They are very kind, so they seem but all they really want is to over charge you. They charge you 55 dollars just to call their office to set an appointment. UPDATE: Motor is doing great!!! The IV wasn’t easy but we did it! Thank you soooo Much!!! Excellent Care. My wife and were out of town visiting some family with our new puppy that we’ve had for 1 week and unfortunately our Pug was ill with Parvo, unbeknownst to us. We had to stop into the clinic for some emergency care and were treated with the utmost kindness and compassion. They were able to give us help and info for his future. Bad Review. I bought my dog in with something wrong inside his mouth. Dog was frantically scratching at it. Dr. Lee examined him and said it was most likely a cyst under his tongue & would need surgery. But, as the office was about to close, he referred me to the emergency pet hospital. In minutes the emergency vet determined my dog had been bitten by a spider in 3 places inside his mouth. He spent the night and I brought him home the next morning with no after effects. Dr. Lee's misdiagnosis would have been fatal, and the resulting unnecessary surgery very costly. I never went back and found excellent veterinary care elsewhere. Read Less

That's the worse place ever , Doctor is not available most of the time. Every time I go there they try to send me to an emergency clinic which you will pay $500 for nothing. If i could give less than 1 star i would .Our family dog, a terrier was attacked by another dog and dying. This was closest place so we took him. They said they couldnt do anything which hurt but i believe was true. We had him put to sleep so hed stop hurting. Its one of the hardest things ive ever went thru. I never thought id love a dog that way. Anyways we paid $400. they called when we could pick up his ashes. I went there and they were acting weird, whispering to eachother and ultimately tell me i can have him giving me no reason. I cant tell u how hard it was to drive there and it had to have taken me an hour to get out of the car. Then that. My wife calls and they tell her ok we can get him. I couldnt do it again. She goes and they say its bcuz on all the stuff (paw print, card, and envelope with hair) its says his name Timon but as a last name its our street name. Its ridiculous that they send me away yet 30 min later release him bcuz of some stickers in the first place . But ok thats their reason and then dont even fix them! But also that to this day never fix or reach out to us. If your looking for compassion, professionalism or good customer service you may want to look elsewhere. Read Less

Terrible. The worst. I would give zero stars if i could. My chihuahua was crying in pain & Dr. Lee & his staff did not have an inkling of empathy for her because I had the temerity to walk-in after 4:30pm. 4:30 is too late for walk-ins, despite the "6:00pm" closing time posted on the door. Due to this fact, the receptionist was rude to me from the moment I walked in. She could not have cared less about my dog who was visibly ill, & she just laughed at the fact that I was in my own personal hour of need. Not sure of her name but she was heavy-set, latina & in her mid-40s. She made it perfectly clear she could not have cared less about a sick animal in dire need. I feel a moral obligation to warn true pet lovers --> despite the "6pm" closing time, this place will turn you & your sick pet away at 4:30pm !! Apparently the doctor has to leave early, whether your dog is dying or not. AS MY DOG WHIMPERS IN PAIN, here I am on my way to a 24 hour pet hospital in Murrieta. I needed a health certificate to fly my rescue dog home from Menifee at the last minute but there was a discrepancy on my dog's vaccination docs from the pound. The team at Menifee Valley went above and beyond to contact animal control and straighten things out and got me the docs I needed in the nick of time. They had a very welcoming staff in the front and a very clean facility. The doctor was very kind and treated my puppy very gently. The only thing that I would say is for the doctor to spend a little more time answering questions, he seemed annoyed at times in answering a couple of my questions. It may have just been a language barrier, I'm not sure, but I still highly recommend this place.Oh! And another perk, they do take same-day emergency appointments. Just make sure you phone ahead. I previously have like this clinic a lot, although, in retrospect and after researching, I feel like I have been consistently overcharged. I am now changing veterinarians because I recently took my dog in for an infected foot. They prescribed an antibiotic shot that they said was supposed to last 2 weeks. My bill for them to clean his foot, squeeze the infection out and give him a shot was $220. Literally, 20 minutes of care. When I came back in 5 days for a check-up, the vet told me my dog needed another $100 shot. I said, "I thought the first shot lasts 2 weeks." He then said it actually lasts 7 to 10 days. I said no, I wasn't paying another $100 for an antibiotic shot. Then he prescribed a $10 oral antibiotic. Why didn't he offer that the first time around? I feel my trust has been betrayed. I'm Deaf and been there often. The vets and nurses were awesome. Contacted me through emails and relay service. One day, my senior dog wasn't well, dr Lee noticed something was wrong on the legs and neck, asked permission for test with the cost, I didn't care and go ahead. When I didn't understand the result, dr Lee asked me to come to his computer and showed me pictures and typed the result. He was worried and gave me options what to do with my sweet dog. At the end, nurse contacted me often, arranged my order for urn and as soon as it was time to put him to sleep,they were nice to put comforter for my dog, asked me and comforted me until he passed away. I would never go to this vet. My dog was was in need of emergency care and I was told that I did not have an appointment and they refused to help me. I wasted time going their while my dog was suffering. My Doxie had broke his back and was completely paralyzed. I had to drive all the way to Murrieta to put him down. I called this clinic on a Saturday afternoon and was able to make an appointment for Sunday evening the next day (they could've taken me in that afternoon if we were in town.) Okay, WHAT?! A vet open on a Sunday evening? That in itself already got me.My cat had been spotting blood so it was very important to me that I find out what is wrong. Before going to the clinic, I read several reviews here on yelp and prepared myself to ask as many questions and details on pricing before doing anything on my cat. The ladies at the front desk, Tatiana and Amber, were both very nice and easy to talk to. Now, Dr. Lee on the other hand was not a kind person but he wasn't mean but a little pretentious and rude. He tried to rush by starting xrays and all this mess before my approval, after I was clear and concise that I'm looking for the most economical solution to finding out what is wrong with my cat. He slowed down a little and we compromised. An exam, ultrasound, x ray, urinalysis, 35 minutes, and $227 later, we've come to find out she's constipated and very healthy. Aw sh*t. After he told me to just keep an eye on her, he left and went back to his computer.. No goodbye, thank you for coming, no compassion for the animals.1 star for convenience on a Sunday and closeness to my house, 1 star for how fast the appointment was and the services provided, and 1 star for how nice the two front desk ladies were. This place could have easily gotten 4 stars, but with the way Dr. Lee closed off our appointment was a little salty. At least I know my cat is healthy. Read Less

Im so sorry to hear about your situation. however i must say if they are closing up shop for the day most likely they were probably closing and had no doctor on staff. I have worked in this field for several years and in its defense it is illegal for technicians/receptionists to work on a patient without a doctor on premises and unfortunately if it is an emergency it happens at the most inopportune time that most likely an pet emergency clinic is where you should go to first instead of a 9-5 clinic. We found a cat who'd been hit by a car, who just needed someone to end his suffering, but MVAC turned us away because they were busy closing up shop for the day. It would've taken 5 minutes to do the right thing by that poor cat but they couldn't be bothered.
