Good sized, clean space that has it's own parking (shared with hotel) right off the PCH. The staff are incredibly friendly here, Doctor Shin is fantastic. Interactions with the staff and Doctor are beyond the usual check up, it's clear they love animals and take pride in making your animal healthy and comfortable in their space. Do your best to make an appointment. There is a large waiting area with two sides (good if you need to keep an animal separate), and hooks for leashes. Overall a great vet!

The very moment I arrived they took my cat away to check him. I had called earlier amd told then that my cat has a hisory of bladder blockage, and knowing that's a life threatening condition they wasted no time. That was awesome of them!
Turns out he wasn't blocked, but to find out what was the matter, they were ultra thorough.
And Dr. Shin is THE BEST!!!
After being treated pretty badly by a vet not too long before (at another clinic!), her awesome bedside manner really stood out.
5 stars all the way!! Hopefully you'll get Dr. Shin!

Bay Animal is extremely dependable, thorough, honest and knowledgeable. As far as pricing...when it comes to my dog, I'm not shopping around for the cheapest care. I'm shopping for a facility and vets that are reliable, knowledgable, comforting and TRUSTWORTHY. When you bring an animal in for any reason, it's never going to be free. I highly recommend Bay Animal and Dr. Goodell.

I honestly can't find or say anything negative about this clinic. This is Heaven sent on earth for our pet loved ones. Dr. Goodel is like an Angel of God for all those dogs who need medical care. The clinic is very clean, smells fresh and very helpful staff. They even have free coffee. Not to mention they're in a great location and ample parking. One thing I love most about this is you are not gonna get ripped off and you can rest assured your family member will be in great care.

I 110% recommend Bay Animal Hospital. The doctors and staff of Bay Hospital have provided exceptional medical care for our 2 guinea pigs. Recently, one of our sweet guinea pigs, Stef, passed away. Yesterday, August 6, 2015, we received a heartfelt card to say they are sorry for our loss of Stef. She was almost 7 years old. A long life for a guinea pig. Words cannot express how touched we are by their thoughtfulness. Everyone in the office signed the lovely card. How amazing is that! I want thank Dr. Gilman and Dr. Quinn for their expert care and love for Stef and Sammy. Both doctors are absolutely wonderful people. We just appreciate their whole staff. Thank you all from bottom of our hearts, The Schat Family and Sammy (Stef's sister)

Been coming here for 3 years and very solid service and care. Regarding the prices being high, well "duh". This is in one of richest parts of the country and to think it would be cheap is ludicrous....

I love this place. I recently moved out of state and have been to my new vet several times and it is such a HUGE disappointment compared to the care and service I received at Bay. One of my cats who needed some dental surgery was taken such good care of. I was so impressed with the office that called me to keep me informed and the Vet (Dr. Gellman) who called me several times including to follow up after I had taken him home to make sure he was doing ok. The font desk staff were wonderful and I really felt like they cared. I really do appreciate that kind of caring and service and I only wish that I did not move because I have not found another vet yet that compares.

I honestly can't find or say anything negative about this clinic. This is Heaven sent on earth for our pet loved ones. Dr. Goodel is like an Angel of God for all those dogs who need medical care. The clinic is very clean, smells fresh and very helpful staff. They even have free coffee. Not to mention they're in a great location and ample parking. I love this place. I recently moved out of state and have been to my new vet several times and it is such a HUGE disappointment compared to the care and service I received at Bay. One of my cats who needed some dental surgery was taken such good care of. I was so impressed with the office that called me to keep me informed and the Vet (Dr. Gellman) who called me several times including to follow up after I had taken him home to make sure he was doing ok.
