I have never been one to take my dogs to the vet but since I've bought a home and have neighbor kids that like to play with my dogs. I felt responsible if something were to happen to those kids without my dog's having the proper vaccinations. So I called a couple of places and right away Madera Animal Hospital was able to help me out and be very flexible with my schedule. The process was very easy and they aren't after your money. The doctor is very thorough with all my pets and it's not a quick check up. After getting my dogs all of their vaccinations and getting them fixed, I can honestly say that I will not be going to another veterinarian other than this one. Couldn't be happier! My husband and I have been going to Madera Animal Hospital for over a decade. They are amazing with my animals, and with 4 dogs and a cat, we are there a lot. Dr. Khehra is fantastic and when he can't see my animals, the other vets he has brought in are just as compassionate and knowledgeable. My little dog was attacked and severely injured by another dog. I had never been to the Madera Animal Hospital before but they were open on a Saturday, and could get me in, so I took Minnie. They were great! They were honest about her chances and were reasonable in their prices. They were understanding as well and they also told me my options. So I let them treat her. She survived and is doing almost as well as before the attack, now that it is months later. We could not be happier to have our little doggie almost as good as new. I highly recommend them.Read Less

The office staff is nice and the doctors are well educated. Their prices are a little less than the vets up the hill. They took very good care of my dog when she had a growth removed. I was very happy with my dogs surgery. Read Less

I absolutely love Dr. K and Dr. Randy!! Our fur baby Danee(female choc. Lab) is 7 yrs old, she has been having some knee joint issues they have been absolutely wonderful with her and our 5 other dogs and 3 cats that we currently have.
