Dr. Sue and her staff are professional, knowledgeable and very caring. I take all my personal furbabies there as well as our rescue dogs. She treats them all the same.

Very slow to acknowledge my presence for the appointment by approx. 30 minutes. The. Veterinarian and Assistant were great when dealing with my large pit and mini pin.

They let my dog die.. didn't give him the proper care he needed.sent my Mickey home he passed next morning. 10 years old Dr. Pulled out theeth. I'm still grieving over loosing him. PLEASE DON'T TAKE Y...

Clean & Professional Vet Hospital who fixed a stray cat someone dumped at my home under their Project X? Program. The price was reasonable and kitty had no complications. Warning regarding very small parking lot in Evening...huge telephone pole is in a bad spot where driveway is and very little lighting on West side of lot...I almost hit it trying to park to pick kitty up as everyone comes at same time! Scary how dangerous the location of the huge pole is...

The receptionist named Erin (I believe that’s her name) at this clinic is so rude and unprofessional. I called to make an appointment and she put me on hold for OVER 20 minutes. And after that she hun...
The receptionist named Erin (I believe that’s her name) at this clinic is so rude and unprofessional. I called to make an appointment and she put me on hold for OVER 20 minutes. And after that she hung up the phone. So I had to call back and they DIDN’t bother to pick up. Worst service ever. Never going back to them. I recommend Crows Landing Road Vet Clinic instead of Empire. Much better service and they do care about your fur babies.

Entire staff is helpful and friendly. My baby is now 15 so she's been going to them for years. I always know shes well taken care of.

Very reasonably priced. They showed me a breakdown of charges beforehand and let me decide what was beneficial for both me and my pet. They gave suggestions for preventative care and also gave a separate estimate for that without being pushy. The office smelled and looked clean also. I will be returning.

Did not help, my dog died in less than 7 days and still want $ for a visit. They sat on the floor and pet him, let me know without payment up front they couldn't do anything!

They are extremely over priced. Almost twice as much as everyone else. The prices seemed to change rather quickly causing me to look elsewhere

Very reasonably priced. They showed me a breakdown of charges beforehand and let me decide what was beneficial for both me and my pet. They gave suggestions for preventative care and also gave a separate estimate for that without being pushy. The office smelled and looked clean also. I will be returning.
