The office staff were so friendly! The Dr and assistant took very good care of my Little Dude. The only mark down is because neither the assistant nor Dr introduced themselves! I didn't realize the 1s...
The office staff were so friendly! The Dr and assistant took very good care of my Little Dude. The only mark down is because neither the assistant nor Dr introduced themselves! I didn't realize the 1st guy was the assistant, as he came in and looked my pup over and asked what the issue was, then went to get the Dr! I don't care that the Dr wasn't friendly, he wasn't there for me, he was there for my dog and went straight to work and fixed him right up! I would have liked to get his name though. I'll remember to ask next time.

Not impressed. Picked up a script after I adopted a dog from Merced Animal Shelter (they work together) and if I lived in the area I wouldn't return. It was just a first impression. Staff seemed very nice to "known" patients, so that is good.

Our cat had swelling on her cheek, we called and they were able to get us in within the hour. She had to have overnight surgery. They helped us get financing for her procedure. We have been to Dr. B...
Our cat had swelling on her cheek, we called and they were able to get us in within the hour. She had to have overnight surgery. They helped us get financing for her procedure. We have been to Dr. Bell since the early 90's off and on through the years with our pets. So glad to be back in great hands and caring staff!

We kennel our puppies here and they love and care for them. We have on occasion found flees on them when they get home, but other than that they are great with our dogs. Also they offer pick up on Sundays which is super important to us.

Dr. Bell and his staff treat my dog like a VIP and are always available to see him. He's had to make many trips down there for various problems and they always get him better. Besides that, they are concerned about him and keep tabs on him. The facility is also great.

The office staff were so friendly! The Dr and assistant took very good care of my Little Dude. The only mark down is because neither the assistant nor Dr introduced themselves! I didn't realize the 1st guy was the assistant, as he came in and looked my pup over and asked what the issue was, then went to get the Dr! I don't care that the Dr wasn't friendly, he wasn't there for me, he was there for my dog and went straight to work and fixed him right up! I would have liked to get his name though. I'll remember to ask next time.

Not impressed. Picked up a script after I adopted a dog from Merced Animal Shelter (they work together) and if I lived in the area I wouldn't return. It was just a first impression. Staff seemed very nice to "known" patients, so that is good.

Our cat had swelling on her cheek, we called and they were able to get us in within the hour. She had to have overnight surgery. They helped us get financing for her procedure. We have been to Dr. Bell since the early 90's off and on through the years with our pets. So glad to be back in great hands and caring staff!
