Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I brought my 5 month old Husky and they examined him thoroughly, gave me recommendations and took off his sutures without having to use any drugs. I hated this place so much I cried when I found out what they did to my dog. The heartless vet yanked a whole nail off without numbing my dog first so she would not feel it. I heard her cries from the waiting room and I was so confused I was wondering why she was screaming In agonizing pain. Later the vet came out explained what he did and my heart sunk. Not only that but the lady in the counter knew that what the vet was doing was wrong. I felt the whole tension between everyone and I couldn't believe what was done. He told me he was gonna shave it down and not pull it out. PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE HE DOES NOT CARE FOR THEM . ALL HE WANTS IS MONEY. $$$ what kind of person would even have the heart to pull out a whole husky's nail off without numbing it first???!! Can u imagine the pain my dog went through.. I beg.. My pregnant husky was discharging green fluids and took her here and they said it was completely normal and she should be in labor within a day or week. (they couldn't tell me exactly when) We took their word for it. Eventually 4 days later my dog went into labor and turned out two of her puppies came out dead, and she was still discharging the green liquid. Long story short, we took her to another pet clinic and the Vet their told us the doctor gave us wrong information and it wasn't normal at all! If we would of known we could of avoided all the lost. My baby lost 5of her pups, they never made it out alive!! I will never return to their pet clinic ever, they are carless, and ignorant! Read Less

I've been taking my dogs here for many years. I really feel he cares for my dogs. My only concern is that sometimes I feel they suggest care for my dogs that is not necessary, but that might be me being cheap. I don't think so. I do appreciate their doctor. MURDERERS, MURDERERS, MURDERES... LESS tha one star for murderer Bandeley. If you love your pet Please don't go to this horrible place... He killed my beautiful yorkie puppy last Sep 30... He said that she needed surgery... he used too much anestesia for her little body, or who knows what he did to her. Later I realized she didn't need surgery, it was him the one who wanted some money. That morning my little Cloey was happy and healthy and by 3:00 pm she was laying dead on a cold table of this killing center. She was my 5 year old son's birthday gift, but she was a lot more than that, she soon became a beloved member of our family. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T TAKE HER TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. I don't want anyone yo suffer the way I have suffered since that day. It's been a nightmare. Dr. B looks out for your pet AND your wallet. He is very knowledgeable and thankfully, empathetic. ( Is that the right word for it?) I know he has the pet in the mind as well as the owner. He always offers an alternative treatment method or gives you advice on what to do at home if you cannot afford to get all your treatment at the clinic. Which is my main concern...( I am a natural magnet for stray animals). Their prices are very reasonable and the staff is nice. The facility is a little worn, but I find it warm and inviting. My favorite part about this place is the groomer, Ann. She uses all-natural shampoos and conditioners, no chemicals and pesticides. I know my dogs are in good hands when they go to her- she takes her time to groom each animal and gives them a little bandana when she's done.Read Less
