weeks or so to get him back. He came in this beautiful little package. It was sealed with Forget-Me-Not seeds, a sympathy card, and a little clay imprint of his pawprint with a wood heart engraved with his name. So unbelievably sweet. Our new veterinarian for our pets. The first thing I MUST say is DO NOT see the owner Marina (or whatever her name is) unless its an emergency. I say that because she will tell you that every test under the sun is needed and every vitamin shot or procedure needs be ordered so she can rack up your bill. I ONLY go there because of Dr. Abalos. She's incredible. I would follow her to any practice she went to. I took my cat to 2 other vets for his teeth and no one could handle him or even look in his mouth. Dr. Abalos was able to sweep up my cat in a towel, open his mouth and immediately tell me he had stomatitis (allergy to the plaque on his teeth) and it was incredibly painful. She gave me several options but the best was option was extraction which was $1500. That was way too much but I don't blame Dr. Abalos for the pricing, I blame the owner Marina. We ended up going to West Hills to a vet that did the extraction for $300 instead. (Most places charged at least $1000 for the same procedure so West Hills was much MUCH cheaper.) PM me if you want to know the name of the other vet if you're short on money but still love your fur baby.)There are a lot of other reasons I like Dr. Abalos but that's the biggest one. She's is the ONLY reason to go to this vet office.

This is hands down THE best vet I've ever been to. Throughout the years, I've seen many many vets all over the country. And while some were pretty good, Dr. Marina and her staff are above and beyond the most attentive, caring and professional team I could entrust my dog to. Dr. Marina genuinely cares, and she takes her time to get all the details right. She is extremely knowledgable and I trust her implicitly. Of course my dog loves her too because her warm personality is just contagious. The office staff works hard to accommodate my schedule. They always follow up and their communication is top notch. I just cannot give a more glowing review. They also help you if you happen to have pet insurance.If you're looking for a vet that will treat your animal like their own, you've found it here.

I brought my dog back for her annual exam and vaccinations yesterday and true to form, she received excellent care from the folks at Dr is so responsive and knowledgeable; he made sure to address all of my questions/concerns completely. I was worried about my dog's occasional anxiety, so he gave me a list of natural remedies, explained how they work, and offered helpful feedback based on his first-hand experiences with his dogs. His exam was comprehensive and detailed which is refreshing because we've been to several vets that seem to rush the exam and do a hasty assessment, but Dr. Singleton impresses me every time with how thorough and attentive he is. Not to mention, he's a super nice guy.

My girlfriend was having a heckuva time trying to find a vet to spay our cat. She kept checking Yelp and getting frightened by bad reviews. Before we could even schedule a spay-job, Trixie, our one year old Tortoise shell, stopped eating and developed 104 degree fever. One vet gave us an appointment 6 hours away, and Cahuenga Pet Hospital said they could see her in 45 minutes.So, we went to Cahuenga Pet Hospital.Look, all I needed to know I found in the review of Miss K- she's gone to Cahuenga Pet over 40 times and still loves it.I've been there once- and they have become my pet hospital because of their care, their bedside manner, and their pricing. I don't know if the pricing is high or low, but the one thing they did that I've never seen another vet do, is that they went over the pricing with me first, before I signed off on anything. And even when I had a question ("Well, if these tests come back positive for the lethal virus, we're going to talk about these fluid injections first, right?") we were able to talk out future costs by saying we'd discuss different options after the tests.They're awesome. I understand people our crazy when it comes to their pet, but these Yelpers are out of control, and, like my girlfriend, put pet-parents in a state of discernity of where to take their animals. I can personally vouch for this vet. Dr. Marina K. has taken care of my animals for over 10 years. They have the intuition and bedside manner that are important in caring for animals or saving lives. I have a strong amount of medical knowledge and I've seen many vets in LA and I've been in much better hands here for a long time. (Only problem I've EVER had was one receptionist there a several years ago that was rude and aggressively trying to book appointments and surgeries. She didn't fit the rest of the staff's caring personalities and does NOT work there anymore. )

We were really impressed with the cleanliness of the facility along with the helpfulness and friendliness of the entire staff. We really liked Dr. Abalos. Her bedside manner with Marvin was second to none. We had our questions/needs written down and she spent time answering our questions. She never made us feel that she had to rush out to the next patient and she explained things clearly and concisely. we would definitely be back with Marvin whenever he needs veterinary care.

Been coming here a few years now, and have always had great experiences. But I didn't realize just how amazing they are until we got our senior citizen miniature poodle from the shelter this summer. Mini (she came with the name) had bad teeth and a hernia that needed repaired. At 15, many vets wouldn't have recommended surgery. Anesthesia on senior pets can be extra risky. But Dr. Marina did the proper tests, consulted with a cardiologist (Mini also has an enlarged heart), and proceeded with surgery (hernia and teeth cleaning/extractions). While repairing the hernia, the surgeon discovered a mammary gland tumor, which would have been missed otherwise. As far as other reviews mentioning costs and extra tests...Vets can be expensive. But so can doctors if you don't have insurance. Do vets sometimes seem to order lots of tests? Sure, but until dogs can tell vets exactly how they feel they will have to run tests. I'd rather pay for a test than have the vet miss something serious. That being said, the staff here have always been great about giving discounts. And they are quick to fill out per insurance forms and fax them to the insurance company within a couple of days. They also accept CareCredit, which is a medical (animal and human) credit card that offers no interest during the promotional period.

I toke my dog had a cold so I toke it to Cahuenga Pet Hospital for a check up 1st time there. I have been to many different vet's around town but Cahuenga Pet Hospital was the worst experience I have ever had. The vet Lady toke nearly 40min before seeing my dog and the worst part is she performed all of these UN necessary test's and shots that my dog did not need nor did I ask her to do so. I ended up paying over 400 dollars just for taking my dog in for a simple check up. Stay away from this Vet Total Rip OFF !!

If there was a way to give less than one star I would do so. It's the third time I went to this place, the 2 first times were not great but I figured everyone can have off days... But I had to put my cat to sleep today, so first off you'd expect compassion and extra effort from the team to have it as less painful as possible. But no, that's not how you do it at Cahuenga Pet Hospital... I took the appointment on Saturday, and asked for a tranquilizer pill to be picked up on Tuesday (the day before) to allow the cat to feel less stressed in the car on the way there. Tuesday comes... ""you have no appointment with us, but we'll squeeze you in"".... I'm like I call on Saturday to make it... Today comes, we get there at 8:50am, for the appointment at 9am. Lady up front was not super nice but whatever. She asked ""do you want to be present?"" Yes. At 9:15am, we were allowed in the patient room since a big dog was coming in... At 9:30, a nurse came in to ask ""do you want to be present?"" Yes. By this time, my patience is running thin... 9:45am, a nurse comes in to take the cat in the back to get the temperature and weight, but grabbed the cat by the leg before seeing me observing her and then picked her up normally. Came back 3 minutes later... 9:55am, the nurse came back to put on the receptor for the needle.... 10:00am, the vet finally arrived and started injecting right away, I would not have been petting my cat, I would not have had any notice of her leaving... 10:03am, the vet left, I took a moment, to compose myself and saw another nurse come in happy and greeting into the room, just to leave right away, saying ""oh sorry wrong room""...... The vet was professional and my cat left purring so I'm ok but the place is run and holds terrible nurses and helpers. I will not ever go again to this place and would never recommend it.

This was our first visit to the Vet and quite honestly we are both very happy and satisfied with the care we received. We will definitely be coming back. Jack Frost, like any other animal, is not a fan of Vet visits, but you guys made it pain-less which he truly appreciates. He's already getting better with the antibiotics we were given. Dr. Marina is one of the best veterinarians I have ever had. She has definite compassion for all animals and understands them well. She explains things very clearly to me. I recently had a scare with my dog, Casper, who had a growth on his neck and I thought that his cancer had returned. Where other vets would have me leave my dog and open him up to do a biopsy, which cost me $1,000, Dr. Marina simply did an aspiration and she reassured me that it was just a pocket of fat. If you ever want to have a great vet and a great surgeon, please visit Dr. Marina in Hollywood!

Great pet care, they were very understanding and helpful with our cats needs. We were informed beforehand what each cost entailed and what the intended effect would be for our cat. Our cat started feeling better right away once we took her home. I filled out the new client paperwork online and got in even a few minutes earlier than my appointment time on a Saturday. I highly suggest going online to their website to fill out their new client forms to help speed up your check in once you arrive with your pet.

The appointment was scheduled on Saturday 12pm. I had arrived at 12:01pm and noticed that there was a lot of people waiting to be serviced. The staff on the front desk looked unfriendly. The employee gave me paperwork to fill out.
I finished the application in few minutes and was waiting when they will invite me. However, there were four or five people assisted while I was waiting and when I asked how much time should I wait and WHY should I wait for them if I had made an appointment at 12pm, the woman at the front desk just said that I have to. There is a line...
I have to say, that my friend who recommended Marina to me and who came 15 minutes before MY appointment was assisted and already could go home. So he was serviced without appointment and I had to wait..
What the necessity of making an appointment if they are taking everyone all together?!
I had plans for the day so I couldn't wait. It was 12:40 when I left the clinic, because there was one more person before me. Why should I spend an hour of my own time for nothing?
Unpleasant situation and unprofessional attitude to the customer.
Awful parking situation.

Cahenga Pet Hospital is what vets should be. Intelligent, experienced, caring, and well staffed.
I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Marina and her facility. We have two dogs, and one has serious issues. After having been through so many different vets and facilities, including all the high-priced, big names in town, Dr. Marina is the absolutely only Vet I would ever entrust with the care of my animals.
If you want to experience care like Doctors and Vets used to be, then go here.
I always know what I am in for financially. The charges are always fair. The care is beyond top notch. The service offering is comprehensive.
The Dr. truly cares for the animals like they are her own, and it is touching the level of personal care and attention which is always provided. If I could give ten stars instead of five it still would not be enough.
Our dogs quality of life has actually significantly improved since Dr. Marina and her staff took over their care, and we are forever indebted to their wonderful service.

I had a great experience here. The Vet and her staff were fair, honest and open. Out cat had a terribly blocked colon as a result of being a street inbreed, lol-- which we'd have never understood without the doctor taking the time to explain her X-rays to us. She was rushed to the vet months ago, and has been in the best shape we've seen her in since then. I'm very pleased with this practice and will continue going here.

You CANNOT trust this vet and I will NEVER go here again because of that fact. She performed unauthorized procedures on my dog and had the audacity to lie to my boyfriend and say I authorized them over the phone. Then she KEPT MY DOG from us while she argued about the unauthorized charges on the bill, despite our attempts in asking to simply see him. In the end, she tried to lie about the whole thing and say that she handed us the wrong bill, but it had my dog's unique name and personal information on it.
One weekend, she performed a "major ear cleaning" and a series of necessary shots. The following weekend, when he needed the same shot, she tried to charge me $30 more for the SAME EXACT DOSAGE and when I asked her about it, she said it was because of his weight, but I handed her the invoice from the last shot and she was forced to lower the price to match. This same day, she also performed ANOTHER "major ear cleaning" without my authorization, and charged me for it. When asked why, she said that because she wasn't able to do a good job and get it all the first time. I didn't authorize this. And yet, she still charged me for it. And apparently she didn't even do it right.
I implore you, for the health and happiness of your beloved pet, go somewhere else.

Then she KEPT MY DOG from us while she argued about the unauthorized charges on the bill, despite our attempts in asking to simply see him. In the end, she tried to lie about the whole thing and say that she handed us the wrong bill, but it had my dog's unique name and personal information on it. One weekend, she performed a "major ear cleaning" and a series of necessary shots. The following weekend, when he needed the same shot, she tried to charge me $30 more for the SAME EXACT DOSAGE and when I asked her about it, she said it was because of his weight, but I handed her the invoice from the last shot and she was forced to lower the price to match. This same day, she also performed ANOTHER "major ear cleaning" without my authorization, and charged me for it. When asked why, she said that because she wasn't able to do a good job and get it all the first time. I didn't authorize this. And yet, she still charged me for it. And apparently she didn't even do it right. I implore you, for the health and happiness of your beloved pet, go somewhere else.

I have never felt as much love and care for my sweet boy, Jack. Dr Abalos (Margarita) treated me and husband like family. Jack was in bad shape the last of his 16th year. We thought we lost him 4 times and once we found Dr Abalos by a trip to the emergency room at our old vet- she'd been filling in that night- we promptly switched to Cahuenga Pet Hospital. Dr Abalos made two house call for us, just out of the goodness of her heart. Our boy finally passed at our home with Dr Abalos 09-9-15. While painful of course, it was the most special bc of her. We now have two new puppies in my home and I am taking them to Dr Abalos now. I googled to get the office number and saw yelp pop up, so I HAD to write a review. This will be our new babies' home now and we can't wait to see Marina again!

I took her to an oncologist, who quoted an exorbitant amount for surgery, which would have contributed to bankruptcy. Luckily for me, Dr. Marina had the resources to save my dog's life, at a fraction of the amount quoted on the Westside of Los Angeles.Thanks to the brilliant surgeons who work at Cahuenga Pet Hospital, the incision on my baby's belly is a work of art. I'd never been here before but my friend said she loved the doctor from many many years before with another cat she had. As soon as I got there I was in hysterics because I couldn't save her cat, the staff was all very sympathetic & kind. The doctor actually remembered my friends pets even though it had been so many years. My friend wasn't with me, she's in a rehabilitation center for physical therapy. The doctor was incredibly kind & warm. We decided to get him cremated. It took 2 weeks or so to get him back. He came in this beautiful little package. It was sealed with Forget-Me-Not seeds, a sympathy card, and a little clay imprint of his pawprint with a wood heart engraved with his name. So unbelievably sweet. Our new veterinarian for our pets. The first thing I MUST say is DO NOT see the owner Marina (or whatever her name is) unless its an emergency. I say that because she will tell you that every test under the sun is needed and every vitamin shot or procedure needs be ordered so she can rack up your bill. I ONLY go there because of Dr. Abalos. She's incredible. I would follow her to any practice she went to. I took my cat to 2 other vets for his teeth and no one could handle him or even look in his mouth. Dr. Abalos was able to sweep up my cat in a towel, open his mouth and immediately tell me he had stomatitis (allergy to the plaque on his teeth) and it was incredibly painful. She gave me several options but the best was option was extraction which was $1500. That was way too much but I don't blame Dr. Abalos for the pricing, I blame the owner Marina. We ended up going to West Hills to a vet that did the extraction for $300 instead. (Most places charged at least $1000 for the same procedure so West Hills was much MUCH cheaper.) PM me if you want to know the name of the other vet if you're short on money but still love your fur baby.)There are a lot of other reasons I like Dr. Abalos but that's the biggest one. She's is the ONLY reason to go to this vet office.

This is hands down THE best vet I've ever been to. Throughout the years, I've seen many many vets all over the country. And while some were pretty good, Dr. Marina and her staff are above and beyond the most attentive, caring and professional team I could entrust my dog to. Dr. Marina genuinely cares, and she takes her time to get all the details right. She is extremely knowledgable and I trust her implicitly. Of course my dog loves her too because her warm personality is just contagious. The office staff works hard to accommodate my schedule. They always follow up and their communication is top notch. I just cannot give a more glowing review. They also help you if you happen to have pet insurance.If you're looking for a vet that will treat your animal like their own, you've found it here.

I brought my dog back for her annual exam and vaccinations yesterday and true to form, she received excellent care from the folks at Dr is so responsive and knowledgeable; he made sure to address all of my questions/concerns completely. I was worried about my dog's occasional anxiety, so he gave me a list of natural remedies, explained how they work, and offered helpful feedback based on his first-hand experiences with his dogs. His exam was comprehensive and detailed which is refreshing because we've been to several vets that seem to rush the exam and do a hasty assessment, but Dr. Singleton impresses me every time with how thorough and attentive he is. Not to mention, he's a super nice guy.

My girlfriend was having a heckuva time trying to find a vet to spay our cat. She kept checking Yelp and getting frightened by bad reviews. Before we could even schedule a spay-job, Trixie, our one year old Tortoise shell, stopped eating and developed 104 degree fever. One vet gave us an appointment 6 hours away, and Cahuenga Pet Hospital said they could see her in 45 minutes.So, we went to Cahuenga Pet Hospital.Look, all I needed to know I found in the review of Miss K- she's gone to Cahuenga Pet over 40 times and still loves it.I've been there once- and they have become my pet hospital because of their care, their bedside manner, and their pricing. I don't know if the pricing is high or low, but the one thing they did that I've never seen another vet do, is that they went over the pricing with me first, before I signed off on anything. And even when I had a question ("Well, if these tests come back positive for the lethal virus, we're going to talk about these fluid injections first, right?") we were able to talk out future costs by saying we'd discuss different options after the tests.They're awesome. I understand people our crazy when it comes to their pet, but these Yelpers are out of control, and, like my girlfriend, put pet-parents in a state of discernity of where to take their animals. This hospital was amazing. I've only been there once. But read the positive reviews on people who have made this vet their turn-to for several years. 5 stars.

I have a strong amount of medical knowledge and I've seen many vets in LA and I've been in much better hands here for a long time. (Only problem I've EVER had was one receptionist there a several years ago that was rude and aggressively trying to book appointments and surgeries. She didn't fit the rest of the staff's caring personalities and does NOT work there anymore. )

We were really impressed with the cleanliness of the facility along with the helpfulness and friendliness of the entire staff. We really liked Dr. Abalos. Her bedside manner with Marvin was second to none. We had our questions/needs written down and she spent time answering our questions. She never made us feel that she had to rush out to the next patient and she explained things clearly and concisely. we would definitely be back with Marvin whenever he needs veterinary care.

Been coming here a few years now, and have always had great experiences. But I didn't realize just how amazing they are until we got our senior citizen miniature poodle from the shelter this summer. Mini (she came with the name) had bad teeth and a hernia that needed repaired. At 15, many vets wouldn't have recommended surgery. Anesthesia on senior pets can be extra risky. But Dr. Marina did the proper tests, consulted with a cardiologist (Mini also has an enlarged heart), and proceeded with surgery (hernia and teeth cleaning/extractions). While repairing the hernia, the surgeon discovered a mammary gland tumor, which would have been missed otherwise. As far as other reviews mentioning costs and extra tests...Vets can be expensive. But so can doctors if you don't have insurance. Do vets sometimes seem to order lots of tests? Sure, but until dogs can tell vets exactly how they feel they will have to run tests. I'd rather pay for a test than have the vet miss something serious. That being said, the staff here have always been great about giving discounts. And they are quick to fill out per insurance forms and fax them to the insurance company within a couple of days. They also accept CareCredit, which is a medical (animal and human) credit card that offers no interest during the promotional period.

I toke my dog had a cold so I toke it to Cahuenga Pet Hospital for a check up 1st time there. I have been to many different vet's around town but Cahuenga Pet Hospital was the worst experience I have ever had. The vet Lady toke nearly 40min before seeing my dog and the worst part is she performed all of these UN necessary test's and shots that my dog did not need nor did I ask her to do so. I ended up paying over 400 dollars just for taking my dog in for a simple check up. Stay away from this Vet Total Rip OFF !!

If there was a way to give less than one star I would do so. It's the third time I went to this place, the 2 first times were not great but I figured everyone can have off days... But I had to put my cat to sleep today, so first off you'd expect compassion and extra effort from the team to have it as less painful as possible. But no, that's not how you do it at Cahuenga Pet Hospital... I took the appointment on Saturday, and asked for a tranquilizer pill to be picked up on Tuesday (the day before) to allow the cat to feel less stressed in the car on the way there. Tuesday comes... ""you have no appointment with us, but we'll squeeze you in"".... I'm like I call on Saturday to make it... Today comes, we get there at 8:50am, for the appointment at 9am. Lady up front was not super nice but whatever. She asked ""do you want to be present?"" Yes. At 9:15am, we were allowed in the patient room since a big dog was coming in... At 9:30, a nurse came in to ask ""do you want to be present?"" Yes. By this time, my patience is running thin... 9:45am, a nurse comes in to take the cat in the back to get the temperature and weight, but grabbed the cat by the leg before seeing me observing her and then picked her up normally. Came back 3 minutes later... 9:55am, the nurse came back to put on the receptor for the needle.... 10:00am, the vet finally arrived and started injecting right away, I would not have been petting my cat, I would not have had any notice of her leaving... 10:03am, the vet left, I took a moment, to compose myself and saw another nurse come in happy and greeting into the room, just to leave right away, saying ""oh sorry wrong room""...... The vet was professional and my cat left purring so I'm ok but the place is run and holds terrible nurses and helpers. I will not ever go again to this place and would never recommend it.
