My dog had a seizure and the next best appointment with another Vet was a whole week away. I found Arrow Dog and Cat Hospital who after calling in the morning, was able to bring my little maltipoo in by the afternoon. All testing was done that day, results in 2 days and now we have a plan for treatment. The staff is awesome. Pam is very caring and took the time to listen to me and between the Vet assistant and Vet, both asked me many important questions to establish a good diagnosis. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I took my dog there after my dog was diagnose incorrectly by a different animal hospital. They were very kind and offered me a discount when I couldn’t afford to pay for his surgery. They really love animals and they will help in any possible way to get your pet back to health. I'm on the fence with this vet. I've been bringing my dog here since he was a puppy and it started out great. We had to take him back periodically that first 6 months or so to get all of his 1st year shots. When it was time to get him neutered, they were a little pricey, so we shopped around, and ended up going somewhere else, just for this procedure. They of course didn't seem to be happy about this, but is what it is. The other place also microchipped my dog and gave him his rabies vaccine. From the start this vet has pushed using their app for everything.. appointments, medicine (flea, heartworm, etc), records.. as it's supposed to be super easy this way. I have used the app, but it seems nothing I enter in there is relayed to their system. They asked me a handful of times if he was rabies vaccinated, which I clearly noted his ID# and date it was done on the app, but they don't have the information. Also, the medicine I order from the app, they had no idea which one he was taking, even though I ordered it through the app and a doctor at their facility MUST sign off on it each time. It's very frustrating. Also, my pup was due for his yearly shots, so we took him recently. About 2 weeks later we get another notification that he is overdue on a vaccine! So why didn't you just do it when I was there 2 weeks ago?? Very annoyed. Convenience is not something they strive for apparently. Read Less

This is such a great facility. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The establishment is well kept and homey. We were able to get our kittens up to date with their boosters, rabies shots, flea medicine and nail trimmings in less than an hour. Plus their layout has a dog entrance and a cat entrance which is such a great idea! We will definitely be back and refer as many people as we can. Read Less

First things first the staff is really nice except for the older lady at the front desk. Second I have a 87 pound German shepherd and they prescribed her 150mg of antibiotics 2 times a day. Which I ended up having the same precedure done again and she was given the correct dosage of 750mg but that's not all.Third I went in because she had an abscess under her mouth that looked really bad agreed to the payment of around 600 for shaving her and treating her with pills even paid for an E collar that I did not receive, and once I got there to pick her up the bill ended up being 751 without my approval or a call. I would stay away from this place at all costs there are bigger better managed cheaper places than here. I will be contacting the vet board. Read Less

We went to visit Dr. Agarwal today and couldn't be happier knowing that our little pup is in great hands with her and her staff. She is by far one of the sweetest and compassionate people I've ever met and it's obvious that she truly loves helping animals. She took her time to listen to my concerns and was extremely knowledgeable. Our dog (and baby) felt so comfortable and happy there. There was a calmness that I have never experienced before at an animal hospital. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming! The hospital is very clean and warm. I used to dread taking my boys to the vet, but not anymore. The level of care that we get from Dr. Agarwal and her staff is exceptional. They are very knowledgeable and professional, yet kind and compassionate. One of my cats had advanced kidney disease (due to never having his teeth cleaned the first 12 years of his life, until I adopted him:-(). I knew he was receiving the best of care from Arrow Dog & Cat Hospital and Dr. Agarwal helped me keep him happy and comfortable as long as we could. When it was time to let him go at 17, it made it a little easier knowing he was in their very capable hands. I just took his brother in this morning for his vaccines and even though he is a grumpy old man and can be a little challenging (and very vocal!) he is always treated with top quality care, kindness and compassion. The fist place I went to was rude and didn't know if the Dr would be in. My dog Zeus was sick and needed attention. I found this place on yelp that offers a $29 first time office fee so I brought him over. I was greeted nicely and was told there would be an hour wait due to an emergency but waited because I needed him seen. The staff here was extremely helpful and worked out pricing to get him treated. I needed to put half down before they started but I didn't not have half on me but it was on the way. They took Zeus back and started anyways. The next day I had to bring him back to finish treatment and bring his brother because he was coming down with the same sickness. They allowed me to put down whatever money I had to get him started until I could get the funds together. They worked with me to get my dogs better and I so appreciate that. My dogs are my babies and I was devastated and stressed by their illness and they took care of my babies. I will diffidently becoming back here. The prices for vaccines are really good and everyone was so nice and took the time to explain all the details with me of what was happening what to do and the best price to take care of them. 10 stars are due. This place is awesome! All the staff is friendly and caring. They obviously care more about getting your animal better than money. I took my cat here for a second opinion since her eyes were both irritated and were not getting better with the medication the first vet gave me. After just one week with the correct eye medication and diagnosis from Dr. Agarwal, her eyes are back to normal and looking better than ever! I'm so glad I found this place! My cat had an eye infection in both her eyes and I visited another vet twice for the same problem. The other vet gave me the wrong diagnosis and the wrong medication (twice). Her eyes were not getting better so I decided to find another place for a second opinion. I stumbled across this place through yelp reviews and I'm thankful for that. Dr. Agarwal gave us a more accurate diagnosis and the correct eye medication and within 7 days her eyes were big, bright, clear and beautiful again. I came here on an emergency. I brought in my dog after she had collapsed, she had been sick for a couple days and was scheduled to visit our usual vet just a day later. When we got there she had low glucose levels and required o2. I knew going in that things were not looking that great since she was older. I was told that she required 24 hour care for a couple days... which can be pretty pricey. I had to make the decision on continuing care or putting her down. While I was in the room crying my eyes out trying to come to terms to the decision I knew I had to make, all I can hear was how the vet was upset that her breakfast sandwich looked funny. Whether she should go back and complain to get her money back. I can also hear how the employees complained about a coworker. I understand that things happen in the workplace but they didn't seem to care that I was just in the next room being able to hear EVERYTHING! It was hard trying to keep my thought straight with all their complaining. I had to face the fact that I could not afford to continue treatment and signed everything to put her down. I paid what I could and was told that I can pay the remaining balance of $200 when I come back to pick up her ashes. A week later... no call. Two weeks later, I called to know the status of her ashes and they told me there was a delay on when they picked up her body, but did not hesitate to remind me of my remaining balance. I told them that I was told I can pay when I picked them up, but she didn't sound too convinced. Called again the following week and I was told I never paid for her cremation so they do not have her ashes! WHAT!? I was in complete disbelief! I was a total wreck! No one should ever have to go through that! I will not be going back. I will not recommend this place to anyone!!!Please be considerate of your personal conversations while you have patients in the next room. Completely unprofessional! Read Less

AD&CH did a wonderful job taking care of both of my cats. Every one of the staff members is kind and compassionate and did their best to make my little fur babies feel more comfortable. One thing I love about this establishment is that in their exam rooms, they have toys and cat trees for the cats to play with while waiting for the doctor. The doctor was brief yet detailed when explaining her diagnosis and never pressured me into any treatments I wasn't interested in. And the best part is it's minutes from where I live. One star because there's no zero. Ask Dr. To call me about my cat after milking me for 500. No call. They got pissed because I refused a test for 300 more. That test would prove my cat was sick from eating raw meat or poisoned animals. My guy never goes out. What I dread most about taking my dog to the vet is the wait... Not here, though. Walked in with no appointments for the vaccine clinic and my dog was done with his annual shots within 15 minutes. Paperwork, the shots themselves, payment --- all done in 15 minutes. I'm really happy with this efficient and friendly office. The entire staff is just wonderful! They made what was a very difficult moment so much easier to handle. We brought our German Sheppard to the hospital because he suddenly lost complete movement on the bottom half of his body in a matter of 20 minutes. My two kids and I were hoping there was something to do for him but had the feeling it wasn't looking that great. ( I lost another German Sheppard to the same issue many years ago). The staff was very diligent and helped me get the dog from our car to the vet room and made him as comfortable as possible. The Dr. came in right away and diagnosed him with genetic disc/spine problems. He explained all the options and help me to make the decision, although very hard one, for the benefit of our dog. I had to walk back into the room and explain the situation to my kids. The staff was so caring, loving and respectful of our pain and sadness, They gave my family all the time we needed to say goodbye to our beloved dog. They cared not only for the dog but for my kids who were devastated. I can't imagine having to go through the same circumstances in the office of our regular vet in Murrieta. We will be taking our other German Sheppard to Arrow Hospital even though they are about 1 hour away. Totally worth it!! Amazing Service!! Read Less

I brought my dogs in after a pit bull attack. Although things could have been way worse, my dogs escaped serious injury.... the worst has a scrape. Not wanting to chance anything, I took my dogs in to Dr. A and her staff, I couldn't have made a better choice. My dogs and I were treated with the dignity, compassion and high level of care that was very reassuring after a traumatizing experience. Dr. A and her staff are amazing! My wife, dogs and I were attacked by a pit bull while out on a walk at a park. Things could have been much worse but thankfully my dogs were alive and without serious damage. Not wanting to chance anything, I took my dogs to Arrow Dog and Cat hospital to be evaluated. After the initial consult and the level of concern the staff had, I wasn't worried about my dogs care or the bill. I knew I'd be taken care of with the dignity, compassion and attention that my dogs and I deserved. The staff at Arrow is extremely caring and compassionate. We've never once felt pressured into doing what I felt were unnecessary tests which I've often experienced at other vets. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Agarwal. She was so wonderful helping us care for our Chihuahua and really put me at ease. Dr. Agarwal and all of the vets at Arrow genuinely care about the animals. They also charge the most reasonable prices I've ever paid at a vet. I was looking for a cat-expert veterinarian in the Claremont area and I came across Arrow Dog and Cat Hospital where Dr. Nichole Agarwal practices. During a regular exam my cat tested FIV positive and I was told to euthanize him. Not at Arrow Dog and Cat Hospital. Dr. Agarwal reviewed his medical history and told me that cats could test positive after FIV vaccination due to the vaccine. My cat had received the vaccine before, by the way. Phew!!! She did a test to confirm her diagnosis. It all checked out! If I had not gotten a second opinion from Dr. Agarwal, my cat would be dead my now. I am so happy to have found this place. Read Less

Arrow Dog and Cat Hospital is the best. We have been taking our dogs there for years when they had a different name and have had the best care. Our sweet dog Kayla suffered with multiple health issues all her life and they did everything they could to help us keep her healthy. She lived 14 years and when we made the decision to let her go they helped us through that as well. All of the veterinarians and staff are so caring and they just make everything so easy. i can't think of a better veterinary hospital than Arrow Dog & cat Hospital. My brought my 7 year lab because she seemed in pain and wasn't eating. With x-ray and ultrasound, vet at this place identified a foreign object. Dr. Bocanegra did the surgery and took a toy out of my girl. Surgery was not cheap but quality was of veterinary was top class. If you love your pets like family, bring them this animal hospital. Read Less

Our Pit Bull had hurt his front leg and we were worried that he broke his leg. We called around to get some idea of pricing. Arrow Dog & Cat Hospital’s prices were average and it seemed to be reputable so off we went. Coming from Upland, we had a hard time finding the place because there are two Arrow Highways apparently! But anyways after finding the place we were greeted immediately and given paperwork. Once that was said and done, they took our Pit Bull to get weighed and then off to the exam room. Within 2-3 minutes Dr. Nicole Agarwal came in and started examining our dog. First of all our Pit Bull is very anxious and doesn't let anyone besides his family members to touch so to see him so calm with an injured leg was amazing! Dr. Nicole was twisting and bending his leg and he was ok with! It's like she is another dog whisperer!I was still nervous about the bill, but to my surprise no vaccinations or other stuff was pushed on us because they weren't necessary and we left the veterinary hospital, after an exam, an x-ray and a bottle of inflammatories only about $190 poorer. And the weight that was lifted of our shoulders receiving the news his leg wasn't broken, or didn't require surgery was priceless! Read Less

I brought my lovely cat to Arrow Dog & Cat Hospital because it was not urinating. She was all blocked up. I live in Claremont and found this place on the internet. Dr. Nichole is a cat expert. The surgery to open the urinary track was done by Dr. Veronica Boca(?) and she did an amazing job. Recovery time was not long and my cat recovered faster than I expected. During a follow up appointment with Dr. Nichole, I was given a whole list of things to do to prevent from this from happening again. Can’t thank enough for saving her life. Read Less

This office was previously known as All Creatures Animal Hospital, but previous owner closed it last year, and we were very sad. However, doggie wishes and dreams do come true! The business opened up earlier this year under new ownership with new docs and many of the former staff (Julie, Crystal, Jr., etc.) Charlie says YAY! Ramsay says NAH! Still don't like going to the vet. We have been back several times---see our updated review under All Creatures Animal Hospital. Most recently, we had our teeth cleaned (the beagles, not me), and then visited again for a bunch of maintenance issues -- refill on thyroid meds, refill on flea meds, toenail trim, emptying the anal glands, and removing sutures from an ear (clash of the beagles when humans weren't home).Extremely timely and personable service. And I love that they are open on Saturdays. Now, I don't have to take personal time off work for my high maintenance canines. Charlie especially likes coming here, even when he's not feeling well. Ramsay not so much, but once his treatment is done, he cheers up, looks for his cookie reward, and does his Flinstone run for the door. Speaking of cookie reward--Ramsay says what happened to the cookie jar? Pawlease bring it back! Read Less

Ok.... I might be bias because I'm family. But when I walked in the front desk didn't know I was family and she gave me a hardy warm welcome. The service was fantastic . And while waiting in the waiting room I had the opportunity to talk to other clients and they all such positive things to say about the office. And everyone from the front office to the back knew everybody's ( animals & humans alike ) name. And for the extra level service the have two entrances .... One for puppy patience ... And one for kitty patience. Nice way to keep the peace. We'll be back!!! Read Less

Thought the receptionist was rude, joking around while customers are waiting is not good, but she's good on the phone. The nurse was super warm and friendly, and I felt really comfortable around her. Dr. Ken Tudor personally came out and explain what was wrong with my dog. What a nice guy. Great customer service! I would refer this place.Read Less
