Despite how nice everyone is, we are leaving Dr. Sur and her team after only working with them since the beginning of July 2017. I spent over $200 for the initial holistic assessment as I also use acupuncture for myself and felt this would be a good option for my pup. I was guaranteed least two direct follow up calls and communication with the Vet. I also spent more than average on supplements that were recommended. Basically, there are plenty of administrative issues, the largest of which is lack of communication and a huge disconnect between the front desk and the medical team. I never heard from the Vet directly for any questions I had, including non-urgent ones, and their office manager, Jo, had called me to answer one of the questions, for the others, I had to go to emergency and urgent care clinics to have his issues addressed. I have spoken to Jo, who is an expert in what she does, was available and responsive, about the mess that is their office, and she did apologize, so I am not just posting this out of frustration. Just trying to inform anyone thinking about coming here to think twice and consider all these issues. For the amount of money I thought I was investing in my puppy, I expect follow through on what they say they offer.

I was very disappointed with my experience here several years ago with my dog. Before moving to California, I was fortunate to have the services of an incredible and caring holistic vet in Illinois. She would examine my dog thoroughly before giving the acupuncture treatment. At this hospital, the doctor came in, read that my dog had bad arthritis, put the needles in, and left. I eventually just quit going. Waste of time and money.

We have been nothing but completely satisfied with this private practice. Duke, our Rottweiler German Shepard Mix, loves coming to the vet and being around Dr. Sur. She is an amazing vet with so much experience. She always fully addresses our questions and concerns when it comes to our pups care. We have met with another doctor was well and she was just as amazing as Dr. Sur. The staff and nurses there are so welcoming and comforting to Duke and us addressing any pre-doctor questions we have. They have always been on time with our appointments and never have we had an issue with them for the past year or so. 10/10 Recommendation

Our dog had a close call with pancreatitis. We knew we wanted her to be carefully monitored and treated in a way that would prevent a future attack. The comprehensive testing and diet analysis was far more comprehensive than we would have received from our neighborhood vet. Every supplement they have prescribed has made a lot of sense. If your dog has a special condition, I would highly recommend this clinic.

She would examine my dog thoroughly before giving the acupuncture treatment. At this hospital, the doctor came in, read that my dog had bad arthritis, put the needles in, and left. We have been nothing but completely satisfied with this private practice. Duke, our Rottweiler German Shepard Mix, loves coming to the vet and being around Dr. Sur. She is an amazing vet with so much experience. She always fully addresses our questions and concerns when it comes to our pups care. We have met with another doctor was well and she was just as amazing as Dr. Sur. The staff and nurses there are so welcoming and comforting to Duke and us addressing any pre-doctor questions we have. They have always been on time with our appointments and never have we had an issue with them for the past year or so. 10/10 Recommendation

Our dog had a close call with pancreatitis. We knew we wanted her to be carefully monitored and treated in a way that would prevent a future attack. The comprehensive testing and diet analysis was far more comprehensive than we would have received from our neighborhood vet. Every supplement they have prescribed has made a lot of sense. If your dog has a special condition, I would highly recommend this clinic.
